Some clothes are pretty great to me and some just fail miserably. Jeans especially the high stretch jeans are my absolute favorite. Everything else is just to see. I've had a few tops that faded completely after a couple of washes and had little hair clips just fall apart. Just remember it's cheaper.

Really upsetting experience!

I ordered from SheIn on 29 May 2016 and my order still says that it is processing. I submitted tickets on the website to: 1. "Urge shipping" and 2. Change my shipping address since it was obvious that my items would NOT arrive before I move. I received no confirmation or even acknowledgement that anyone read (or even received) my messages to the site.

Desperate, I tried contacting them via their facebook page and again - NOTHING.

At this point I'm beyond disappointed at the (lack of) customer service and now I concerned whether this is some sort of SCAM website because they definitely charged my credit card and now have disappeared into thin air.

This place is a rip off. I ordered 5 items for a total of 40.55. Four of them are too small. In order to return I have to pay 7.99 PER ITEM so that would be 31.96. Mind as well keep the cloths that are to small. I will NEVER use them again.

Yes, please be careful and make sure you will not have to return anything.

They sell swastika necklaces and Muslim prayer mats that they rebrand as "rugs". Do not buy from here, they're a racist, anti Semitic awful awful company that should be put out of business. It's also so cheap that they definitely use slave labor or something horrible.

Big Cheats. Instead of refunding my amount for a return I placed it in the shein wallet. Finally when I opted for the refund it showed me the option to do so. Got a mail confirming that refund would be accepted and I would receive the same in 2-3 days. Been more than a year and I never received the amount. There is no way of contacting them too.

Issue
#1. You do not know what type of material you are getting. Alot of this stuff is cheap, thin, polyester type fabric.
#2. What you see and what you get, may not be the same. Colors are off. Workmanship is bad in some cases, or material makes the item look bad.
#3 Return requirement is a joke. I started a returned, then was expected to take a picture of everything I was returning. In total I purchased 22 items and had to return 13 items. I did the return as I was on my way out of the door only to discover that lame requirement. I did not have time to take pictures, missed the deadline to return, and now am stuck with pure crap!
#4. The items that were acceptable, were actually nice. Since over 50% of the stuff is unacceptable, I would not recommend.
#5. Shipping was fast.

I noticed 2 fraudulent charges on my bank card from SHEIN I had never even heard of. I contacted them to get them to look into it. They contact at night via email. Refuse to look into it and tell me it's pretty much my fault or my banks fault. One more reason to only support American Companies

I placed an order almost a MONTH ago, took about 2 weeks to process then finally got shipped. It was suppose to arrive 2 days ago but failed because apparently it was the incorrect address, which is completely wrong. I had the correct address, I don't understand why it was shipped back & I definitely don't appreciate the time it's taken for my clothes to be shipped & delivered. Very disappointed...

I spent $100 on 6 items for a vacation. I bought it three weeks ago and it still has yet to arrive and I'm about to leave. It said that it had been "shipped" 7 buisness days ago, and it's still not here. Not to mention the "tracking," is ridiculous... all it tells you is that it was shipped from China... it doesn't say where your package is currently or the estimated delivery date. There's no number to call, so the only option is email or live chat. Neither of which are helpful. Thanks, shein, for being a huge let down. I'm never shopping here again, it's not worth it.

I am in love this site! You can get amazing products for a very cheap price. I ordered a "Green Halter Open Back Lace Bodycon Dress" and the quality of the dress just blows me and all of my friends away. This site is a steal for any savvy shopper because there are so many great deals to pick from! Ordering on the site is easy! It is extremely user-friendly. My dress was delivered on the day it said it would, so I had no problems with shipping. I will be placing another order as soon as my next paycheck comes in!

So I ordered some really cute clothes and would love to wear them. It has been 2 weeks at least and i was told 3-5 days. I checked the "Shipped date" and it was a week ago. Has it been sent by the pony express? I just wish i had found these reviews before I ordered. Goes to show you if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is.

A disaster! One month waiting for my order and I had to write to them to know that the order is lost. They were not notifying me with that. They charge you in advance and I haven't receive anything. Now they are offering a refund but say I have to wait weeks before getting my money back? Unbelievable

I placed my order on April 14th. I only ordered items that showed "expedited shipping" so I could get my order on time. Its been almost a month and still my order has not shipped! Every time I contacted customer services, I got the same excuse that they were moving warehouses which was causing the delay. They also promised my items will ship within 3-5 days. That was 2 weeks ago and still nothing! This is the most egregious type of false advertisement I have ever witnessed. I should have read the reviews! At this point, one would have to order clothes from this company 2 -3 months in advance to get their order on-time. Rubbish.

I've ordered from Shein several times and have not been disappointed with any of my orders. I love the fact that the site has reviews and photos of customers wearing the items so you can see what it looks like before you buy it. My latest purchase was a grey fluffy jumper and I love it so much!

I discovered Shein through watching a youtube video of someone doing a fashion haul. I bought one of the pieces she wore in the vid and then 2 others. Their stuff is cute and I honestly didn't have any problems but I would only give them a 3 because their "coupons" are deceptive. I couldn't actually use one because they don't apply to sale items, but when I search the site, every single thing is listed as having some percentage of discount. And I don't trust companies that deceptively try to get you to buy with bait and switch techniques. Also, in my opinion, for the thinness of the fabric, I think the price point is just a little high. The quality isn't disastrous or anything, but I feel like you could get similar quality at a local store for a little less. But I did like the free shipping.

Rely on the customer reviews. They're very accurate.

I am happy to upgrade my rating for Shein. My review is for their customer service department, not clothing. Online chat assistance allowed me to access my Shein wallet, and withdraw the amount of my return for deposit into the credit card account I had used to purchase the unsuitable item. Purchased a shirt for my bridal shower. I am a pretty small girl but my arms barley fit in the sleeves! I felt I couldn't move, but it was big everywhere else and didn't look like the picture at all. I would say cheap quality, but you get what you pay for. Also did not receive an invoice with package so I have no idea how to return it, plus its a $5.00 charge for returns anyways...
They tell you on their website to "log into your account to return an item" But I don't have an account! I checked out with paypal. Guess I am just screwed out of my money.

I like some of the things I ordered but I wanted to exchange a shirt for a larger size and no one got back to me. Also, two of the items status is "shipped" but I still have yet to receive it and it was not shipped with my other items. The two items I'm missing are the khaki scoop neck lace hem dress and the white long sleeve lace loose chiffon blouse.

I love Sheinside. They're a very good place to look for alternative and unique fashion. I really love their selection of dresses and skirts, but they have awesome accessories too!

I've ordered from Sheinside twice now, and both times the orders went smoothly, without any snags in shipping or ordering. The site is pretty fun to look through!

However, downside to plus sized girls - a lot of the clothing goes by Asian sizing, so if you're looking to order clothing, be sure to have your measurements ready and converted to centimeters. It'll make searching and ordering so much easier!

I highly recommend sheinside if you're looking for some unique and hard-to-find fashion.

I placed an order for two dresses on December 30,2022. I received one dress on January 12,2023. Then on January 17th, I was notified that there is a delay in delivery of the second order. When I check the tracking, it indicates that it is "in transit" and still not delivered. Is this normal? And will I ever receive my product? When notified about the delay, they indicated that I would receive 50 points compensation but I hesitate to place any other orders until I receive the one ordered in December.

I bought a four swimming suits from Shien for a fun winter trip I have coming up! A couple of them fit but the rest of them were not true to size at all! Some of the swim suits were meant to be worn as mediums, but were cut at very strange angles.
The other issue that came up was customer service. It is very hard to reach Shein regarding an order and there are little to no details on their website regarding fixing orders or unhappy customers. Very poor customer service. The bags they send your products in are from some development not from a Shein store and the packaging has no receipt, no order information, and no shipping information!
My swimming suits that I received were stringing out and pieces were actually detaching from the swimming suits themselves. They were very poorly manufactured in their warehouse which they are shipped out from and no thought is put into them from developing, manufacturing, to the way the companies customer service and other services work as a whole!

Purchased the Black Lapel Long Sleeve Buttons Woolen Coat and OMG it is awesome! It was easy finding plain wool coats in stores but wanted something more stylish and fun. Quality is good, weight was perfect for the last cold front that rolled into Texas. Buttons are nice. Shipment was right on time, item was well packaged and not smashed and wrinkled even after the mail man squished it in my box. Love and highly recommend
