This website has to be a complete scam! We are so disappointed and annoyed! We ordered 10 blazers for our outfits last Tuesday. The main reason we went with this company was because it had all of our sizes in stock and stated that the merchandise would be shipped with 24 hours. We also licked urgent delivery just in case which stated that it would arrive within 2-3 business days. Well here it is 8 days later and we have no merchandise and when we track the merchandise it says "processing" which it's said for the last week! When we tried tj email and live chat with the company we got no response of course! Our show is Friday and we do not have complete outfits nor the funds to purchase new ones! Basically we are screwed! Thanks sheinside!

This place just Sucks. Says shipped from Carson, CA over three weeks ago. Probably coming from china. Can't cancel order since they immediately mark order as shipped from Carson the day you order. No way at all to actually contact customer service. Another SCAM Chinese site. This is the third time I've been had by chinese sellers this year. I am so done with anything from china. (if at all possible)

I have been trying to complete an order for 5 days. I've tried my Visa, Master card, Discover card, and even my debit card. It always shows error! I tried to contact customer service by phone but the phone listed in Google Search is not a valid number. They actually don't have a phone number! I browsed Shein.com website and typed in my message, but there's no live agent. The robot does not understand what I really needed. That's a red flag. If they cannot help me process the order, I cannot imagine if I encounter problems after the purchase!

Try to contact customer service before you order anything. If it's not easy to talk to a live person, you'll be likely frustrated after your purchse!

I ordered 5 bathing suits they never showed. They said for 2 months now will refund what you paid and ship when we have it lol after saying my household signed for it but that couldn't send me that documentation or my money! Don't waste your money or time here!

I love shopping on shein. I'm big on affordable clothing. I, however, will no longer be shopping from shein because they use Ontrac shipping on all their US orders. Ontrac is notorious for losing packages. This is the second time out of probably 4 total orders that my package is lost/stolen because Ontrac didn't deliver my package to the correct address or didn't deliver it at all. Shein has made it right by giving me the "one time" refund, but i really was excited about the clothes. Until they use a different shipping company/carrier, I will be shopping elsewhere unfortunately.

Literally selling clothing from other shops for a much cheaper price and taking credit, including the pictures. This has happened to so many clothing creators, and u r just stealing their ideas. Not to mention the awful quality and just dirtiness that comes w/ it. I'm convinced they're just throwing these products in a dumpster for a week and then selling them. I love SheInside since they are so accurate with sizing. I'm really picky about what fits me since I am so petite. All the products I've ordered thus far has fit me perfectly! The items that I ordered arrived here on the estimated arrival date and they were packaged very nicely and efficiently. No need for a large box if the clothes can fit in a small bag. The prices are very reasonably, especially someone for a college student. Gotta love it!

I ordered a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas and never received it! I have checked my SPAM folder everyday since I ordered the card. I have sent multiple requests through "customer service". I have NEVER heard a word from them. I tried sending an email using the address of the email I received confirming my payment... no response. I tried in vain to find a phone number to actually talk to someone... there is no such thing as far as I could find. I also had zero luck with the "chat" feature. I am very disappointed with my experience with Shein. My granddaughter is so sad, she was really looking forward to shopping on your site. I am out $200.00 and I can assure you that we will never order from this site and will do our best to make sure that no one we know ever does either.

I bought a really cute pink leopard dress and have nothing but good things to say. The quality is great and the price can’t be beat. The shipping was FREE and fast! Ordering from sheinside.com was easy and there were so many options. It arrived exactly as described. I’m 100% happy with my purchase and can’t wait to order again. With so many great deals it’s easy to find something even on a budget. I only wish I had ordered accessories to go with it. I won’t make that mistake on my next order.

First time interacting with this company because I was skeptical but went ahead and placed order on 7/11/23. Received confirmation email but no other correspondences since. Sent several emails and calls but customer service phone is always busy and never received a response from email that was sent. Tracking number stated package was stuck in LA transit on 7/24/23 but today no information was found while trying to track. Shein chatline also stated there was an issue with transit but not a single update and now the website states no tracking information found. Overall disappointed and will never order nor will I refer anyone to order from Shein in the future.

I have bought two tops, they don't fit me and one of them has very poor quality! It feels like plastic! I wanted to return them but they don't refund the postage ( which would be over 10£!) that is terrible for an online shop! I am never going to buy of them again!

I was originally skeptical when I first ordered as the swimsuits were super cheap and I realized some are shipped from China. I ordered 3 and they arrived within 8 days. The quality is good and I was pleasantly surprised with customer service response when I first emailed concerned with the fact that some products were shipped from China and therefore worried about quality. I ordered 3 Small sizes ( i'm petite 5'1 and 110 pounds) and one of them fits perfectly and the other 2 a little tight. I'm still happy with my purchase and will reorder the size medium on the 2 that were small. The response time ( via email) with customer service is excellent. They explained that most items ship from Cali or NJ but occasionally they do use the Chinese warehouse. Don't be scared to order, it's totally worth it.
