I cannot even express how P.OD I am right now. I returned 2 items from 2 different orders back in Nov. 2022 when I look at my refund status on both 1 was supposed to be issued 12/6/22 and the other 12/16/22 to my original card I have been through all statements from Nov-Dec and nothing has been issued. You cannot speak to a person and the refund tab just keeps repeating the same BS It's wasn't the amount that matters one item 14.22 the other 24.99, but it's the point you cannot talk to anyone! And my statements don't lie the refund they state they issued even confirms the end of my credit card number I used. So this is all just a bunch of crap and I am done buying from this Company sad to say, because 90% of what I have purchased has been great. Just goes to show customer service goes a long long way. Good bye Shein you blew it!

Don't buy from this site unless you intend to keep everything or give it away if it doesn't fit. They state they issue refunds, and even provide you the dates and card numbers refunded to, but no money goes back to you. Very very dissapointed

I bought the lace dress and chiffon dresses several times for many parties. I love the patterns and varieties they have. Also they are good at the delivery and shipping system. I had some issues for size on "Black White Striped Short Sleeve Pleated Dress". I just emailed them and After few days I got the return shipment for new "Black White Striped Short Sleeve Pleated Dress". As compared to other shopping sites I feel safe here and with the pleasant collection. I will buy with more dress for gifts soon. Nice Work!

I really like Shein. Their products are always very affordable, quickly delivered and you shouldn't have any problem whatsoever if you pay close attention to their sizing measurements as their sizing varies with every item. Good customer service!

Horrible. The customer service was terrible not to mention the shipping it has been a month since i have seen the clothes i ordered i am beyond outraged and after the fact that i don't have my clothes i also can not track them and apparently the business itself cant either this is ridiculous don't use it i got one shirt and haven't seen it since the beginning of this month i can see why this business doesn't have phone lines i would freak out there customer service was terrible and rude I'm done with this company i say its not worth it.

A complete scam.I did ordered Hawaian T-shirt from thwm. Never got an item. Mean while after the expected delivery range got an email saying my address was wrong, nobody was there to sign the package Bull$#*!. I am working to get my money back. You can't talk to nobody and if you respond them via email it will opt you out. Be aware!

Horrible customer service. Someone used my card to make an order I made a service ticket they asked for proof of the charge on my account I sent the proof and my service ticket was deleted. So most likely you guys only care about processing the order and not refunding my money. Horrible customer service you guys don't even have a real person checking the service tickets or customer service chat. $#*!ty way of running a business and helping people commit fraud and stealing money from hard working people.

Please be aware of saving your information on these sites and apps. I’m pretty sure they used auto fill to help them fill out my address and info since my card is saved for when I make purchases. Because how else could the person have figured out my billing address and zip code?

I placed my order on April 19th... still nothing and it's May 1st. No one to contact, no way to phone anyone for a follow up, radio silence. Same as all the other reviews, the order is still being processed. "Dora" sends me an e-mail that the order is still pending at warehouse because of a system upgrade. Lesson learned.

Well, it's really surprising to see such negative reviews on www.sheinside.com. What i bought was the Red Half Sleeve Hollow Crochet Lace Dress for my wife. It was a surprise gift for her and she was so much pleased with it. I didn’t know much about the dress before i buy, but it served the purpose really well and my wife is still talking about how good my eyes are. It's only $20, but i also received a discount of 10% too. As i see it, shenside is one of the places where you can buy a quality dress for an affordable price. I would say, don’t be hesitant to buy just because people hate it for no reason!

I placed an order. SHEIN contacted me and said it was canceled and to re-order if I still wanted the items. I re-ordered the items. Then SHEIN sent me both shipments, charging me twice for them. When I asked why they sent me the order they canceled, they gave me a tracking link. When I said I want to return the duplicate shipment, they said they could not take the items back. (Even though they are all *still* in the original sealed package it came in.) I am trying to get my payment processor to refund me my money because SHEIN refuses. I will never shop there again but if you decide to order from them, make sure they don't pull this on you! Their items are very inexpensive for a reason and I'll leave it at that.

1. You can't figure out the correct size; for the same posted size and type of outfit the posted measurement varies wildly, over 10" (!); and in reality you can add another 4-6" (I measured a couple of tops I ordered).
2. You can't contact them and talk to a person; the so-called Chat leads to FAQs and no phone number or email address are available.
The only "good" thing is a ONE TIME free return. Considering the sizing mess they should have free returns all the time.

Purchased from this company since *******. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1Casual Dresses to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints is simply to keep silent.
If an item is out of stock, they will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as SheInside team quickly respond to email.
So guys, you may buy from SheInside but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service. Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.

I got a Blazer from SheInside last moth. A girl in my university wearing it and I found it online, which led me to this site SheInside. The shipping period took a month, also making me impatient to get my blazer, but I got it and it's awesome. The experience made me nervous, like what are they doing, but I realize now it's just a foreign company. Also, the prices are super cheap which makes me think they're a sweatshop in China somewhere. So if you're okay with that feeling, then order. The clothes are so great that it makes you want to question your gut instincts... I will definitely order again.

I reeaaally didn't want to believe that it was as bad as some as these reviews say, but it is. Although my shipping time was fine, when the products arrived they were cheap, already ripping at the seams, and stained. The dress I ordered was the complete wrong size and so short that it barely went over my butt standing - not what the website promised. Alongside that, the material felt like it was made from cardboard packaging. The jeans were poorly made, incorrectly sized (despite specific measurements on the website) and smelled like chlorine so strongly it made me gag. The only thing that fit properly was a white tank top, and it had black stains on the back and edging. Please do not waste your money here - I opened up my package ten minutes ago, and already 2/3 of it is in my waste bin. Which is where it belongs, actually.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Size metrics very bad. How they opt this for measurement God knows. I have ordered 2 trousers n the size is to tight dats Y I wanted to return n then order in medium size but. Apart from dat they r telling my address doesn't fall under the pickup service then they need to provide another option for dat is also not provided by them.Don't know why they r making full to the customer. Might be they r not thinking for long run bzns. Anyway kindly provide good service otherwise shut the bznz.

I seriously love this site. I stumbled across it a while ago and wasn't sure it if was legit, so I ordered just one thing and it went smoothly and I liked the piece. So the next order I made was like 5 or 6 things. I will say that the shipping can take a bit longer than they advertise, so if you are ordering for an event, keep that in mind. I just bought a dress for $10 on here and I will be wearing it to Derby. Also, returns are easy and customer service is always great.

I started to buy dresses from this site in summer and I honestly love it.
Dresses are not overpriced and of good quality. They have a lot of stylish clothes for very reasonable prices and I have been impressed with the things I have bought.
The layout of the website is well thought out and makes it very easy to find and browse for things you want. The fantastic customer service has to be mentioned too because they are extremely helpful.

I never recieved a confirmation.I looked in my spam folder...and when I look in "orders, processing, shipping" in the Shein website... NOTHING. They took my money and gave me nothing & absolutely no way to reach them because all phone numbers are bogus & when u talk to their cust service on line, you are talking to a computer.

I've been using Sheinside as my online store to shop for quite awhile now. I must say I've never encountered any problems with regards to my orders, shipping or anything else for that matter. The customer service is very warm and friendly; prompt response time. The prices for the items in the store are affordable which is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. I recently ordered a navy ripped denim pant and as per usual, I am pleased with the service received. My order was shipped in a timely manner and of course, the price was reasonable. The denim pant had all the particulars as stated in the description online. Nothing was out of place! The material was of good quality. The color, size and the style were a perfect fit for me. I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool.
I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received.
Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful.
Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(
