Honestly, I've shopped at many online stores and this is the absolute worst. I purchase a sweatshirt, kimono, a red dress, a sweater and a jacket. Everything either came faulty or didn't come. My sweatshirt didn't come! Instead I was sent this potato sack like jacket. The dress came with stitches everywhere, I was confused to if I were wearing it inside out or not. My sweater came broken, the straps were hanging on by a piece of wool! And worst of off my kimono came in a huge size even though I ordered a small. I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send it back with ME paying for my own shipping? This had been a horrible experience and I'm never purchasing here again.

Love Sheinside. Always order from here, they deliver on time, the clothing is pretty cheap, the quality could be better but if you don't want to pay a lot, then this is the way to go, on top of that they have a huge selection.

I ordered a jumper which arrived on time. I liked it but it was too small, I made several attempts to submit a returns ticket and after expressing disappointment on Sitejabber the company emailed me, sent a returns label and credited back my money so Im happy with the final resolution.

Shein customer service said they would refund me for return shipping of an item not as described - they did not. They instead blocked me from contacting them on their website. Lucky I used PayPal and PayPal sorted it.

I bought a bunch of reproduction of oil paintings, but what I received was a printing on a fabric like canvas not a real canvas. All you are buying is simplely a picture not a reproduction of an oil painting. Please do not trust the rating, they are total lies. I rated the products as one star but the Shein automatically made it a 5 star. These are significantly deceptive people you should shop with extreme caution. I am returning everything they have sent. Now can't tell you how much of a lie is the return policy, not yet.

If I could give less than 1 star as that would accurately reflect this company. I purchased items and all items in my cart were included that purchase. Today I see that the amount I paid for doesn't reflect one missing item.
It was difficult to reach a live agent as the bot kept wasting my time by trying to force templates that weren't applicable. Secondly, their phone number is a NON working number.
When I finally reached a live agent, I tried explaining what the issue was and her responses were NOT applicable nor was she listening properly. I asked for a supervisor and none was able to speak with me rather they kept sending their templates response. This will be my LAST time using such an unprofessional company who don't care about customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Please do better with customer service and live agents and also get a working phone number for the US entity of your business. Your customer service is deplorable for the reasons enumerated in my review section. I WILL NEVER use your company again! DO BETTER!

I previously wrote a bad review about the shipping process with SheIn. However, things have changed and their customer service department was very nice to my concerns. They gave me a refund and wanted to make sure I was all in all happy. Thumbs up for customer service.

We placed an order, they confirmed, not they come up with hidden costs (import duties) that were never mentioned on the order confirmation. - This is fraud, it's illegal to add costs after an order was confirmed.
SHEIN is a scam! Don't trust them, don't give your cc details.

In terms of customer service, you did very well. Your website SheIn.com is easy to use and the whole experience was great. The most admirable part was quick delivery. I would definitely order again from this website. The quality of this shirt was amazing, exactly what I ordered. Color and fabric as advertised, very well constructed. But I'm not 100% pleased with the measurements. I would say it is a quality shirt at reasonable price.

I love how this site is affordable BUT size up in almost everything. I'm 5 ft tall and 100 pounds and have been a size small my hole life. Every single top I ordered in a small is way to tight, and every single pj pant with the elastic are way too tight. Like super uncomfortable tight. I am disappointed. I received free shipping that was the deal for SheIn"s black Friday/cyber Monday sale. Everything is still the same price. The deals are the same B's coupons you get regularly! The sales are the same ones the usually have but they're marketing it like you'll get big savings. This is an outright lie. You get the same savings regardless most of the time and this is not worth waiting for. If I would have known that SheIn just lied about the "Big Deals" they have going on I would have shopped elsewhere and will be doing so in the future. Shein's "sales" are a joke.

I never buy from shein because I know what I'm getting myself into in reference to their cheap material, but I decided to give it a try with something simple like their sunglasses. When they arrived I found it in a good quality case with a wipe for them. Overall, the quality is obviously cheap but it looked exactly like the picture and it works as a good accessory!

I go to this site to look for unique items to fill my wardrobe. Yes, the shipping takes longer than expected, but well worth it. If you are concerned about fit and how it will actually look, read the review and see the pictures of that item. That is how I normally order. If it doesn't have a review, or even pictures of real people wearing it, I do not buy. People are so fast to judge this website. But all in all, they do not take the extra 2 minutes to read the reviews of an item they wish to purchase!
Go use this website, just take the time and read about what you are planning on buying before you buy. Simple as that.

The customer was contacted and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction.
It may take longer to receive orders but the prices make it totally worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the item you want to purchase because the sizing may be off and other buyer's reviews may help you to make the right choice so you don't have to send anything back. Lastly, I had a package that remained as "processing" for over the normal time it usually is. I emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours and had things squared away. Great customer service!
