I just bought a home for myself February 28,2023 as a new home owner y'all know money can get tight with unexpected repairs and expenses. I placed a 75 dollar order with this company for cleaning supplies buckets sponges kitchen towels. They never shipped my items yet took my payment. I disputed payment come May no shipment, June no shipment July no shipment now it's August and they are saying unless I take the dispute off they won't refund me! They know I didn't get the items but still won't refund me that's straight up STEALING!

If anyone knows something else I can do to get my money please tell me!

I sent in my return on 6-26-20. The website doesn't mention my return at all. Almost a month later and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. It really sucks because I bought 10 items and ended up not liking 3 items. DO NOT BUY!

I placed an order on 04/19 and my order is still processing! They say it takes 7 days to process but it has been way more than 7 days! The customer service replied to me once saying that one of the dresses I ordered was in high demand (? I have nothing to do with that, they should not take orders if they can`t compromise delivering it) but that they had the rest of the stuff ready to ship and that they would ship separately. I said OK, what can I do? I ordered one of the dresses to wear on my graduation day on 05/10 and I did way in advance, so I wanted it as quick as possible. Since then my order STILL have not shipped, I have not received any e-mail, but of course my credit card was charged next day I placed the order. I tried to contact the customer service about 3 or 4 times again and they just decided not to answer me anymore. SO FRUSTRATED!

Am I the only one that didn't have a bad experience with shein? Lol I never heard of shein before but my friend refer me to this site when she brought a skirt from them. I ordered multiple items on 2 separate occasions. I was hesitant at first because after I ordered, I found this site and has so many bad reviews but I was shock that all my clothes came perfect and good material for such an affordable price (t-shirts, pants, skirt and cardigan) My last order I just place was on Friday May 13, they shipped it out on Saturday May 14 and I recieve d it today May 20. When buying from them, u have to rely on the buyer's reviews on their website so you know what's a hit or miss. So far I had a great experience with shein and most definitely will be buying more things.

I haven't got my order. I waited for more than 20 days. Now, these guys are not giving my refund saying that they will give only after the order reaches there warehouse. I don't know how long they will take. As the order status isn't updated by their courier partner since 15th June. Still, they are not giving me my money and asking me to wait.

I bought a bunch of tee shirts ( after losing clothes in a move) and I would try on one or two and ok one would fit the other fit differently BUT today I decided to try them all on and I am out a lot of money. Great prices but try on each one. And return immediately. I spent over 250$ and can wear about 10 shirts.

Shein sells us dreams. Shein used Baffalo couriers to me and other people they use Aramex, I'm very much disappointed. I trusted this store and even recommend it. I needy refund so that I'll continue with Zaful. This app is a scam, TRUST ME. And I'll take this to social media. Urll should contact the Baffalo couriers since they don't respond to my emails

I have yet to receive my confirmation email over my purchase of three items on July 30th! I clicked the tracking button and the dates don't even correspond to my purchasing date or to real time! I placed 2 orders for Christmas. I wanted to pay for express shipping for both. One let me pay and it got here through FedEx quickly. The other only let me "free" expedited shipping which is a lie. So now Christmas is tomorrow and no package. Good bye SHEIN

I ordered 5 tops, 2 were to be cotton, one was. 2 were to have embroidery, one was the other was printed on and nylon material. The others were okay, but not great polyester. I ordered an extra size up, glad I did otherwise not all would have fit. All were loose styles.

I received the wrong item for this green dress. I need to return it for the correct one, but guess what? I am unable to select the green dress for return because it is marked as "non refundable". I get it, but It's the wrong item. Now trying to find a phone number to call customer service was awful. They don't offer one. Plus, the customer service chat is all automatic responses. It is my first and will be my last ordering from SHEIN!

This place is terrible. I ordered 114$ worth of clothing 15 days ago and I've been emailing them and using the "live" chat (You basically just write down your email and your message and they "get back to you" - still haven't heard from them after a week, great live chat!) but I still haven't heard anything back. I'm not even sure if the merchandise they show online actually exist. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE! They will drive you insane. I will try to get my money back from PayPal.

I ordered two summer dresses from sheinside.com and I love them. They fit me perfectly. The sizing is about the same as most other stores so it made it easy to order online and know it would fit properly. The dresses are both great quality and look like high quality boutique items. You would never know I paid so little for them. Both dresses are made from soft materials that feel good on my skin and flow well. The shipping was fast and I was able to track it. I plan to order again from sheinside.com

I always love the items sold at Shein, while the quality is not always 100% good, I cannot complain considering the low price. I am talking about the items that I have purchases in the past. I like them all... I love how easy the checkout process is however, they always failed to meet their promised delivery times. If you need an item urgently, you cannot rely on SheIn even if you pay for their fastest shipping. Trust me. BUT if you are okay with waiting, considering the quality of their items and the low price, SheIn is one of them good options to buy clothes from.

I ordered some boots they were way too big! After trying and trying to teach you guys via email (only contact info they provide) and getting NO reply I decided to just ship back using the address that was on the bag that the shoes were shipped in, i put a letter on the inside with order id & reason for return, I just asked for a smaller size listed size I needed and everything! It's been a month & no refund or shoes! They weren't cheap either 40 $#*!ing bucks to waste! Not to mention the 17 dollars I was charged to ship back! Unless I receive my damn shoe exchange or money back I will never purchase from you guys again.
