I ordered 7 items and received 2 relatively quickly, then had to wait a while for the other 5. The quality of every item was abysmal, but I suppose their prices should have been an indication. I returned the items and after 3 weeks am still waiting for my refund. They first "refund" the money back to your SheIn account (so they pretty much still have their hands on it) so you have to "withdraw" it. It has been two and a half weeks since my withdraw and I am still waiting for the money to show up in my bank. Every time I talk to customer service I get a different response of what the hold up is, how long it should take, etc. Still waiting for my money back. Will never order from SheIn again.

I always shop on SHEIN, I love the offers, free shipping etc. It looks quite cheap. I ordered and I paid a total of like ‘€41,66' but then I went and tried to purchase something on my card again when I found out ALL my money was swiped clean from my card and it declined. This isn't the first time it happened twice now. I'm dissatisfied with this issue and I'd like my money back from them, it's not legit. Generally just a scam.

Tip for consumers:
It isn't good and I wouldn't recommend it. Honestly, it looks cheap and cool but in reality, it isn't..

I have shopped on this site several times without any problems. I had 03 items shipped to my home and some I have use site to store. The great thing about site to store is that they notify you by email when your item has arrived. I like the sheinside.com for lot's of quality product are available in one place and anyone can get the desire items delivered to home without any hassle. I have never had a problem with sheinside.com and definitely recommended the store!

If there was a no star option, I would give them that. I am completely outraged. My order was sent and charged on the 6th and it's the 17th and it's not even shipped. I have tried over and over to contact their reps and so far... NO HELP, NO REPLIES. So why bother to have an email if you're not going to reply to customers... I just want my orders shipped... I spent 150 dollars on these items and to wait this long for them, I'd rather shop somewhere else, please return my messages and give me clear answers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU EXPECT YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE WITHIN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS BECAUSE IT WILL NOT!

I ordered a few items over $100, assuming my items would be shipped out on 5/8 - as stated on the website.

As of 5/8 the only status shown in "processing".

I'm must say, I have no problems with Shein communicating with me once I submitted a ticket via the website for status. My only challenge is, the vagueness of when my package will arrive.

I'm not sure if I should cancel my order or wait on pins and needles hoping my package arrives before I travel.

It's been 13 days since I placed my order, it still shows processing (waiting to be picked). I choose to purchase off this site because it said my things would be delivered between 4 to 7 days (express shipping). Currently Shein is offering free express shipping for orders over $45. They use DHL, who marked my order as "delivered", but it has not been delivered. When contacted customer service they said give it another 5-7 days. This is NOT EXPRESS shipping. If you need your item by a certain time give yourself an additional week, even with express shipping option. This is unacceptable service and false advertisement.

Tip for consumers:
They don't adhere to"express shipping" time, be prepared for standard shipping times instead.

I have been in search of a quality and outstanding bracelet to purchase for my wife and daughter but the ones I got were not really fashionable and my wife doesn’t like them. A friend of mine told me about this site, sheinside.com. So I decided to give it a trial and lo and behold, they have great and amazing products in sock, my wife loved and cherishes the gold bracelet I got for her because of its great uniqueness and quality. They have really creative pieces and I was amazed at how affordable they were. Am glad I made this purchase.

The clothes came out cute and the same way they look on the website. The downfall is HOW LONG it takes to get here. I paid for expedited shipping (3-5) days and it got to me two weeks later. Also getting in touch with the company is very hard. They have no phone number, if you want to contact them it is through email. They get back to you days later. But overall the two week wait time after paying for expedited shipping is beyond annoying.

I was very happy once I checked and saw the many options they have on dresses so I went ahead and ordered a dress... it has been over 3 weeks now and I still have not gotten my package. I had in mind wearing the dress for a special occasion and i ended up spending double the money because i had to order another dress from a different website. I keep checking my order status and all it says is "processing". Horrible site to order anything!

I bought some clothes for my puppy and followed the sizing chart. The clothes arrived, however, only 1 out of 9 outfits fit! My puppy is 4.5 lbs and size small was too small! I've try emailing SHEIN and I got no answer. I don't even want a refund, just 1 size up on some items and 2 sizes up on others. I thought I found the online store for all of my puppies clothes. Major disappointment. I'll give them a couple of days and see if they respond. I'll keep you posted.

Tip for consumers:
Go 1 size up and pray that's all you needed to get the right size.

Hey guys, so I ordered from shein &' I spent 40$ on shoes In a jacket and more …. My order said it was a dispatch but any other time they deliver it comes on time of even early…. Now they are saying they can't deliver my package in they won't give me my money back.! ATP they can keep the money in clothes cause obviously they that poor in need it more then me!

It has been 8 days since the "Label was created" and it has not moved yet from New Jersey. 12 days since the original purchase, as a first time customer I know that no matter how cheap and cute the clothes are I would never order from this website again. This amount of time for shipment is unreasonable.

Tip for consumers:
Almost a month later the package finally reaches my city, only to be sent back to the seller...BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PUT MY BUILDING OR SUITE NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At this point, I asked for a refund, enough is enough, and they told me would it be ok for them to give me back 70%, and I never received the package. Paypal dispute here I come. Absolute worst company I have EVER purchased from.

The early Christmas offer on this website is fabulous! I was able to get gifts for my entire family consisting of 5 sisters and 2 sister-in-law! I was even able to get myself some cute dresses for all the different holiday parties! The sheinside clothing line is so cute, I love the way the material feels and the cut is just right for my 5'9" frame. I've been able to make the pieces purchased off sheinside.com cross functional by wearing the sweaters to work and open to happy hour. Best of all, they ship for free and deliveries come quick!

We ordered a Christmas gift in 11/30 and didn't receive it until 12/20. Once the gift was given the recipient found out they didn't fit. We tried to exchange for a new size but we're told the 35 days from purchase had passed so nothing could be done. Very disappointing that we have skirts no one can wear because of size and they won't extend their return policy for Christmas as all legit stores do at the holidays. Will never order from Shein again as 21 days of the 35 days we didn't have the merchandise. We did try to exchange within 35 days of receipt.

I ordered $70 worth of clothes and every time I go to track it, it says that only the label has been made. No further progress. I realize that I only placed my order on 6/29/2016, but I still did not receive a confirmation email or ANYTHING. I should at least be able to track my package, but no. This site does not offer any contact information, so it makes me think it is a scam.

Their customer service lied to me and tried to gaslight me into believing something else. Ive had to contact them multiple times myself just for my package to move on to the next stage. They want their consumers to do all of their work for them. I also think they should just pay their employees more

I've order 17 times in the past 2 years and it's the first time that I'm missing 11 items. I contacted the app and all social media and the answer is the same "you are not missing any items, we checked!".
How can I prove myself? I told them if they have a video proving that all my items were put in my package. They also theaten that if I continue it will affect my credit score of the account! Why should I care about that? I want my items or my money back!

I have placed tons of orders on shein and everything has always arrived within a week or 2. They have the cutest items and everything is always as it is in the photo. I always double check the reviews and sizing chart to make sure it's right for me. Customer service has been great every time I've need to return anything. Love shein!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never had an order take over month to ship. The reps are unhelpful and full of apologies and excuses, but no solutions or even attempts to answer my questions. I have yet to receive my order and am afraid I will continue to be led on by these con artists. Express shipping my $#*!.

Tip for consumers:
I'm guessing all these positive votes are from people sheinside paid to rate them highly. Trust me, as cute as the clothes are, they aren't worth the trouble. Also, there's no telephone number or hierarchy to speak of. Your only correspondence can be made with scammers with fake names like Danny, Christian, Medea, etc. Who do you know that's actually named Medea besides Tyler Perry's character?

I spent almost $100 placed my order on the 22 of May. It was supposed to arrive on June 1 but Fedex still hasn't received it. Like many of the other reviews on here the last update was Package sterilization complete and that it shipped. But Fedex still doesn't have it. Very disappointed in this company. If I spent that much it should have been shipped already and on it's way to me. Or at least let me know why it's delayed.
