Order of $68 was never delivered, still waiting for an order placed in December! Tracking states in transit for 3 weeks now! There's NO contact # availability! Sure, their products are less expensive, but their customer service sucks! I will NEVER order from them again!

SheIn clothes are very trendy, stylish and extremely affordable. The price often reflects the quality, though, you get what you pay for. I rarely wear trendy items more than once or twice in a season, so I don't mind the low-quality and would prefer to save a few dollars! With that mind set, SheIn is a fantastic place to shop with decent shipping speed and price. As for the sizing, just read the measurements and reviews and you'll be fine.

I really enjoy shopping with SHEIN. They always have the latest looks, within my personal budget. The quality of the items are usually pretty nice as well. There are a couple of issues they could improve on. One issue is providing more accurate sizing on individual items. I dislike having to return items, because of sizing. I also wish they would offer more plus and petite (skirts and dress) options in the exact same style they already offer. These two issues aside, I look forward to shopping with SHEIN again.

When I first found this site is was very exited by its low prices and cute clothes. I ordered a few things and now I see why this site has negative reviews. I have been waiting for at least 17 days and my order hasn't shipped at all! I have *******@Sheinside plenty of times and even tried using the offline help and still no response. I have been reading reviews and am worried that I might never get the clothes I ordered but still have to pay for them. Just a word of advice, don't order from this site unless you want trouble.

I have been using sheinside.com for over a year now. They are timely with their deals, and go out of their way to provide examples of how to best take advantage of the deals including my favorite - the subscribe and save posts! Unlike other deal sites they actually respond to comments and if I write in that I am looking for deals on something specific they keep their eyes out. I'm consistently impressed with how much stuff and how many deals this blog brings to my attention. I'm a fan! Looking for savings? Look no further. - Great Deals, great service. Probably the best shopping site I have come across. Personalised and prompt delivery. I ordered on Friday and received it the next Tuesday. Loved the clothing but loved the experience even more, my first time placing an order with them and the items came in a timely manner. HOW GOOD! Now I just can't wait to order again.

Place my order back in July never got a tracking confirmation and already charged my paypal. Emailed them with my receipt and it's already Aug 15. The shipping is 6-8 business days- not one month later... beware. Never ever shopping here.

I have used this company and have spent hundreds of dollars on a weekly basic,and then one of my orders got lost in transits and i order it on August 4,2023 was suppose to arrive between 8/12 to 8/16
All I have been doing is asking for a credit to the wallet so i can spend it with them.
And they keep telling me to wait and track the delivery service.
Then don't want to refund my money for there lost of merchandise.
Not a good company on REFUNDS

This company need to recognize a loyal customer.
And to lose over there mess up.

I placed and order on 11/12/2021 then realized that one of the items was a duplicate so I requested a refund. They refunded my card then turned around and changed me again for the initial full payment amount. I've been going back and forth with Shein via email this will be my last order with this company they keep saying they didn't double charge but everyone knows that only a merchant place an hold for authorization for a payment. This company is a fraud!

Would give this company 0 stars if possible. I've waited about 5 weeks now for a few shirts and overalls to be shipped to me because they're having "warehouse problems". By this point I should receive my order for free or at least receive a discount. Unbelievable. The first few weeks I contacted them and asked where my order was they said it was on the way... two weeks later I get another email it won't be shipped to me for another week. What is this! Will never order from this company ever again.

SheInside is definitely the best store, out of many that I buy from. The name says it all, "she" as we as women love to make shopping.
Their prices and shipping rates are the most affordable among all. I receive my orders very fast and I am shopping at http://www.shein.com for two years now and I am not going to change :). Great work and great team, I wish you only success.

I have yet receive an order confirmation, I even checked my spam and junk mail. All I received was a receipt from PayPal. All my items ordered were labeled ships within 24 hours. I was hoping to receive them by the end of the week it looks very doubtful. I had selected express delivery since my order was over a $100.
Please don't mislead your consumers!

If you need to return an item. Good luck. Spent 30 minutes just trying to get to customer service. No active service number. Clothing ordered all run SMALL. I'm a 2 X and sent Xl size only. Heaven knows how to get a refund... seems they want you to take a credit on your account..

Today March 16,2022, I am within my 45 days to return my order received 1/31/22. I have until 3/17/22. And the website tells me I am over the return date. This is incorrect. There is no phone number associated with this site. No one to talk to. Just an automated system that doesn't provide correct information. Just a waste of money and time. DO NOT USE.

Do not order from Shein . Can not return my items and I am within the 45 day return policy.
Falser advertising.

Products used:
I could not use the dress nor the top I ordered. The cut is made for short small bodies, not an American body, 5'7" 170 lbs

I honestly have ordered clothes from SheIn for over 2 years now and haven't regretted it once. The sizing chart is ACCURATE so measure yourself and then respect the chart and you will not have an issue with fit ever. I am always surprised by the quality and durability of their clothes which I didn't expect. I've had a dress from them that has been through hell and back and STILL did not lose it's shape or color. Oh and delivering to Canada in 1-2 weeks is just awesome. So I highly recommend this website. Love them. Truly.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Every item ordered was available for "24 hour shipping". The next day, as expected, I received a shipping notification with tracking information, however, when I went to track the order, all it said was that a label had been created. Fast forward 2 weeks. I've checked with FedEx every day to see if the tracking info has updated and (big surprise) it hasn't. I've been back and forth with the company the entire time and the only response i receive from them EVERY SINGLE TIME is 'do not worry your package has shipped". Never an actual response to my questions. I'd suggest you avoid this site at all costs. I know I will in the future.

Horrible communication. No response. Clothing cheap and later to find out all sweatshop labor. No accountability to help me return clothing that did not fit. And they gave me no refund. I'm 40 years old and have NEVER written a review before, but this one deserves zero stars. Do not support this company. They stole over $300.00 from me and refused to refund and I was within the legal return 30 days guidelines.

This site has the best clothing for the best pricing. I was a little skeptical about how the quality would be because of the super low prices, but I can't tell the difference between their clothes and clothes that cost 5 times more. What's even better than that is I got free shipping on my order just for living in the US. Will definitely be shopping here a lot more in the future.

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 12,2021 today is now May 7,2021 and I still haven't received my package from USPS says they have not received the package from the shipper. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! Website. Never again! Customer Service is not responding to you as well. It's a scam, I am trying to get a refund through Afterpay, they cannot refund unless SHEIN cancel the order, which I am unable to do so, $87 is down the drain, It seems this is how the scam to make it cheaper for consumers. Really bad business practice, if you can't contact the vendor
