I ordered $105 worth of clothing over 3 weeks ago and the status shows "urging shipping". What on earth is that supposed to mean? After initially placing the order, I received an email stating that I should receive an update within 5-7 days. Having never received an update I gave it ample time and emailed inquiring about the status of my items. I received a BS response about returning from holiday and that my items still need time to prepare for shipment. I have ordered from China many times and expect the delivery in about a month's time frame but it has been nearly a month and my items still haven't shipped? This is unacceptable! Its unfortunate as many of the items are pretty cute but not really worth the hassle that comes with actually receiving your item.

I bought more stuff so I could exceed the $99 limit to get Express Shipping which says 3-5 days. I ordered items on June 13th and its been saying Shipped for the past 4 days. Typically that means there is a tracking # available but all it says is "Departed Operations facility". Customer service is very unhelpful.

Ordered some items about three weeks ago, did the free shipping and figured it would be about a week to receive... Nope still nothing. When I contacted customer service, they told me that I need to contact FedEx because the shipment was sent to them... But clearly FedEx never did receive it because it still said that the label was created.
Asked customer service to look in to it, and what do you know? They said the package was lost and asked if I wanted a refund. I sent them a message asking them to expedite the items without charging me additional, as I still wanted them... But have not gotten a single response from anyone and it has been over 2 days. Go figure...
I will never ever order from them again. It is true that you get what you pay for!

First buying experience went down the hill. Not only the order was marked as received, but also signed "by buyer" as received. This wasn't enough for me. Ordered second time. Now fighting for 3 days over adding delivery instructions. No, they have nothing to do with third party who is responsible for delivery. No, you cannot type any delivery instructions during your purchase. Most likely it will not happen, but I wish one day they will declare bankruptcy! As for right now, I am a double looser!

Never had a company asking me to upload photos to proof the "bad quality" before the return!
First of all, their price is NOT competitive; secondly, shipping takes forever to arrive; thirdly, all clothes came within a bag, no tags, and they are just average or even poor quality.
Then it comes the return part - there are fine prints everywhere that return must be initiated within certain days, you can only do 1 free return, etc etc. When I decide to return the poor quality items, I had to send a photo to proof that... which company does that?
Wasting my dollars on several orders already, I will never buy from this company again

Best price around for the best Quality. The selection is great, the prices are better. I was recently Given this site by a friend and I can't say that I have seen any other site cheaper. On-line ordering couldn't be more easy and the products are well packaged and arrive fairly quickly. I like that they worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we wanted. Company took over 5 days to respond to my complaint with a standard computerized response. Offered me TWO dollars worth of points on their website for my "troubles" after sending two more additional complaints. Ended up having to have the order reshipped and it still hasn't come in. I am very disappointed with their service because they never double check what's inside their Shein plastic bag, if the item is correct or not. I ordered 15 items from them and one of the stuff was wrong I ordered a High Waist Slit Hem Denim Skirt but when I received it. Jeans was inside, they packed in the same packaging a different item.

I've been more struck by the less than classy way Shein advertises their products for women, than the beautiful products I've purchased. And while it's been a mix of fast/cheap fashion and decent quality items, scrolling through ads on Facebook, Instagram or their website is like looking at soft porn. Many shots of female models, their poses and what they're wearing are inappropriate and disgusting. The overly sexualized and photoshopped images creates a very disturbing and unrealistic view of women that isn't needed to promote their products. Yet they do, which is revealing…they can and should do better. And as a shopper I regret supporting this type of culture and plan to do better…

Pictures of products are deceptive. Many are photoshopped or models pose in ways that make clothes look more fitting/flattering than they are. Read the reviews with pictures.

Absolutely horrible service and i regret ever shopping on their site. If you are not a blogger, be smart enough to keep your money to yourself. They will charge you immediately, take forever to ship item, lie that they have shipped it and give you bogus tracking number(s) and when i asked for why i had two separate tracking numbers, the blamed it on their system and when asked why my tracking number provides no information, they told me to give it sometime but they are able to supposedly track it and give me bogus tracking Information. Huge liars and scammers. All the good reviews here are very suspicious

I purchased items through Klarna with Shein in May 1 2021. It is now 5-10-2021. Shein had no history of my order. Tried calling the fake numbers they have listed no connection. Tried even their chat system. No live person there. I am trying to locate my order and can not get anyone. I will never use this site ever.

Ordered 112 dollars worth of items last Wednesday, was beyond excited to receive them! I never received an email saying anything had shipped so on Monday of this week I contacted them. They told me they hadn't even shipped anything that it would ship out with 24 to 48 hours. Was told by three different people three different things. Guess what items still haven't shipped. Woke up to an email this morning stating your items are being pushed back another 3-5 business days due to popular demand of the items. So on top of pushing back my order you also want to tell me I won't receive it for another 5-7! Nope cancel anything you buy with them and get a refund! Not even worth it! Worst customer service and company ever!

I heard about this company via word of mouth from a few friends. All of their amazing selections are hard to choose from, but I ended up choosing the "Wine Red Short Sleeve Bodycon Dress". Shipping was quicker than expected. The dress looks absolutely beautiful in person! I was surprised at the amazing quality. I would also like to add that it fit perfectly on me. My boyfriend liked it too! I had to contact them once with a question, and I appreciated that they replied right away. I recommend them highly.

I recently ordered a beautiful red and blue tribal print dress with a knotted collar. Online, the dress looked stunning. It was advertised as having a loose fit. I'm on the shorter side so I wasn't worried about length or anything, either. Shipping was no hassle and it arrived quickly and in great condition! Tight packaging held the dress. Airy material, and the fit was just right for me! All my worries were for naught. Great quality at nearly a fraction of the cost of other sites, so I’d say it is well worth it to take a shot at discovering your next favorite piece in your wardrobe!

When I saw this online I knew I had to have it. It arrived in perfect, clean condition. Seems to be pretty well made even though the sheer fabric is kinda delicate. The cat head covers my size A chest with just a little side cleavage peeking out. Will probably wear it without a bra underneath and just wear skin tone pasties. I'm 5'2 and 110lbs and the size small fits just right. The skirt part has three layers. A silky first layer, then some tulle, and then the outer fabric to add a little volume. Bow is attached with a pin so it's removable.
Think I want to get the white one, too!

The clothes, are really good material and they are really cute. They have clothing for just about any style. They even have more to offer! Including phone cases, jewelry of all kinds, nails, nail kits. And lots more. Everything there is super good quality. But here's the problem, the clothing always takes FOREVER to arrive. They are almost never on time. They stay in transit for like 3-5 days straight. Even if your ordering something small. Every time i order something i end up being disappointed seeing it is still "in transit" for the 3rd day in a ROW. Its a pretty good site. But if your impatient like me, id advise you to just stick with amazon.
