From all their reviews on their website i was expecting a miracle!
Ordered 7 dresses out of which about 2 didn't have much quality flaws. Love the fabrics but it is sewn in the worst possible manner.
My order is mysteriously gone from their website so i can't review it there either. How to even return it now. Many flaws i will have to fix! Disappointed.
DO not recommend, it is not worth the money or time at all.

After reading some reviews I got shocked! Why they posted negative feedback I just can't understand. I ordered "Blue Triangle Gemstone Chain Necklace" for my younger sister and they sent more than I wanted. Price was so good and highly qualitative product. I ordered $63.00 worth of clothing to try this company on 8/16/23 and today 10/8/23 I never received my order. After many emails back and forth they said it was delivered and I need to try and find it. The company offered me 50% back. I asked for 100% but they said because I might have given them the wrong address it's my fault and they will only reimburse 50%. The address was correct. A company should back up their product so I don't recommend use of this company.

Processing orders takes patience to wait for but they're quick to ship once that part is done. I've always received my package earlier than estimated arrival time which is awesome and received all items purchased, never missing any items. Merchandise is cute and good quality. I like that they have an app which is easier for browsing and or shopping on the go.

I ordered a E gift card for my niece. She never received it. I contacted the support team. They said they would escalate it and respond with 24 hrs. No response. Her birthday has now come and gone and I am out of $100 and still have to buy another gift. I will not use them again.

It has been over two weeks since I've made orders over $100. I have not received any updates on my orders and I checked my order status and now it says it's expired. I have no idea what that means and they haven't notified me or gave me a refund right away with an explanation. The prices are amazing, but the service is terrible, I would rather buy clothes from another site and know that I can get my clothes with the money I spent.

Item was never delivered. Tried their online robot for anders, every time was met with 'server error '. Never got the package or my money back or even speak to a human about the matter. Utterly appalling customer service.

Ordered one pair of pants for me and each leg had a completely different fit. Also, ordered two toddler bathing suits and the size was completely off, contacted the company and each email they just kept asking me questions to take pics of the product, which I did with a tape measure; only for them to tell me after a month or back and forward that it was now outside of the return window. You may get cheap clothes but you also will probably buy something that will be of no use to you….

This shoddy company is problems on wheels. Do not buy a gift certificate. Purchased $100 to be delivered to my niece on her birthday May 15. By June 10 I was done - it was never emailed to her. Today is July 3. I just today for my money back after about 30 emails and empty promises. Terrible

A few months ago, I placed my 4th or 5th orders with Shein totaling $ 64 approx. Since then, the ordered items were never delivered to my address, although declared delivered on their website. I tried to contact customer service multiple times thru the website customer support chat, and thru their email, to file a claim, but no one has responded; Then I tried to contact their delivery service as per their phone number noted in my Shein account, but a voice message said to text; and when I texted, there has been no response. After trying so long, unsuccessfully, to reach out to customer service, I had to address my bank to claim back my money. I think that there is something unethical going on within the system which would explain the unresponsiveness of customer service with regard of orders not being delivered. I no longer order anything from Shein. Thanks.

My credit card was charged several times right after I used it on this site. Transactions were from companies in the country I live in oddly enough but I made no purchases from there. It's shein covering it up making it seem like legit purchases but it's a very big scam being run by them. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Not worth it and I'm surprised more ppl have not reported them. Carefully look at your credit card history! I hate that I had to give it a rating to post

10/06/14 - I placed my order a week and a half ago so the items would arrive by Halloween, but when I check the status on the website it says it is still "processing." Now I hear that everyone is out on vacation this entire week for a holiday? Seriously? Unless you're lazy or just plain stupid, it shouldn't take this long to place 6 items in a box, ship it out, and then provide me the tracking number... and it should have been done before the holiday anyway. Ugh.

I got super excited to find affordable clothes. After making the purchase I realized I never received a confirmation email. Once I tried to contact customer service and had trouble finding an actual person to contact I went online I saw all these terrible reviews. I called my banker and they said that I should wait a week to see if anything is actually delivered to me I'm praying that I get what I paid for. If not I will definitely file the claim and let the police handle the rest.

Received my kimono about two days before my birthday; which was a relief. But the material was so thin and the kimono was poorly made. Yes, it looks cute and surprisingly like the picture but it ripped in two places within one hour of me wearing it. The size "large" ran really small and did not cover my chest area. It just rested on my sides, right by my arm pits. I didn't have anything else to wear. Clothing was very thin/delicate So I tossed it away cause I can't wear it again.

I ordered 2 dresses! One of them it's made from the most god awful, cheap material I have ever seen. I have better quality rags to clean the house than this. Also very poorly sewn, so it doesn't stay right on the body, picture did not match at all, color did not match; it said it was made from cotton -that was a lie. The other one, again very poorly sewn, bad material, nothing like the picture... and you can just dream about refund. They don't care.

I just received my black skater dress and ordered a few more too, I don't want to miss this opportunity where all the summer things are on sale! I love layering it and combining it trough fall and winter. I've ordered sweaters on Sheinside before and I think you get great quality with the price. I contacted them literally 4 times throughout 10 days because my order had not arrived in they just kept telling me to wait. There were clearly no updates to the UPSP tracking and they refused to contact the delivery company. Now my order is 2 weeks late and shows no updates regarding the delivery status and the items I ordered are mostly out of stock. Terrible shopping experience overall. I do not recommend this company because when it comes to issues like this they will waste your time and stress you out vs helping you get your order.

Buyers beware. This company is located in China. Shipping is very very very slow. When they say on their website that it might take 28 days believe them. I have recently placed an order where it is suppose to ship in 3-5 days. After the site charged my credit card and waited for more than 2 weeks for the shipment nothing arrived. I finally contacted them via on line chat and found out even after they charged my card for more than 2 weeks they are still processing my order (which by the way they informed me some of the item I order were not in stock). Despite that they still charged me for items they don't even have in stock! This site's conduct is fraud like. I rarely write a review about website but feel compelled to share my recent experience. I am now fighting to get my money back! (I placed the order the day after Thanksgiving, it's now Dec 14. I am out almost $100 and never received anything.)

I never imagined that returning purchased items can be such a tedious process even at this age and time. I guess Shein still believes they are living in medieval times. The customer is first supposed to contact them for a return, and they will then contact you after 24hr. The parcel is to be posted by the customer to their address of choice (really! I live in India, and even small-budget Indian companies pick up return items from whatever address the customer mentions.) What's worse is that money will be refunded to your account only if it was an e-payment. You will get only points/wallet balance in case of COD!
