3-5 days for EXPRESS delivery! They never achieve this within the time frame, always takes longer. (they should just say 5 + for Express and longer for Standard) it is annoying when you buy something as a gift and it doesn't arrive till after the event date!

Tip for consumers:
if you are planning on buying something for a particular event make sure you add at least another 2 days onto the specified delivery time, as it more often than not will take longer.

I found quite a few items I wanted to buy on the website. I ended up ordering 2 items~ 1 necklace *The Silver Diamond Chain Necklace* and a super cute black jumpsuit *Black Spaghetti Strap V Neck Jumpsuit*. The ordering process was easy. The shipping was easily tracked and came when expected. The necklace is very nice and I have worn it twice already and it looks great! The jumpsuit is very true to size and looks really cute on. I was very happy with my first purchase with SheInside.com and will be making my next order very soon! :)

First off, the customer service is beyond horrible! They will wait until you complain to focus on your order. My order sat in the warehouse for 5 days before it finally shipped but on the website its says ships in 24 hrs when you add the item to you're cart. LIES! I had to find SiteJabbar in order to get a response from someone from Sheinside. Secondly, Ladies if you are on the curvy & busty side DO NOT BOTHER they're clothes run small. Im not gonna send my 2 items back because Im pretty much done with this company. I dont want the hassle. To *******@shein Im not deleting this review because this is a honest review so no thanks to your 25% off compensation. So do not email me anymore. I guess you get what you pay for! NEVER AGAIN!

The process of returning money is very difficult in this application and is not understood and does not respect people and their money... While on other sites, returning money is quick and inevitable and does not take more than two days. And their money... They took back their things without giving me my money. When they came back, the answering machine answered us that it takes time and that we have to wait!... They even do not respect people at all. They have to allocate a work team that answers directly to an international phone line... I am now obligated to get my money back to buy items with them instead of taking cash from them as I paid them... Unfortunately, I will get my money back and I will delete this disrespectful app his clients

They order your item from china, and takes expensive shipping, for shipping thats free anyways. Your item will be delivered from china NOT Shein, china standard shipping is free. Ordered for 34£ ( 21£+13£shipping), item cost 7.5£ in china, Shein made 26.5£ for doing nothing)

regard returning, they already made 13£ for shipping, thats totally free in china. they wont pay for return cost.either way they have earned alot, moore if you return the item

Have waited over a month for my order to arrive, the tracking number has had not been updated since about the 5th of January (it is now the 20th). I usually order from SHEIN and have no problems whatsoever but lately, things have been of worse quality, slower delivery times and more expensive. Probably the last time i order from this website if i don't get my order this week. It's gone past the estimated delivery time and my order is still nowhere to be found!

Tip for consumers:
don’t buy jewellery off SHEIN, snaps almost immediately after you put it on.

I purchased an item and I received it with a missing item when I sent an email for the item and what was missing i received a reply saying they are sure they sent me the item completed which was not when i sent another email no replies! When u do refund u never get ur money back! Hold transaction for ever

I ordered from SHEIN before, needed cheap quality gym jerseys to workout, great fast delivery the 1st time. I was expecting a black jogger under $25 never received it but got my money back regardless! Really disappointed with SHEIN's customer service this time. I understand its the Black Friday frenzy but next time act more professional.

Be careful when purchasing or better, purchase when it's not the holiday season!

Just received my order from SheIn. I was impressed. If you order, make sure you pay attention to the measurements. They run true to size(maybe a little smaller). I would definitely order again! Shipping took two weeks, but I was aware of the wait.

I made the mistake of ordering from this site before checking the reviews. A few hours after placing my order, I opened up a ticket to cancel it. Due to the time difference, I suppose, 2 of my items were already shipped by the time they got to my cancellation request. But they responded immediately and notified me that because 2 items have already shipped, they could refund the remainder of my purchase in 3-5 business days.

I received my refund in just a few days and they even gave me a discount coupon. My 2 items arrived in about 4 days - VERY quickly. My ONLY complaint is the terrible quality of my items. Due to the prices, I def. Expected their clothing to be cheaply made, but the lapels do not line up, the seam is coming apart. I will not be returning the items, as they were so inexpensive.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their customer service, but quality of clothing was below what I expected.

ı ordered from this site 37 days ago and it arrived today this site is fraud my other products arrived but a dress didnt arrive its MİSSİNG on the top of it my order is over 50 bucks but ı paid 15 bucks for shipping Very disappointed they stole my money and time I will never shop again from SHEIN I wanted to warn you because nobody deserves this I hope they ship that dress again or refund because ı paid for it (i paid for shipping insurance)

I ordered a sweater from them and it was even better than I expected. They sell the same items as Romwe. The only problem is the order process and shipping time. They really take too long to ship your order even with express shipping.

Placed an order with Shein just recently. Ordered three pairs of boots and one pair came in the wrong size and NOT the same as the one I ordered. Wanted to return it but it says 'sale items can't be returned' on this item! So contacted customer service about it but still no response from them after several days. Shein, FORGET IT! DON'T ORDER from them! Very irresponsible! I can't return the wrong item now without a return label/acknowledgment from them and the fault lies with them!

I paid 190$ and they returned the stuff from the middle of the way. They didn't updated me or refunded me. It said arrived warehouse and I have more than 3 months. They don't reply to emails or phone call. This is Clearly SCAM!

I received tracking information a week ago, but so far nothing has updated, it still says that only the information has been sent to fedex but it still hasn't shipped? I choose expedited shipping because it was only supposed to take a week. The anticipated ship date according to fedex was 7/19 from New Jersey so it should be here by now, or at the very least I should have more information on where it is.

I purchase a jacket (via Amazon) from this company. I ordered a size 8/10 for my size 4 daughter. The jacket was still wayyyy too small. I returned the jacket, according to their instructions - and they now claim they never received it. Now am I not only out of my initial $40 - I'm also out the additional shipping charges to return it! Do not advise using them! So very disappointed

My order was placed 2 weeks ago and it is still "processing". I decided to read all of these reviews and realized I had a big mistake. I have sent two tickets for them to cancel my order while it is still processing because there are a lot of emails that say cancelling and returning is nearly impossible. I have still yet to get a reply. All I want is my money back, it should not be difficult to cancel an order that hasn't been processed or shipped yet. Any legal advice on here to get my money back if they try to think of a way to not cancel my order? Please and thank you!

I really like this store. They sell really nice fashionable clothes which I think are appropriate and not skanky like many other clothing outlets for girls. The clothes are also of a very interest in price, and I have not had any issue with the quality. The Service is generally friendly. My only annoyance is that the clothes (bottoms - pants, shorts, etc.) fit too small! The tops fit fine, but the bottoms are way too tight usually (not always). I don't really want to buy something that makes me feel like a whale, and I'm not the only girl who's had this issue. Many tiny girls I know cannot fit into the size 10 pants. Anyway, I actually really like this store, they have lovely tops and dresses, AND pants if I can feel comfy in them!

This is a company from singapore that charged 2000$ from my credit card 2 times even though i never made an order. They are scammers and scammers. My credit card was replaced by the bank with a new one, but these scammers took money somehow from my new card. Be prepared to be thrown multiple times.

I bought som summer clothing, and bc I live in EU, my delivery was quick and came after 1-2 weeks.
My problem is that:
The 2 shorts I bought, had really bad zippers, and the holes for the button, didn't even have a hole.

The shirts material is really bad and uncomfortable.

The dress is a bad shape on my body.

The skirt was too small, and it could barely even reach my knees, even though I am a medium.
I suggest if you are going to buy something from Shein, I think its best to buy something without zippers, and maybe read the reviews or the comments before you order it.
With all the respect I am really disappointed and mad.

When I ordered from SheInside, it went perfectly. My gorgeous black spaghetti-strap crop top came with my adorable high-waisted shorts. The material was high-quality - I looked like i spent hundreds of dollars. It was basically a steal. The compliments came rolling in, and honestly, I will always buy from this website. Why spend fifty dollars on one crop top when you can get five from SheInside for the same price and quality?

Most horrible website, to buy from my order took 30 days to arrive, further more the fabric is not
What is says on the website, all the sizes are wrong, the large does not fit at all i wasted my money
It will probally take another 100 years to get my credit note back, so i lost out. This china $#*!.
