I purchased many items on Black Friday deals but it came out to be wrong size and guess what they do not return, exchange or refund any items which are promotional or in deal even if it's bad quality or size or anything. Hate it! I got wrong size and bad quality and couldn't return it totally lost my money…I will not recommend SHEIN to anyone! Horrible service!

Awful! I paid for express delivery and it took three weeks for my dresses to arrive. When they came they were so cheap and then I was told to get a refund i had to post them from the UK to Belgium, which cost me £12.

It has been over two months and I returned over 26 items (I ordered a lot for my girls for school). When my refund came, it was just over $100 and each item was at least an average of $10.00. They also won't send me any details on what they show as returned and what they show is the refund. Their communication is terrible. If I use the chat, I have to get a new person up to speed every time (and this takes forever) and if I email, I get no response. I really like the clothes... but the customer service has been terrible for me.

Why is my order still processing, I ordered 2 things and it should not take that long to ship out, I selected faster shipping so that you would be here in time but its been almost a week now and it still has not shipped out. I've bought all manner of things: from coats to shoes to dresses -- I will say this: I will always buy dresses from Shein. They are simple but extremely durable and well-made. I will NEVER buy their shoes again. They were so poorly constructed that I had to throw all of them away. Their coats are hit or miss, with quality materials and zero sew-man ship. That being said, I just went on a shopping spree just now. The prices are unbeatable.

I'm impressed with everything I've ordered quality wise but if you're even the slightest bit curvy don't even try.
I can wear the t shirt dress I got but I ordered a romper in a size XL that fits more like a M-L. You just never know what you're going to get.

So i ordered up this very cute black and white knitted cardigan since christmas is cominv and it's getting colder. Well, i just actually wanted to buy it (lol). Good thing that it was on sale! Well, let me start by saying that I initially ordered a few pieces and was pleasantly surprised that they actually looked like the photos online. Then came the 2nd order. Not only did some of the items not look like the pictures online, but when I sent them back for a refund, I only got a few dollars! I did not get the 80 some dollars which I spent on the order. You can't reach anyone for help online nor on the phone. This is a buyer beware site for sure! As long as you are happy with the merch you are ok, but if you need a refund you will be left out in the cold!

I was horrified at the quality of the products, especially since the website provided pictures of them that made them look so beautiful. The material is thin and stretchy. Both of the shirts I ordered are comparable (in regard to quality) to a cheap Halloween costume from a party store. The shirts looked wonderful on the models, but when I tried them on, they were highly unflattering, loose and tight in places not shown in the pictures, and very small (which I couldn't have changed, since the site offers only a "one size" option). SheIn is an untrustworthy scam of an online store.

In order to do the return you need to see your order first, there is nothing in the parcel not even in my account to let me do the returning. So I emailed them and explained many times that i need to see my order to be able to return the items but no reply. The only reply i got was not helpful at all, saying that if i didn't get my parcel yet i have to check it with my courier, seems they didn't understand the issue

Half the stuff I ordered didn't fit and all of it is really cheap quality. I decided to try and return the items that didn't fit. So I followed their "easy" 11 step process and it's been weeks and nothing. So I tried calling them. Their phone number listed doesn't work. I tried emailing them. Their email is blocked. Good luck trying to work with this company. I'm pretty sure that there are zero humans running this site.

I'm very unhappy with the service of this online store. At first I thought this store was just incredible cause of the prices but then I placed my order and I realize they're just horrible unorganized people. I placed my order of two items (both in stock) on 11/30 still haven't received anything I recently checked again the tracking number and it says it still in in transit supposedly to arrive 01/02 I was expecting this for xmas then it passed so I was hoping to have my stuff to wear on New Years and nope that can't be. Also when I looked at the order it says that only one of the items has been shipped and i was definitely not expecting this it only said out of stock something that didn't say when I placed the order. First off! It took me forever to received order with no tracking information what's s ever. Once received order i immediately return everything due to wrong size it's been two weeks haven't heard anything.
