So I tried Shein for the first time June 2021. Honestly I got what I paid for, don't expect the best, but my items weren't the worst either. I ordered 3 t-shirt dresses for the summer to throw on and be comfortable. Two out of the three were decent, the coffee brown drop shoulder tie dye tee dress should not be sold, the arms are extremely long and the fit feels irregular. I would order again, especially for vacation/cruises when I need two outfits a day to throw on and be comfortable. Not sure how durable they are after washing LOL.

I've ordered twice from this site and received the items (not fast by any means), however on my third order to the same delivery address, the package has been lost. The status of FedEx smart post hasn't updated since 6/14 (it's last update showing that it departed a facility that's 20 mins from me!), so I reached out to FedEx. They said since it hadn't been updated in 10 days that it's probably lost. I copy and pasted my online chat with FedEx into my ticket and have not received a response about the status of my refund in days. I will not be taking another chance on this company.

All they had to do was return my funds but they didn't and I didn't get the package either. I am a disabled senior and these people are a rip off

I live in Canada and order an Outer and two blouses, all size medium. One of the medium blouse fit and the other blouse would'nt go through my head. Lets not even talk about the sleeve for the outer, it is medium but does not pass through my arm. I was asked to return the items at a cost to myself $28 dollars which I refused to pay for. They then asked me to pay for the return then submit a receipt for the cost of the return. It is two months later and I have no received a cent. Now I have to send a ticket to request an update on a site which malfunctions. This is my worst shopping experience ever. I would advise persons dont even bother, no matter how good the "photos' look. The fact that I cant receive my funds months later will have me label this site a scam.

I placed an order on 3/28/16 and at first I did not expect it to come that soon reading reviews online. When I checked this week, I was given a tracking number which lead me to believe they shipped my package but was given false hope seeing that on the FedEx website the "label was just created." It says the expected ship date was 3/31/16 which was almost a week ago. I just don't think a tracking number should be given if it is not really shipped...

Yes, the order was placed on Mar 29th, normally it would take 3-7 business days for the order to get ready for shipping. It was packed and handed to FedEx on Mar 31st, and a shipping label was created at that time, as you could see from the tracking info (tracking number: 61299992140422425509).
The latest tracking info shows that the package has already arrived in your country, and will hopefully be delivered soon. If you need it in a hurry, you can also contact FedEx with the tracking number.
We will contact the courier to see if they could speed up the delivery, and would appreciate if you consider adjust the reviews after you receive the order.
I purchased from Shein.com the 'black long sleeve lapel button dress' which firstly was very easy to order as navigating through the site was simple and quick, it arrived very quickly in perfect quality so I can't ask for anything more. I've shopped with Shein a few times. I noticed every time I go to check out, they do not apply my promo code. Also, I noticed they change the price on you want to go check out. I have photos of the price before I put it in my car and the price after I add it to my cart. They upped it by 6 or 7 dollar. That's fraud. I will no longer referral or shop at Shein

The clothes do not look anything like they appear on the website. Half of the time it doesn't fit, the fabric is super cheap, the stitching looks like a 4 year old did it. This was definitely my last time ordering. Everytime I pay more on returns

I've purchased form Shein about 4 times. Usually I end up sending somethings back. It's a hit or miss or good quality items that you either love or hate. I had a recent order over a month ago and NOTHING was good quality. So I sent it back on March 22nd. It's April 28th and my return was last recorded in transit from the NJ post office to their facility. It must have never gotten scanned perhaps. I've been waiting over a month and I just want my money back.

It's the second time I buy online sheinside.com.
I didn't have any problem, and as the first time everything was as I expected.
I bought a couple of dresses and now a pair of shoes. I think it would be nice if they have an option to sell the hole outfit, I really love it when they tell u exactly what to wear.
Shipping was on time, and sizes correct which is one of the most important things when you buy online, so now I know I can trust them.

The delivery time is about 10 days and so far I haven't had any bad surprises. In fact, some of the clothes I've bought have become my favorites and I've received countless compliments on them!

Don't even waste your time (OR money).
1 - It took FOREVER for me to receive the stuff I ordered
2- I received a pair of pants that did not fit, returned them via USPS mail and never heard back from Shein.
They claim they never received the pkge and just left the situation at that. As a frustrated customer tired of discussing the same issue thru email, I eventually gave up trying to resolve the issue because well... Shein isn't so great at assisting their consumers.
So I never got refunded for what I returned. I paid for an item I do not have or/ own aka Shein basically robbed me.
Also, the quality of clothing isn't that great.
They have NO phone number so you cant ever speak to a customer service rep if you're having any issues. You're forced to go back and forth via email, which can turn into a long drawn out process.
Terrible Terrible Terrible... I literally warn everyone about this site/ online boutique.

I was recently referred to Sheinside.com by a friend who has previously shopped here. I was looking for a birthday gift for my girlfriend and i wanted something warm to wear for her for the coming winter months. It just made sense to to get her a fur lined hooded jacket, but I didn't have much of a budget.
It was fairly easy locating the right fit for her. I think I only spent a maximum of 15 minutes from the time I logged in to the time of check out. Very painless and time saving which is what I like. I'm not an online shopping kind of guy. I know what i want when I get on a site and expect no time consuming hassles. So I'm happy with that. The delivery was great not as soon as I'd like but just still arrived in time for her Birthday so no biggie there. All in all my overall buying experience was great and I will definitely utilize the services again

They don't have a phone number to call. They want to charge you to speak to someone on line. They also want to charge you in order to reimburse you for lost or stolen package. I've been struggling trying to get my money back. They are not reliable and the cardio they use sucks. They left my package outside the building by the door, didn't notify me and it was stolen. Don't buy from Shein!

I am a repeated customer of Shein and I love their stuffs. You just need to check the sizing really carefully before ordering from them, check the material, and beware if there is no review available for a specific item. It's just this one time I tried to return 2 clothes (I've purchased more than 10 items there) and was in contact with a nice customer service, despite the fact now I don't know if they receive the things or not and if I'd ever receive my money back. But yeah, I'd say that they have some really great stuffs but be careful if you want to return stuffs... I don't know if there's anybody out there except bloggers that has received their money back from the returned goods... or maybe I'm just unlucky this time. Nevertheless, because how cheap the price of the stuffs was, I didn't lose a lot of money.

Most deceiving website I've encountered.
Site wasn't clear that they ship from China (aside from the terrible grammar that should have given it away), so I didn't receive my items for almost 3 weeks.
I ordered size Mediums, and what I received would barely fit a child. After trying on the clothes, I felt disgusting as the items smelled like the basement of a D rated restaurant. On top of all of it, the item materials were completely different than what was described on the website, they felt almost grimy.
Do not order from this website!
