Hello, i'm writing here after my girlfriend bought an item from this shop.
At first i was skeptical about web shopping since. You know how much a pain and regret is after you get your products.
Well this time was different. She ordered it, the order cam in maximum 4 days in a nice package.
The item she bought is: Grey Hooded Long Sleeve Tiger Print Sweatshirt (actually she kept bugging to add the name of the item). The fabric is as they say: cotton and the quality - price ratio is very fair.
So, yes. She is happy. The hoodie fits her personality and it's a fit since i like tigers too.
Overall i rate it 5/5 for quality, shipping time and honesty about their product.
P. S: it would be even nicer if the shop had more animal or white tigers imprints too.

I purchased items of $400 using afterpay but when I received the items half of the items like mens shirts, purses and shoes were not made with good materials so I returned them with 2 return labels. The small package was refunded through afterpay but the large package has not been refunded. I have written to both Shein and afterpay but all proved futile. Moreover, afterpay is about to bill my account. Please, be warned of Shein they're not truthful and it's difficult to get anyone to resolve your issues if you get one. Most of their items are inferior. Made with cheap materials.

Most of the items my daughter ordered were too large. One item sent she didn't even order. Return policy says swimsuits are not returnable so I'm stuck with them. Took forever to find a customer service phone number that went directly to voicemail. Tried using the chat function and it's just a bot so all I got was run around the computer loop. BUYER BEWARE! Don't order from them.

Received a jumpsuit that was completely covered in dog/cat fur. Contacted Shein who offered to credit me 100 points towards my next purchase which is equal to $1.00! Apparently, if you don't immediately take a picture of your item, they won't do anything else. Never saw this is their policy. I spend $100-$500 every few months and will not order from them again in the near future. Scabies is a real thing and obviously Shein does not properly inspect or sanitize their returned items and immediately just resells them.

Don't be lured into thinking you're getting a really good on these products. It was a very odd experience. Ordered easily enough. Received and email saying order shipped. Waited a few days. Then had some strange, poorly written email telling me my delivery was delayed because they had been "unable to deliver to my house or that I wasn't home" (even though it's a normal house and I'm there most days). A month later nothing. Cannot contact them. Doubt anything was shipped in the first place. Whole thing smells like bull5h1t.

Ordered 4 items, 3 were not as described. Only for one raised claim, because received incorrect item. But Shein not solved and this case.
Also to get free shipment you should order for min ~30 eur - non happy with it. Alternative shoping portal works much better, works with purchasers. Will not use Shein anymore.

I haven't yet received my order, but so far, Shein just hasn't been that good. I got 3 pairs of earrings, it ended up as about 20 dollars, which was a bit expensive, but that's okay. About 2 days later I got an email saying it had been shipped, and I thought that was awesome, not a lot of companies ship that fast, but apparently it's arriving on Feb 13, I ordered it on... January 23? I wasn't too happy with that, but whatever, I figured I could wait, but apparently, I'm going to have to pay like 35 dollars in shipping customs, which really annoyed me, since all the earrings were only 4 dollars or 5. I'm gonna post another review after I get the product, the earrings seem to look nice, so maybe it will have been worth it.

I'm disappointed with Shien. Despite ordering specific items, I received completely different ones. The quality was appalling; threads unraveled, and seams were shoddy. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on products that don't match the descriptions or meet basic quality standards. Customer service was unhelpful, making the experience even worse. I won't be using Shien again, as this shopping app fails to deliver both in terms of product accuracy and quality assurance. It's crucial for them to address these issues to regain customer trust and satisfaction.

Please don't shop here. Do yourself a favor. I have been waiting for my order for 2+ months, there used to be some tracking information now there is none. I have emailed with no responses anymore and there phone customer service no longer works as well. They have probably gone belly-up and are still just scamming money from people. PLEASE don't risk it, I very much regret ever shopping on this site.

Do not trust them. There is plenty other online shopping sites that provide great service. My delivery never arrived. They were trying to blame my address. Address I get mail and packages coming in everyday without any trouble, ever. After 3 months of chasing and almost arguing with not helpful customer service (Jason was the worst) I finally got my money back. Awful let down. I wouldn't give them one star if there was an option.

I had bought a black midi fitted dress along with some black ballet flats for a special event. Both of the items were in great condition. However, the shoes smell like Sharpie markers which kind of throw me off. I also ordered 5 pieces of pink powder puffs, 2 shoe crease protectors, and 12 pieces of hair rollers. The shoe crease protectors did help to prevent creasing, but they were always so painful to walk around (in my opinion). But it is what you get for a dollar. You can't really see how it would be great as something priced higher from Amazon.

This is my first experience with online clothes shopping on SheIn and must say wont be doing it again!
The "Dresses" arrived. Opened the package and was utterly gutted. Very poor quality wherein the material lining of the dresses are sooo thin that one's undergarments are displayed right through them, cannot use as a dress. Its a see through! The sizes too big and there are threads coming off the embroidery of the dresses.
Since I opted for COD, I have no choice but to wait and see if I can manage to get a response on refund or exchange. I cannot even get through to a customer service on their website and have spent about USD 85! Total ripoff. Would not suggest buying dresses from this site to anybody.

I'm a creature of habit and would usually stick to the common sites I know to shop, but a recent experience at Shein just left a bad taste and I've decided to stop shopping there.
They are having a 30% off sale, the advertising poster clearly states "All items", except for sales items. So I picked out items that weren't on sale, but one of the non-sale items wasn't discounted.
After nearly a week of back and forth with their CS, was told that even though the poster ad said all items, the discount didn't actually apply to all items. Without an explanation.
It's just a couple dollars, but for me, once trust is broken, I won't patronise the store anymore. So I've lost faith in their honesty and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Their $750 gift card through Flash Rewards is a total scam. There's a lot more time and money required from your end than they ever let on. And once you give over your phone number, you will receive about a dozen span calls every day. On top of all of that, their clothes aren't very high quality and fall apart in the wash. I don't care how much money they say you'll get if you jump through their crazy hoops. It's not worth it.

Quality & fit can be a challenge, which is why you pay very close attention to measurements and reviews. Some of my favorite dresses have come from this site.
Considering customer service is by computer only, it's actually pretty good. I've never had any issues. They process returns quickly, and also helped me change my shipping address.
Shipping can be slow, but some items show up within days. It just depends on where it's coming from. Duh. Just allow plenty of time for an item to show up. It's free shipping half of the time, so why complain.

I ordered I think 8 pieces of clothing on July 3 with express shipping. Everyday I've been checking the website and it still says "processing". I need these clothes next week and if I don't have it then I am screwed. How long does it take to get some clothes and ship it? On top of this, the only confirmation email was a 40% coupon. Not even a tracking number. Professional! Clothes are cute, but probably never going to shop here again...
UPDATE: Just got the clothes. Most of them are cute, but you get for what you pay for. But, one item makes me look like a piñata and the other is unflattering *on me*. So I will return both of those items. But the thing is-there's no contact information whatsoever. Please Shein help a girl out a help me return something!

Quite literally the worst clothing website I have ever seen. I should have read the reviews instead of trusting the bloggers. I ordered over $85 worth of clothing and it has been processing for nearly a month. I can at least say that the customer service responses have been prompt and relatively informative, however the bottom line of each one is either
1. Be patient or 2. Cancel the order; even after the shipping company was apparently contacted.
I really hope I will be refunded in full or else I will never shop from this site again. It seems like they consistently sell items that are actually out of stock. I needed half of this order as a gift but it is far too late for that now. Seriously, steer clear and go to H&M or something.

I've had good luck buying from this site and have gotten adorable items for little money and fast shipping, considering they come from China. I rarely have to wait longer than 2 weeks for any order. There have been a few things that didn't turn out as nice as what was shown in the photo, but I couldn't complain because the price was low. I'd say 90% of the things I've gotten have been great - especially the basic cotton dresses. Just be sure to pay close attention the measurements they give for each size. I'm 5'2", 32" chest, 25" waist, and 33" hips so I usually wear size XS/S in American sizes, but sometimes I have to order size Medium or even Large in some items to be sure they'll fit properly.

I spent over 232$ with this website I payed for express shipping and received a email that due to suspicious activity they need me to send them a picture of my debit card or proof of the transaction. I emailed them a screenshot of my online banking never received a response. I called the support number provided it wouldn't even ring. So I just decided to cancel my order everything is very vague no details basically bull$#*!. Keep your coin sis who knows if i'll ever get my money back. If your one that just figured out Shien, about how it has so many cute things that are really cheap? Don't use shien. I have seen the 5.0 star likes with 100+ reviews but they're just lying. Shein's clothes quality is bad. It's really fake. Only some things have a good texture and are true to size. 12% percent recommend
