The site has some pretty dresses and great deals which one can't resist. I ordered some dresses on 21st December with express delivery and although I received them late due to the holiday season just one of the 6 was not good but they refunded me the whole amount. I'm pleased with them and will be ordering more soon

Helpful customer service is nonexistent. I bought a dress. The first time I wore it the zipper split. It split three times that day before I was able to get home and change my clothes. I contacted customer service, emailing back and forth with them for over two weeks. I never received a refund. Frankly, they just didn't care.

I am a 5'0 and about 117 lbs, pretty athletic build from competing in bodybuilding bikini competitions and continue to lift to maintain my muscle and shape. I have breast implants (pretty average natural size) and ordered a small of the tye-dye body suit. I ALWAYS wear a small in everything, but this bodysuit could have been a medium to cover my breasts a bit more. Had a little too much side boob! Otherwise, quality was as expected, probably a step down from Forever 21, honestly. The other shirt I also ordered a small, off the shoulder black body suit and it was a bit snug. My advice is to order a medium, get the extra fabric to cover the lady parts. The worst part is, I can't return either item, and I am really unhappy because they don't fit as I assumed they would!

I have ordered from shein before with no issues thos time however i made my biggest order so far when the order arrive it was a little box with none of the items i ordered, the worst part is that the is nothing in their website or online that clearly shows how to fix this, no email and no contact details. Just my money gone and no clothes for my babies.

Good deals and nice products - I have used this website several times to purchase both individual items and bulk items for a club that I belong to. I have found both the clothing and jewelry to be of good quality and as depicted in the photos and descriptions. A few times the shipping has taken slightly longer than stated but this was expected as the items are coming from overseas and I always account for this when shopping at these sorts of websites. Overall, the prices simply can't be beat and the wide range of selection that they have is also pretty amazing.

I'm never dealing with Sheinside.com again! What a $#*!ty company! I ordered something from them they let it go through on my credit card (which took like a week to go onto my credit card) then they inform me that the item is sold out afterwards (they had a week to tell me this!) and they won't be getting anymore then they take about a month to refund me, and they don't refund the full amount and they tell me "Anyways yeah we've refunded all we got from you, Thanks for your understanding" what the $#*!?! So I have to pay you people for a product that I am never going to get because of your $#*! up?! Don't waste your time with this bull$#*! like I did! Their customer service team was rude and $#*!ty and made me feel like an idiot for trying to get my money back.

I ordered items with "Expedited Shipping" hoping to get them before a trip this weekend. I submitted a ticket asking about the status of my order and have not heard back yet. If I cannot receive the items before I need them, I will want to cancel this order.
If there is a way to pay extra in order to get the items here, I am willing to do that but based on reviews and the "still processing" status of my order a day later, it doesn't look promising. Can someone please advise?

So this is a revised review. At first I was frustrated with the company because I needed to return some items and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. The items were all fine except the sleeves fit me too loose. Customer service got back to me about a week later explaining that they were on a 7 day long holiday. I suggested to them that they include this information on their website as to avoid confusion and bad reviews. Otherwise dealing with the company was a pleasure, they are always prompt in their responses (when their offices are opened) and truly do their best to meet the customers satisfaction.

I was drawn in by the beautiful, cheap, and extensive collection. It helped that they also had free shipping. However, it took almost a full month for my order to come in, and when I opened the package it was cheap material to the point where I would never wear it. I know that you pay for what you get, but I've paid less for better quality.

I've had good experiences with shopping on this site. I love how the items are categorized which makes it easy to find what I want and I get great deals. Some of the clothes look a bit different than on the website but I guess that's the nature of online shopping. I had some issues accessing the site a couple times but that may be browser issues on my end. I will be ordering again soon and I'm looking forward to getting the same great level of service.

I got my order this morning and I have never been so upset and frustrated in my life. The clothes were awful. The quality of the clothes was disgusting and it has a very cheap feeling and appearance.
I wasted £178 on garbage honestly. Please save your money and actually order from good stores such as ASOS and Debenhams rather than this crap store.

Ordered a denim jacket which was not the measurements described in the listing. They would give me my money back but not pay the shipping from UK to USA. As the listing had been inaccurate I expected a full refund. They didn't reply to my emails after a while. The customer service people did not speak English well so it made it really difficult to communicate. I would never order from there again.

ABSOLUTE WORST! This company is a scam. They took my money and after 2 months only sent half my order! I have emailed them tons of times and they have not responded at all. Its looking like I will never get that money back and the items I did receive were, for the most part, extremely cheap and smelled terrible! I am now nervous that they have my card info! Shein has a great selection of choice. It however is not somewhere to order things from last minute. You need to able to wait a few weeks to be safe. I ordered some items for a holiday and there was an issue with the order meaning I would have got the items after leaving for abroad. However, they allowed me to cancel it all and gave me a full refund. Great customer service!

Try to contact them--you get caught in endless loops of non-information. In one day, I was charged $92.05 twice, $102.92 twice, and $164.67. Didn't make any of those purchases. After several "chats" they refunded the two $92 charges and one $102 charge. The remaining charges remain. I now have to get a new credit card and file a fraud report. If I could have talked to a real person just once I could have avoided all that.

I returned an item because they sent me the wrong size. I never received a return of my money. Paypal did not help either. Maybe I can go to my bank and talk to them, I don't know. It was connected to my checking account. This is a terrible company!
