I previously wrote a review freaking out about whether I would receive my order or not. My order has come and the material, skirts and quality are excellent. I love 5 out of 6 of them and the one I don't like they have made plans to send me a refund for. Sizes run small so be sure to order 2 sizes up. Other than that enjoy!

Their products are of a decent quality for what you pay. The problem is customer service. If an item in your order is missing they will just say you got it or check with delivery ccompany. I tried returning an item for refund they had no problem with me sending package back except they claim to have never received it. So don't ever claim something is missing or dare return anything. They don't believe it's missing or that you sent it back.
Tip for consumers:
Easy to order but if items are missing in your order they will never admit to not having shipped. Returns are allowed but not acknowledged as ever having been received.

All positive for shein. Ive had great service, Superb items and collections. All of them are as like quality as price. Id go as far to say is I love SheIn and will be placing an order soon. The shipping to Portugal usually takes a month, however for some of my orders it took less time. This site provides unusual and beautiful designs for an incredible price. You just have to choose carefully, if the product is amazing and the price is really cheap, maybe the fabric is not as good as you think. Yes most of the products are made with polyester, but are you expecting 100% cotton or organza for a 6 euros blouse? However they are honest so, if you read carefully the details of the product you will find the material that your product will have, and yes, some of the products are made from more expensive fabrics (also indicated in the product details). The quality of the designs are really good and so far all of the cloths that I ordered were perfectly cut and stitched. The worst experience from this site was a blouse that came with a color different from the picture, nothing like other comments that I see here. Overall as been an amazing experience

I like the website collection and I ordered a lot from it but my last three orders delivery time was a nightmare and two of them completed one month now or more and not yet received although I sent many complaints.

I ordered several bikinis in medium [i usually wear small bottoms and medium tops]. When i opened the packaging from one of them... the string instantly fell off the ring as i picked it up... the other bikinis came so small... smaller than my hand. They are simply unwearable. I made sure to look at all of the sizing charts and reviews for them to order the right size and it was so inaccurate. Very disappointed to say the least.

I thought since the bikini has some nice pics online that it was top tier quality. I was fooled. The stitching on the lower part of it frayed after a couple of times wearing it. It's still usable and doesn't seem like it will fall apart totally but it isn't the type of thing that I want to wear. Will try again next year with a different bathing suit brand. On the plus side, the shipping was free and I did get some discounts.

The old adage holds true - if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't! The clothes are very cheap. That's because they're shoddily made and sizes are all over the place. Occasionally you get something that's just "OK" and because you don't want to deal the hassle of trying to return something (They make it as difficult as humanly possible) you just decide to deal with it, right? Learn from my mistakes and don't waste your hard earned money on this joke of a company

Why is there no way to contact or get a response from these people? I clicked on the little customer service headphone icon, left a message that the items I sent back to be refunded should have been $70 and they only refunded $40. No one ever responded they just closed the ticket out so I can't even contact customer service about.it.

I have shopped on Shein various times throughout the past few years and have bought many items from them. I will no longer shop at shein. I am constantly giving them chances but am always disappointed. The items are super affordable which is what draws so many people to that site, however, you are definitely paying for what you get and sometimes even less. The designs are cute but the quality is awful. Even when you do get something with decent materials and fabric, there's still always something wrong. Most often, TERRIBLE stitching. I know how difficult it is nowadays to find cute, affordable, trendy, clothes, however, my advice is to save up your money and get a few great quality items, rather than many bad quality items. Shein and fast fashion in general is also known to be awful for the environment.

I have to say, I am pretty impressed with Sheinside. I do not usually buy clothing online but a friend recommended it when I told her that I've always thought she has great style.
There are some really great deals on the website. My favorite purchase was the "Blue Round Neck Striped Dipped Hem Pleated Dress". It fit me really well and I got so many compliments on it! Overall, I found the clothing to be of good quality, reasonably priced and extremely fashion forward.

I first ordered from them a year ago spend several hundred dollars. Instead of shipping me my order together they ship me two of the cheapest items because they "claimed" it was faster. My second larger and more expensive portion of the order never made it. They never re-sent it or gave me a refund because a tracking number said it had been delivered however I was home and did not have anyone come to the house.
So I decided to give it some time and let a year go buy, I just placed an order about a month ago for over a hundred dollars and again they sent me 2 of the cheapest items. I am still waiting for the more substantial portion of the order. When I looked up the tracking number it also says it was delivered however FedEX can't produce a proof of delivery which is suspicious. This is clearly a scam and I will be reporting them to my attorney and bank for fraud.

Yes, the order was divided into 2 packages for shipping because they were shipped from two separate warehouses of ours, and glad to hear that the first package has already arrived.

My issue with SheIn, thus far, has been their Return Process. It is the most convoluted return I've ever attempted with an online purchase. Making it more frustrating, I am not allowed to speak with anyone by phone for return questions--instead, the customer is required to submit "tickets" with questions. Then, the customer must wait for Shein to respond by email in a day or 2 or however long it takes, and if the question is not answered or resolved, then it's back to square one: submit another ticket with another question. Meanwhile, the return window is shrinking. My specific issue: To return items from an order, the customer must find their order online and choose the "confirm delivery" option. After that is done, a Return button is supposed to display. It is not displaying on my end, therefore I cannot even request a return for any of the nearly 20 items that I ordered. I am out over $300, and am beyond frustrated as I write this.

I first found out about SheIn through a advert on Facebook. A very trendy dress was portrayed by a model and that caught my eye and for some reason, I have never really shopped for clothes online before, I decided to order that dress and I was impressed with the quality. Their have been plenty of miss as well, but their customer service is good and they are polite. The one side for us Aussies is that to return we need to send it to the States and we have to spend and that becomes very expensive. They have very trendy clothes at affordable prices. SheIn is one of my all time favorite online stores.

People told me that if I did "Express Shipping" it would be here faster, and yeah, I fell for the "24 shipping." (which is a load of bull and just dishonest) So far, I have only received two items, and everytime I check the site an their order process, it says "Processing." I have never had this much trouble with a site. It's horrible. They told me that order was ready to be shipped, and I look- and guess what!? It's not. They lie to you and feed you the same bull over and over again. "We need 5-7 shipping days." In regards to that, it's been well over 5-7 shipping days. You have no excuse, and if they say, "Your order had been shipped already." No, it hasn't. Don't order from this site- it's honestly like they just stole my money. If I could rate this a 0/5 stars I would because 1/5 is just too nice to them.

I fully regret my decision to order from this site, I placed an order 5 days ago in and chose express shipping hoping it will arrive by new year's eve, and it's still processing even though both the items were marked "ships within 24 hours". I have contacted customer service and they keep asking me if they should ship out the order, I said no, I want to cancel it and get my money back, there is no point in waiting when I can't receive this on New Year's Eve. To any member of the company who is reading this, if you can't ship out your orders in time, at least don't mark them as "ships within 24 hours", it is very misleading.

I purchased several sweaters and a dress from sheinside recently. Since i'm in the US, shipping took a while, but relatively fast considering it's international shipping. They have a large range of products so it was very difficult to choose from their many designs although it was a very fun experience. I'm very happy with the material and designs of the clothing that have arrived. Everything is made exactly like the photographs that they provided online and it's at an extremely reasonable price! Products are bad quality. Coupons are deceptive. Charge you 1.99 for insurance if you want to get "free" returns which is already not free. They also made me pay for shipping back, and than did not refund for two dresses saying they did not receive them, which is another lie. Customer service is in China, so they are not helpful at all. Awful experience. Wish I never found them.

Brilliant service, fast shipping and good quality. I'm very happy with my order, i ordered over £500 worth of clothing and was a bit dubious as I read a bad review, but I don't really listen to bad reviews if there are some good! I'm glad i went with my instinct because my order was shipped within 24 hours and the delivery was pretty quick! For each step the customer service advisors were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I'm very happy I went with my gut as the clothing was fantastic for the price I paid. Seems like there are many bad reviews but my experience was good. I received all items in a timely fashion. I spent over $300 and received many items. The quality overall was good for the price I paid for them. I have not tried everything on but I've learned to order much larger than what I wear from China. You need to be realistic as to what you are buying from some of these sites in China. The clothes are pretty and simply made for the most part. But you are not paying a ton of money for them either. If an item does not fit me, I'm donating it to a shelter. They love getting unique new clothes for the girls. Thanks and I'll purchase from them again. Just adjust your expectations. I don't try and send items back. Not worth the hassle.
