What you get is not what you see in the pics.

The fabric is junk and will fall apart the first time it is washed. Sure, they say you can return but they don't tell you that you will pay almost as much in shipping as you did on the order.

I spent $100 but it was going to cost me $78 to return everything! PayPal agreed to reimburse me (as a rare exception) and they did but only after Shein confirmed they got my return but after 4 months Shein did not confirm they had received the package. In fact, they still have not confirmed they got it back. So, if PayPal had not made sn exception and reimbursed me, I would never had gotten my money back.

Scammers! And millions of us keep falling for this.

STOP throwing your hard earned money away!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away! Do not buy from China. I have tried 4-5 of these sites and found many of them are owned by the same group of companies. All of it is garbage.

Can't believe I've wasted as much money and time as I have with these unsophisticated, unprofessional, unethical fools. You can get better stuff at better rates with actual customer service. They shouldn't be in business long.

My biggest pet peeve about this site is their unreliable shipping times. Do not bother purchasing expedited or express shipping because it's not going to expedite the shipping process any further. They will ship out your item whenever they see fit, and it could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks for you to receive your order since they're shipping it from their warehouse overseas. I feel like this is a very unacceptable way to run a business since sometimes the shipping time can exceed the estimated arrival date. If you're going to tell a customer that their package is going to arrive before a certain date, it needs to be on time.

The quality of the clothes itself is okay, on par with stores like Forever 21. Some of their items will tend to run on the smaller side so I'd recommend looking at the measurements that they provide for your respective sizing.

I ordered 8 items, a sweater, 3 sundresses, 3 tops and a summer evening dress. Everything is fine, some really nice. Some are a little longer than stated, but sizes were all true to the size guide on each item. I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality for the price. I will definitely order again.

The delivery company you use in UAE is the worst ever! Damn! Alemex was much faster, imile is total $#*!! Two packages have never been delivered! I cant explain the pain! But am done, let me just delete the Shein app because I can't stand viewing my orders which I dont know their ways about.

I ordered from Shein at the Beginning of May. It was due to be shipped June 18th. I track the package, all is good. By June 22nd i'm like. Ok where are you? It says it's arrived to USPS distribution center. And now it's being returned to sender! I tried to contact customer support. Their number doesn't work. I emailed them. No word back. Now I'm $100 short with nothing to show for it. I'm convinced Shein isn't an authentic site. I suppose this is what I get for going the cheap route and supporting a sweatshop. :(

Placed an order for my daughter and order had 2 packages first package only a brown dress arrived and second package never came with most of the clothes and jewelry for her birthday. Not only did they not refund me but I had nothing to give my daughter for her birthday. Luckily I used paypal and could provide that there was 2 packages and one had only arrived to get a refund but the whole process was months long before getting paid back and I won't shop with them any more.

It's been years that I do online shopping and I have never had an awful experience like I had with Shein! They are a bunch of thieves that have no clue how to be trustworthy and work properly.one of the dresses that I have ordered was terribly stinky(which shows that they don't follow the hygiene restrictions at all! Who knows where were those clothes before!) and The shoe was way more bigger than what I have ordered, and I have sent them proofs and photos of What I have ordered and what I have received that was completely different and unpleasant! They were so rude, unprofessional and unable to manage the issue and mistake that they have caused. They did anything to escape their responsibilities and deny their mistakes. Even with proofs and photos! They just wanted to kill time and ignore their mistake! They don't speak a proper English as well, other than being rude and incompetent! Please don't waste your time and money on these BS apps. What a shame! ‍

Tip for consumers:
Do not ever use this app! They are incompetent thieves, not even smart enough to do it properly, rude and incapable to manage their errors and mistakes!

I really love Sheinside.com and I don't understand why people have problem with such an amazing site here you always gets amazing products at much lower price than market I recently ordered a pink jacket from Sheinside.com and truly I gets my tracking number within day and my item delivered just in five days for that I truly thanks to Sheinside.com you give me such an amazing services. I spent over £100 on this website because the clothes looked fantastic but I was so disappointed when they started to arrive. The website said quick delivery but it has taken over 2 weeks for everything to arrive. The quality was really really poor and some items unwearable. I know that they are cheap prices but we have high street shops that charge a similar amount and they are much better quality. One large size cardigan I bought had it's arms so tightly knitted that only my 3 year old could fit into them.
They don't make it particularly easy to return either, I've had to submit a question with reasons as to why I want to return each item, that's 8 items, I'm only keeping the jewellery because I can't return them. It would be much easier if it was like other sites where you either have a return slip with the package or a printable form on the website.
I can't say I'll use them again and it's put me off buying clothes from shops I'm not familiar with.

I can honestly say that I finally found the cheap but high quality webshop I have been looking for. I ordered the black long sleeve backless lace dress and the blue glaze gold tassel earrings and was surprised to receive my items only 3 days later. I am very pleased with how the dress fits, very impressed with the material and design too. It accentuates my curves, while still looking classy. The earrings are of great quality too, which I did not expect for such a low price. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely order again soon!

I ordered the "Coffee Belt Buckle Vintage Shoulder Bag" and when it arrived it looked way better than I expected. The Pu leather is very convincing and the weave on the front pocket looks sooo good in person. Most bags I get in the sub $50 range lack stricture and quality but I can tell this satchel will last a while, especially considering the price point! The shipping was fast and customer service was on point. This was my first order from she inside, the site was easy to use and the selections was superb. Ill definitely be ordering again! :)

Ordered £140 worth of stuff but wasn't delivered I later tried to contact via phone, email and online to bring this problem up with a member of staff but wasn't able to get through all emails calls and text were ignored the one time I got through they just hung up once I mentioned not receiving my parcel and that I wanted a full refund! Honestly waste of your money it's a scam they refuse refunds after taking a payment for products you don't receive.

This is truly one of the worst international companies to do business with. Everything is through automation. There is no live customer service. Company sent wrong items to my address. I sent pics to verify... Of course the automation does not recognize by problems. I should have known better. I usually don't order from sites like this... But my daughter talked me into it. SMH! Also one dress fits like a baby's top. The whites are not white and the color orange is brown. SMH! Be Warned!

I ordered same sundress, however different colors. And they couldn't even get that right! Sent 2 of the same. And one different style. SMH!

Be for warned!!! Clothes are of poor quality.. Not worth the money..

I really enjoy shopping at this store, the clothing is excellent and the variety is amazing, the only thing I can think of that is negative is the price jump, but wherever you look prices have increased so I guess thats happening in every industry. Other than that I do recommend this site, but alway look at the measurements, because sizing varies with each item.

I purchased a winter coat from Sheinside TWO MONTHS ago and still have not received it. After a month of not hearing anything I emailed into customer service who said that there had been a logistical problem and my package had been missed. The "order tracking" then said that my coat was "mailed out of Singapore" a week later and a full month later I still haven't gotten anything and the tracking remains the same. The purchase order guaranteed processing within 5-7 days and shipping in another 7-13. Not quite. I live in Canada and would sincerely like my coat. My advice, don't shop at Sheinside if you want your stuff within the season

I started noticing items missing from orders and then realized time to leave. They said the orders were complete and I was lying and it made me feel less valued as a customer and my business was not important to them, so I decided to close my account and go elsewhere. No need to deal with that. They sure did not want me buying from their sight.

After placing my first order, I bought the insurance, and have expitied shipping and haven't heard a thing in a week. Even after trying to get some information through the"online chat" because they do not offer a phone number. But believe they'll get their money and leave you with false advertising on shipping. Hoping this isn't a scam!

To be honest, I don't think people should order from this store. Took a long time, spent a 120 dollars initially and had to pay extra 25 dollars to DHL. Next, three out of the four things I ordered looked nothing like the pictures, one smelled wierd. To ship it back, I would have to pay again which is just plain ridiculous. I just wish they could give me back my money or at least I could go back in time and not order. Damn! Why didn't I just go to winners and buy some sweaters. Now almost 200 box is down the drain over sweaters I can't wear.

Don't ever EVER order on this site. I ordered some items in December, I still haven't received anything (it's February) and the customer service couldn't give a $#*!. I just want my money back and have nothing to do with them ever again, but they keep insisting that my order could arrive at any moment. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this one.

Please don't buy anything from SHEIN. They have shown very good designs at website. Product quality is so bad and they will send the defective material through courier, If you will try to reach the customer support they will not cooperate with customer.

They denied my review because it was negative one!

I have ordered many items and have been happy with 70% of them. I do agree with those that say the products are different and look cheaper compare to photos.
But I have never expected that they denied negative reviews. This is totally unacceptable.
