I couldn't be happier. I bought a dress as a gift for a lady friend of mine. It was even better than I expected. It arrived on time and was nicely packaged. Beyond all that, it was such a good deal. To buy the same thing at other sites would have cost at least two times more. I was even more surprised when my friend put the dress on. She looked simply amazing in it! When it comes to buying gifts for my friends, I'm always going to go there. Their great prices and good service can't be beat!

I ordered over 200 euro from Shein and just received my package today, nearly 3 week. Even not the full package because they shared my pack into 3 parts and sent it in 3 times. The products' quality is very bad, the fabric is terrible. I am too disappointed and angry with what I received here. Dont shop with Shein! Seriously!

Awful avoid. They send really poor quality and ridiculously cheap and undersized clothes. Received crumpled in a bag which was too small for the 5 items in. So small that the XL size I ordered as a size 12 didn't even fit my 14 Yr daughter who is a size 6.
Bad customer service, bad quality and removed my review from trust pilot as claimed it was fraud, hahaha. Joke

My order took over one month to arrive. I emailed customer service asking for a refund at one month as they had not even shipped the order out and they ignored my request and eventually shipped out anyway. When the order finally arrived the clothes looked nearly nothing like they did in the pictures. I would not have purchased any of these items if I knew what they really looked like.

I purchased a dress item from SheInside for my sister's christmas present. When I realized that I bought the wrong size I kinda freaked - but the SheInside's customer service was great - they didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me resolve the issue pretty quickly.
I can see why my sister loves this site, I'm going to order myself a few items and see if the products are as great as she says they are (they are a really good price point).
Tip for consumers:
I do recommend that you spend some time on the site and make sure that you order the right size (y'know, like most people would) - it'll probably make your shopping experience pretty darn good. But I'm pretty happy with it.

I ordered a bunch of clothes from this website ($350 worth) because I liked the look of the items. I receive an email to say that I have to send them a photo of my credit card and photo of official identification for them to 'release' the items from warehouse because the order is large and they think it could be fraudulent activity. I have NEVER been asked to send photos of my credit card details for any other orders I have made across online shopping so I am unsure how come this is only a concern now. Interestingly, they have already taken the money from my account - so I was stuck with having to supply such information.

I have been a regular buyer of Shein for a year and a half. At first I was not sure about making any purchases here but I decided and asked. When the package arrived I was fascinated with the quality of the products and how beautiful they are. Shein is a scam site. There are items on the site which you cannot return and they don't tell you this beforehand. So when you try to make a return, it says "final sales can't be returned". On top of that the return process is impossible - you have to send your things to them yourself and the whole process is a pain so just making a return to get your money back is really expensive and I assume this system is designed so people get discouraged from returning items. The company screams scam and I used it once and never will again.

First off it is so difficult to get in touch with someone from this company. I ordered 5 dressed from them. On December 1 I received tracking info on 3 of my dressed and they got to my house in about 4 days. Was very pleased. Then on December 2 I got the tracking information for the other dresses. I looked yesterday because i was concerned with why I haven't received the rest of my order and FedEx tracking still says "label created" they put a label on it so they could tell me it shipped but it is apparently sitting in a box somewhere until they decide to send it. I sent in a "ticket" because it is the only way to reach them and they said I just don't understand how tracking info works! So they insulted my intelligence and lied to me. Will NEVER use this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone, if you want you order on time don't waste your money here!

Sheinside.com is a great online clothes store. I've ordered many things so far and I've loved all of them. Customer service is great and the delivery has always been prompt and on time. The last item I purchased was a gorgeous floral dress for summer. The print on the fabric is stunning and the quality of the item is amazing considering the price I paid. I'm definitely going to continue shopping there!

I recently had an issue with an order return/customer service rep. Upon writing a review here, a representative was quick to get back to me and was extremely polite and helpful in response. They investigated the incident and provided me a full refund, as well as additional Shein points for my difficult experience. It was really helpful and the experience was quickly resolved.

I waited patiently for my order (which was pretty expensive) only to get it and have there be 3 items with cuts in them … or holes and upon better inspection it's clearly due to bad sewing. Seams don't line up. Very careless. So of course I wanted to return the damaged items as well as the the items that were too small. But out of 9 items I can only return 2. I can't return a torn robe? But I can return a shirt? Wtf … I will stick to ordering from Venus because I've never received anything damaged or in returnable. Frustrating

Actually I would rate ZERO star for the terrible service and shipping of sheininside if I can. I placed my order roughly three weeks ago and the items are still in "processing" status till now. I contacted customer service a couple of days ago and was told that some of the items are so popular that are currently out of stock. They wanted me to be patient because they could handle and ship the items as soon as possible. OK, it seems acceptable for me if they are really good at dealing with those OUT-OF-STOCK merchandize. However, by reading tons of one-star reviews listed here, I come to realize that they just irresponsibly post those beautiful photograph in order to draw some money out of your pocket. It's very tricky, very close to cheating. Don't trust the shipping information on the website. Don't waste your time and money on this scam-like Sheinside.

I have ordered from this site before and never had a problem with shipping or the quality of the items purchased. This order, however, is quite different. I placed an order for 3 items 10 days ago and it still says "processing". I wanted these items for my vacation in a week, so I ordered in advance and left them plenty of time to get here. Given past experience, I assumed 2.5 weeks would be plenty of time. But my order has not shipped out yet, and I even (supposedly) have expedited shipping. I really like the items, so I'm hoping I don't have to cancel my order. But no one will be here to receive it after I leave on vacation, and I'll be gone a while. I contacted the site once, received a response, and replied back, but I haven't heard anything from them after that. They told me that because one item I have ordered is so popular, it's delaying the shipment, but why would it take this long? I'm kind of desperate at this point. Will my order get here by the 30th?

This is a great clothing website! The clothes are adorable and very in style at the moment! As a college student, I have to shop on a budget and this is a great store for shopping on a budget! They have dresses for every occasion! I ordered six dresses from the sale section for $80.00 and they shipped the next day. I received them a week later, which was the exact time they said I would receive the product with the cheapest shipping package. The clothes came in great condition (no tears, rips, holes, etc) and the quality of the material was pretty high! I highly recommend this store for girls who want to delve into the world of fashion without being mainstream! People will come up to you all the time and ask where you got that stunning lace dress or adorbs floral a-line dress!

There are many negative reviews about this company regarding clothes quality and customer service. I cannot comment on clothes quality as I cancelled my order so I never received my clothes. However, the customer service was actually quite good.
My order was cancelled and refunded within an appropriate amount of time (taking into account time differences) and I received emails from more than one employee confirming this.
I would have liked to have seen the quality of the clothing because they looked great online and the prices are amazing - however I could not afford to take that risk after having read the reviews of the poor refund policy and the poor quality of the clothes.
Overall though I was impressed with the customer service. If they can get their act together with regards return policy and clothing quality I would like to try them again in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Experiment with one or two items before placing a large order.

Instead of returning your money to your credit it puts it in your "shein wallet". Sorry but after the experience I had where I returned almost 90% of the things I ordered I'm never gonna order something from there again because the quality is absolute trash.

Why is it so hard to return items? I have been trying for three days to return these items and I can't seem to get past step one in return item. I have even attached pictures and that still didn't work if anybody could tell me how to do it because I have $124 worth of clothes. I need to return them because they were too small.

This is my 3rd shipment from Shein. My previous shipments were pretty good. My most recent order I purchased 17 items and 10-11 will be returned. Unfortunately, the items being returned are made from thin cheap looking materials. The sweaters that I purchased are good.
