It is such a pain if you want to return sth. First, they don't have a call number, you have to open a ticket and wait for 1 business day for them to reply. I ordered sth are competely different from the pics and smell awful, when I was trying to return it(I paid 1.99$ shipping insurance to get free returns), the website won't let me go through, then I left a ticket, waited for one day, customer service replied to ask me try again. Then I tried again, still fail, I opened another ticket, then customer service said ok, I will email you the return label. After a day, I didn't receive the return label, then I opened a ticket 3rd time, after another day, customer service replied, ok, the labe was emailed it to you again. Now I finally got that!. Then I shipped it back, waited for a week, no refund. I opened a ticket to ask for the refund, and waited another day, customer service replied, we are processing it now as a merchant credit! WTF? I don't need your credit, give my money back. On my order or your website, you never says the return will be the credit. Now, after 2 weeks of hassle, I still didn't get my money back. I will never purchase from them again.

Don't order from SheIn that's all I have to say. Don't do it! I ordered my items (three shirts, a t-shirt, and two pairs of shorts) a month ago. Didn't hear a word from the company for two weeks (order said it was "Processessing".)Finally I write a ticket (their way of costumers summiting a complaint) and ask why I haven't gotten a tracking number it's been two weeks. They respond and say they were waiting on one of the shorts before they shipped everything. I asked them to just ship what they had, and please send me something, the items were supposed to be here by 4-7 days and it's been two weeks by that point. Then they try and cancel the entire order and refund my money! Luckily I stop them and say I want the items, so they ship two packages. One with everything and one with the one pair of shorts.
I wait. I wait two weeks. I have a tracking number but the site won't work.
Finally the clothes are delivered (month after ordering). Shorts are great. The three shirts are thin material, cheap and just not good quality. AND the t-shirt that was listed in the items in the package wasn't there! Just missing. No notice it was in another package, it was supposed to be there and I paid money for something I didn't get.
VERY unhappy with the whole experience, wish I could get my money back. Don't order from them, it's a hassle and items aren't worth the money or wait.

It has been two weeks and I had express delivery service. SheIn tried to deliver HALF of my package out, but for some reason their site deleted my "floor number" on the package so it was not deliverable... I asked if they could contact on their end and I will personally go to the post office to pick up but they say they cannot...
Okay, at first the representative is very nice. Telling me I will get a reshipment immediately. So I was okay on the first day... then comes few days later, the updates on my status of order was inaccurate and confusing.
I repeatedly contacted customer service to get an answer as it has been beyond my 3-5 days shipping... they just keep telling me it will ship in 2-3 days. Which it has been beyond 2 weeks now and now the next representative is telling me it will be shipped in 6-9 days?!
THIS IS RIDICULOUS. You are taking my money and keep lying to me about the shipment dates, at this rate I will not receive my package for months later.
This is a nightmare shopping experience.

The Customer service have improved dramatically, personal email and resolving the issue since I've posted this review. Finally received my items within a week after reviewing this company.
But sadly...
I am not satisfied with the items that I've purchased. It was very very very disappointing. I waited for almost a month for my items... and the shoes I bought, the heel broke off within an hour of wearing on the very first day.
The two white tops I've purchased is both practically see through.
Please tell me how can I write a complimentary review base on how I just wasted my money on things that is broken and not wearable?
I am fairly angry because I bought the shoes for my birthday and they broke... just like that. I had to run to buy a new pair of shoes while I was on my way to the dinner.
Can you tell me how can you FIX that?

I purchased a handwoven Kashmiri Carpet from this company as per following details. Date of Purchase; 11. 4. 2016 Size of carpet: 12'x9' Silk on Wool Kashmiri Carpet Cost: *******/- Discounted Net Cost: *******/- Person who Dealt: Mr. Hanif Mir Delivery: The carpet was to be delivered in USA on F. O. R. Basis meaning all charges up to Door step were included. Review: The Carpet was delivered within 10 days. But the piece sent different & small in size: 10.5'x8' only. When contacted Mr. Mir said he does not know how it happened & size does not matter and now he can not do anything. The piece sent is of no use to me as it does not suite my requirement. Now I am really amazed to find an invoice for $93/- from FEdEx for custom & other charges. When tried to contact no reply. This is a clear case of Cheating & Fraud. While dealing he repeatedly insisted on Trust and would say this is business of trust & we will not have any issue. I stand cheated & my purpose has been defeated. But Customers must be aware about this Company.

This was by far my worst online experience ever. First off, they don't even use their own pictures with their own models wearing their own clothes. Basically, they steal other websites modeling pictures. For example, the kimono that i ordered was a "dupe" for a kimono that i had wanted from Urban Outfitters for quite some time. When i ordered it along with another item, the two items took over a month to process. OVER A MONTH JUST TO PROCESS. After a couple weeks of still being processed, i repeatedly contacted their customer service (which btw also takes forever to respond) and the person who replied back to me always gave me a false approximate date of when my order would be shipped out. Their English also sucks btw which is entirely unprofessional in my book. After multiple times of contacting customer service for weeks, my order had FINALLY shipped after over a month. After it had shipped, shipping itself took another two weeks. This website is very unprofessional and they are just another Chinese clothing website trying to impersonate American brands and making their products appear like they are high quality when they are not. The kimono that i had FINALLY received is an off color completely different from the Urban Outfitters pictures that they had posted on their website, and is completely unflattering as it makes me look more voluminous even for a tall person like myself. I will never be purchasing from this website again and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM IT.
