My first time purchasing from Shein and quite a few items had this awful stink. It took forever to get in touch with customer service. Only to find that we are going to just return the items. I am hesitant to purchase again. Since 2 of the stinky items were for a holiday and the other for an event. I am SOL and have to find something for these occasions locally. I get that I could wash them and hopefully the smell goes away. My concern was that the items are made so cheap that 1 wash could cause damage and I wouldnt be able to return them.

This is my worst experience in online shopping, the order took 2 months to get delivered where it was suppose to be delivered in 3 weeks, I tried to cancel the order and they didn't allow me. Bad customer service you can only contact them via email and the take too long to get back to you. I don't recommend it at all. This company will bankrupt soon if they keep doing that.

As a shopping addict on a tight budget, I am grateful for stores like SheInside. I can't account for the differences between my experience with the store and other people reviewing on here—but I've been buying my clothes from them for quite a while now and will keep doing so. I like that they have a large selection and that their merchandise is affordable. I placed my order recently for an outfit for my work's Christmas party and I'm excited that I could afford something that looks nice and that I know will fit me comfortably. I'm bummed that other shoppers on here didn't have the most stellar experience ‘cause I really do love my clothes from SheInside.

I can't explain why some of us had really good experiences while others had really bad ones. But I *personally* really like being able to afford nice looking clothing.

It was my first time ordering and I bought the Ancient Rome dress in denim blue. It came with so many loose strings around the whole bottom of the dress and at the waist band, I can tell it won't last long before it starts to completely fall apart. It also had a hole on the inside layer of the dress! And it came super wrinkled which you can steam out so that's not a big deal. I was so excited to finally try out Fashion nova but was very let down. I wrote a review on their website but of course they blocked it from showing up on the website and only allow reviews that will get more people to buy from them like how I was fooled and now I can't even return it and wonder if its even worth getting the E gift card if I'm just going to get another poorly made item on top of that I have to pay for the return shipping. Make sure to be cautious when buying from their site!

I received an email notification saying that the shipment has been delivered. It has been more than 10 days still I have not received anything. I've tried to contact customer service and their shipping company the kast 10 days. No one has respond and it's impossible to try to get a hold of anyone. I gave it two stars because I have had about 2 shipments that came through and the price were good. This last order, I got charged for something that I never received. I can't seem to get my money back. I don't recommend this company because you can't contact customer service if something goes wrong.

Quality wise, the products on this website are way better than expected. Customer service is always available, quick to respond and very friendly. Thanks to the three return centers they offer, my return was processed in just one day and shipping was at a national fee -awesome! Will NEVER ORDER from here again. I ordered 2 items. I only got one of the items and looked nothing like picture. The blouse was so cheap. I would not even pay a dime for it. And they took my payment of over 90 dollars Without any explanations as to why the second item was not sent and no credit. Never ever again!

I don't know why it has so many bad reviews? I had a good experience with SheInside, maybe shipping is not the fastest (I got one of my items in 10 days and another one in 11 days) but otherwise it's a great way to save on good brands. I will also recommend my friends also. If you're afraid you're going to get a bad product I suggest you google it first before purchasing it.

If cheap prices is all you care about you might do ok with SHEIN but you stand a 50/50 change of actually receiving your package. They use a company that will leave your package in the lobby of your multi-dwelling apartment building and say, "delivery was a success". SHEIN will not accept any responsibility. Buyers Beware!

Customer Service was very rude, would not provide company headquarters, like I couldn’t goggle it. Very unprofessional. I repeated ask them to not use Speedx to ship to my area but they said, it was out of their hands. Any other shipping company know leaving a package unattended is not secure.

I am 5'10 with a slim build.
I ordered large
When the leggings arrived, they were extremely small
They would not fit my young niece who is 4 ft tall with a slim build
I returned for a refund.
I spent almost $22 and they refunded me $4
Stay away from Shein.com unless you like giving scam artists your hard earned money

I needed a very beautiful dress for masquerade ball so I ordered the Navy Spaghetti Strap Backless Sequined Dress, the dress looked the same as it did online. It was true to size, fit tight in all the right places and was beautifully crafted overall. I expected it to be itchy because of the abundance of sequence but to my surprise it was not. I received so many compliments! The ordering process was very easy and it shipped quickly. The packing was nicely organized. The shipping was very accurate and the ease of use on the site helped with the purchasing aspect. The search bar helps users find exactly what you are looking for. Definitely would buy from this retailer again and recommend to others.

Beware when ordering as you will find when you come to returning items you might get a "cannot return because a promotion item" notification and no matter what you do there is no way to get a refund. This has happened to me twice, first time I just assumed I had missed seeing that I could not return when I ordered, second time I was very wary when ordering and checked carefully before placing order, also I ordered the same item in a different size and was able to return it! In my view it's a scam they are not to be trusted, I won't be purchasing this company in future, a terrible way to treat customers

This company charged my account for over $100 without permission or even us buying anything. There is absolutely no customer service line to contact to dispute or even talk to anyone. Not happy at all.

I just lost about 16 dollars because the returned merchandise never made it to Shein.com. I called their customer support number to see if they could contact USPS with the tracking number to track the package. Shein, com never responded. Now Paypal says there is no evidence from the seller that I should expect a refund. I suggested PayPal to remove Shein.com form their list of providers (sellers).

Ordered a couple shirts for the first time. Still have yet to receive them. Found a number online and called Friday he said to wait until Monday and call usps. I did and they have nothing there for me. Tried to call again the same number and now it's a busy tone. I just want my money back or what I ordered.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have a huge collection of clothes and I love all of them, and the prices are very cheap, especially compared to other stores with clothes this cute. I bought nearly my entire summer wardrobe from here, and I just bought a lot of sweaters for winter, and I was happy both times. The clothes always arrive pretty quickly and are great quality - I've never received a defective item. Wonderful place to find cute, affordable clothing!

I am writing this review just because I am so annoyed with Sheinside's services. It is so pathetic. I placed an order on Oct'30 and it's been 18 days and I dont know what's the status. I asked them for a refund and guess what it took 9 days to respond on that too. I will never ever place an order here and don't recommend it to anyone. Pathetic service!
- After couple of interaction with the customer service I finally managed to get my money back in 10 days. Feeling relaxed!

My first order of 3 dress arrived in 5 days I was shocked at how quick they arrived. Not the same for my second or third order. So far the second order has been 26 days, and after 10 days of the third order it is still sitting in Processing. What is the longest someone waited,? I can also see that some peoples orders have not arrived after a couple of months. This web site should be shut down, I wish I had read this forum first, as I would have not bothered, although my first 3 dress's were stunning, I was very pleased with them, I just want my other two delivered...

I love Sheinside online shop, because there really is a great choice of dresses, blouses, T-shirts, blazers, jewellery, accessories and much, much more – I can always find what I am looking for and have never been disappointed. My last purchase was a lovely crocodile leather clutch bag that I needed for one special occasion – and I am very satisfied with it. It's beautiful and also, very affordable. Also, delivery is always fast, so can I order things almost at the last moment and I know I'll get them at the right time. Plus, shopping is very easy.

I've ordered from Shein many times and have been satisfied with many of my purchases. The key to this site is to know your measurements! Some times I wear an extra small in items and sometimes I wear an extra large! It's all about reading the size chart and choosing the correct size for your measurements. Another key is to read what the item is made of and then there will be no surprises. I think those people that give Shein a bad review just don't take the time to do those 2 important things and then are disappointed when an item doesn't meet their expectations! I've also returned a good number of items and have had no issues- follow their directions with regard to returning and the money is refunded promptly. Overall, I give Shein 5 stars!
