I ordered a dress, a shirt, a skirt, a belt, and a pair of sunglasses. All my items fit just fine, and were very comfortable. The dress was a bit thin, but not so thin that I need to wear anything underneath it. The shirt was a thicker material. I expected it to be cotton, but it was a different material that was a little strange, but I actually liked it. The sunglasses came in their own case and were really good quality! One thing I really liked was that the lenses were actually really dark, and since I'm pretty sensitive to bright lights, I was very pleased with that, since sunglasses usually aren't dark enough for me to feel like enough light is being blocked out. The belt was also really good quality and packed in a way that ensured it wouldn't get twisted or bent. The skirt was very cute, though my only complaint was that there was no hem on it, and the cut wasn't perfect. Because of the way it folds though, the cut wasn't very noticeable. I just have to be careful when I wear it lest it fray.
The only problems with shipping that I had was once my order arrived in America and was in the incompetent hands of Fedex. It got to the U.S. in about a week, which is pretty fast considering they're based in China. However, I don't understand why they use Fedex instead of a company like UPS, which is much more efficient and doesn't bring your items within an hour of where you live only to ship them halfway across the country before finally delivering them.
One other thing I actually liked (though some might find inconvenient for the purpose of washing) was that the items did not have tags. I abhor tags, so I was pleased to see that I wouldn't have to deal with constant itching.

I am very DISAPPOINTED to say that my first order with this site is a BAD EXPERIENCE.
When i was shopping the site proposed me to add one more item into my basket, so that I pay more than 100 $ and get a free express shipping, which was supposed to be maximum in 8 working days. So for that reason i added one more item, only to get the express shipment. A confirmation email was send to me saying that maximum in 7 working days I would have an update. After 9 working days i did not received any update and most important i did not received yet my order. The site answered to my question by saying that i should know that this is a busy season and that they are still PREPARING my order. They do not even said when I will eventually get it, but only that it wont arrive next week either and when they will have news the will inform me by an email and that I also should wait patiently. They also proposed me a 25% discount as a compensation so that i shop more.
So the promised maximum 8 working days became already at leas 14... and possibly more.
Now I have to by one more red dress as I actually ordered in only becouse of a special ocasion for the next week. Excellent!
Definitely i cannot recommend this site for shopping, bad service and most important their official statements are simply not true.
PS.
The customer service agent tried to help and did what was possible for him to do, no complains what so ever about the agents job, they are trying to do their best. All the complains and the bad review is addressed directly to the company administration.
Also it is not possible to place a negative comment on the site, they do not upload them.

I was really mad at first, but all of my items were finally delivered at 12/24/2015, and the shipment status was also updated at the same day. I doubted it was Shein's fault before the arrival, but browsing the delivery condition in Hong Kong and getting to know that purchased items already left Shein at the expected shipment date, I decided to give one more try for this company. The items I've purchased were this time exactly what I expected, and I'd like to appreciate Shein for providing clothes on a great price. I received a lot of compliments during the holiday season for my blouse and skirts. But please, next time hope the processing time for "ship within 24 hours" is made on time as it is promised. If you're patient enough to wait for almost a month to receive your purchased items, then give it a try or else step away from this site. This is my second time with Shein.com and again, it turned out to be totally a mess. I spent $280 when first purchasing from this clothing site. It almost took a month to receive all my items. But since only a few of them were "ship within 24 hours," I decided to try one more time with Shein. Honestly, you get for what you pay for. Most of the clothes are made up of cheap materials and not identical with the image. But their pricing deal seemed not a bad option for trying different styles, so this time, I bought a bunch of stuff that are all "ship within 24 hours."
The date I placed my order was Dec 4, and 3 out of 18 items arrived within a week. When tracking the rest of the 15 items, they are being stuck in "shipment information received" since Dec 10, and there is no status update, no delivery being made until now. (Dec 22) I contacted customer service for a refund, and all they say is that they can't process a refund for the items being already shipped and also the carrier sometimes needs time to update their status. IT HAS BEEN 12 DAYS AFTER THE SAME STATUS! Although it's holiday season, something has to be at least in actual transit. Again, it's taking a month to receive the stuff from She.in no matter what items I chose. Screwed up with my plan for the holiday outfits. So step away if you don't want to waste your time, or give it a try for at least a month and a half prior to your event.

UPDATE 1/23/16 Now I'm not even getting ONE of the three items I ordered. The third item got returned to them as well. I have opened a case with PayPal since I never received my items and will hopefully be getting my money back. I will never be purchasing from this site again.
UPDATE 1/22/16 Do NOT let these people bully you into changing your review! I have argued with customer service for a while now because I will NOT give them a better review, BECAUSE they won't fix the problem! Now they're claiming it is MY fault that they can't ship to me because my address "must be wrong" even though it worked THREE (3) times before! Now they are demanding that I go to my local post office and pick it up there MYSELF. I said NO, that is the point of DELIVERY is that I do not have to go and get it. I am furious and now they get 1 star instead of 2. They offered me a 40% off coupon, which I DO NOT WANT. I am glad I paid with PayPal so I can open a case and get my money back. These crooks will not keep my money.
Let me start off by saying I have ordered from them 3 times before and have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with shipping, payment, etc.
However, this time I ordered 3 items at once, and when I went to look at the tracking information I realized that two of the items were being "returned to sender" because of an "incorrect address"
That would make sense if
1) I had not ordered from them before with the same address, and
2) All 3 items were being returned
However I have NEVER had them claim there was a problem with my address, and only one item is currently being sent to me. I'm glad I chose to pay via PayPal AFTER delivery so that I'm not losing money.

Use PayPal to pay, so that they can't take your money before the order actually gets to you.

When i first came across SheIn i couldn't believe it! Great clothes at a price that was hard to beat. I saw brands like, comme des garçons, asos, and jcrew, but without the tags or brand names. At first i figured it was like clothes that had VERY small mess-ups like a tag not being sewn on the right way, or the wrong button. I spent over $100 and paid to have them delivered sooner, because this was the first time in months that i decided to spend money on myself. I was so wrong to even consider spending money here. I got my clothes over 2 weeks from when it was supposed to be delivered, but let that part slide because i was so excited. When i opened my first package, the bottom hem of the shirt was crooked at an angle, making it unwearable (the same with a shirt identical except in a different color). I ordered a dress that was described as "a cotton blend" which ended up being a stiff, polyester fabric. Before i even tried it on i noticed a grease stain on the front of the dress. I don't know if someone returned it and they were too lazy to trash, or if they truly don't care about quality. I ordered a couple more shirts that ended up falling apart after the first wash, and a baseball tee. The baseball tee came with a HUGE red, blotchy stain on the front. After i tried to wash it the red stain transferred to my other clothes that were in the load, which were not from SheIn:)
After i submitted a ticket the first time, and after not replying in a day, customer service closed the ticket and wrote a review for me and gave themselves 5 stars!
I submitted a ticket a week ago to try to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund without me returning the items, but i have to pay to ship them to their warehouse, and then "maybe i will get a refund" if i was telling the truth. I've dealt with the gap, and jcrew, and many other stores, that when less than this has happened to me, they have jumped through hoops to try to resolve my issues, and did not expect to have the clothes returned even though they sent me a package to ship them back in.
I have never been this disappointed in a company, but i should've known from the moment i saw the prices, and the clothes from other stores.

The website is stupid insane to navigate. No clear shopping cart of the items you want right now, it appears to just bundle anything you ever check, it does not clearly separate your immediate order. And BE WARNED. IF there is an item in your cart that wont ship on the express shipping and you ask for it to be removed. It will change your entire order to a "Standard shipping" (without warning you) and you have NO WAY OF CHANGING IT without going through and creating a whole new order all over again. Horrible horrible site, very complicated to navigate, the bot is VERY unhelpful. They need a individual cart, they need to make it versatile so I can make changes without having to spend another 30 minutes trying to submit a ticket to get a possible human. Pre-selected issues with the bot that have nothing to do with my issue and when you submit a ticket they have pre-selected problems to submit for your issue WITHOUT an option that allows you to fill your own issue in. You have to select something stupid like "I am looking for a job" then file your complaint there.
The image I posted, at 6:54 I tried to purchase the items on my daughters wish list. It told me that 1 of the items couldnt ship, I had selected "EXPRESS SHIPPING" at first, when I clicked the "remove item from my list" it automatically changed my shipping to standard and would not let me change anything so I had to cancel the whole order and get my daughter to shop through again cause it saved nothing. The second time, at 8:22 I submitted the order again. And AGAIN it changed my shipping method and refused to allow me to change it, but I didnt notice this time till the payment had gone through. I looked at the order right before I clicked submit. And after it processed my payment I noticed on the "review my order" that it changed my shipping method AGAIN. As of right now I have NOT received the money back on my card and I cannot contact anyone to find out what is going on. All I can do is talk to a bot that is NOT helpful in any way, except to frustrate me more.

That this site was designed by the cheapest, idiotic person in the whole world who has never shopped online.. EVER.. and their lack of options when it comes to finalizing is all the proof you need. The bot was designed by a 6th or 7th grader and I would expect more from a multi-million dollar company. A 9 year old tictok child created a bot program that is WAY MORE effective than the moron they chose to design theirs.
