The first time I made a purchase on Sheinside, I ordered 2 dresses. The second time, I ordered 2 cardigan jackets and 1 bracelet. Both orders came in within 2 weeks from China to Canada. Since I've gotten so many compliments on the clothing, I will continue to purchase from SheInside. The quality and shipping were fantastic!
Please note: Because the site is shipped from China and the deals are way below retail, asking for a returns and refunds are brutal. You're better off reselling the clothing than the hassle of returning.

From the first time I started to earch for a specific shirt to the present (with five additional orders!) I'm really pleased. Excellent quality clothes, just my size and fits the body perfectly.
Site navigation simple and easy, arranged by main categories and sub-categories that make it easy with the process of finding the right clothes.
Really good quality images and clear so it's easy to make a decision and know how the clothing will look on my body.
After booking and payment, the clothes are shipped within 24 hours. I get my order usually after 3-5 days which is excellent! The order comes neatly packed and properly protects the clothes so there is nothing to fear from.
In conclusion, I love this store and their products. Cheap prices, booking process easy and high quality. I highly recommend to all my friends that they begin now to buy at the store.

I ordered off of shein almost a month before Christmas. The cloths for my kids supposed to have came 5 days before Christmas but never arriver why? Because shein failed to notify me that they made a mistake on my address. I got in contact with customer service through live chat and it got me nowhere besides a 5-12 day wait for a refund

"I ordered this black and white block colored dress and it arrived quickly and is beautiful. As always when I order from this company. Ordered $135 worth of items at the beginning of April. Order said it would take 3-7 days to process, then another 5-7 days to ship. However, after 10 business days it was still processing so I reached out to customer service to see what the deal was. All I get from the service rep is lies on top of lies on top of lies. She told me an item was out of stock but they were waiting on that ONE ITEM to ship the entire order. But why wait if it's out of stock? Then she told me there was some emergency in the warehouse slowing down all the shipping which sounds completely bogus and terrible management of a company. Demanded a refund from them after all the lies. Don't ever order from this company.

Ordered a pair of sandals online. They were WAY TOO BIG. When I contacted company about an exchange or refund, they refused. They even went so far to say that they weren't making an money on the sale?!?!?!? They also tried multiple times to give me a 10-20% refund. WT actual F? They have a clear return policy that they will not honor.

I ordered an item for about $20 off this site and paid just over $11 shipping and the wrong item was sent. I understand that mistakes can be made but when I contacted the company all they offered me was a refund of $10. I asked for them to send me the right item and the refused saying that I would have to get a refund and then pay the shipping cost again. I had to message them for about 2 weeks just to get my product cost refunded and they refuse to refund my shipping cost so I still paid over $11 for an item I didn't receive. Please learn from my mistake and don't buy from this company, you will save yourself the hassle.

I love all the style in sheinside. However, the shipping is horrible! It never ships on time whenever I order my stuff. My friend who ordered with standard shipping was one week faster than my express shipping. I tried to contact the customer service and let them knows my problem because it is not the first time. The girl who answer my problem said they can't do anything to fix it. And now, I order my stuff two weeks ago and it still processing and I have no idea why! It took over a week for my order to be put together and It would've taken longer if I didn't open a ticket on it. When my items finally arrived I had to pay a duty which was not stated on the website anywhere. The items were of really poor quality and had really scratchy material as well as lot of unfinished stitches. I spent over $100 on this site and I regret it.

I originally gave Shein a bad review. They charged me for items that were not in stock, their customer service department did not respond in a timely manner to my questions/concerns and then they shipped items to me after I had requested that they cancel my order. After several complaints, they did end up rectifying my situation and gave me a full refund. Their customer service did work hard to make good on a bad situation which I appreciate.

The dress they sent me doesn't even resemble the one I ordered. I ordered an all over smocked swing dress, multi colored, and the photo on the website showed just that. Instead I received a leopard print dress, no smocking in sight. And you have to take a picture of the wrong item to attach to your return request or they won't process it! We'll see how this all turns out!
