I was impressed to see the collection of dresses at SheInside. I was confused about their service. After ordering within few moments I received a response. Their shipping facilities is awesome. This is the first and last time I buy from this site. You don't provide tracking numbers and the customer service is lousy. I purchased my items Order #AYK3650 on 5/4/15 it's now 5/11/2015 & my order is still "processing". Give me a break, I went through the process of submitting a ticket & haven't heard anything since. Good thing I purchased through PayPal, be prepared for me to cancel my order. This site isn't worth it, guys.

I recently placed two orders with SheIn and am far from satisfied. I purchased 14 items in total and only TWO are worth keeping. Two came with a strong chemical smell, I didn't even try them on and five were not sized according to the size chart in one way or another. One shirt was a crop top even though it wasn't listed as a crop top, one looked sloppy and not like the picture, and a sweater I bought was extremely itchy and gave me a rash when I tried it on. On top of it, I used the App which is apparently International only so I didn't have the option to purchase free return shipping. It better not cost a lot to return. At this point I don't want to order from here ever again.

The worst customer service ever made me waiting 30 min on the chat after they replied. My order hasn't arrived since May when I placed it until now (July). The chat agent told me they don't believe me I didn't receive the order and when I sent a screenshot of the post office information saying I haven't received they closed my chat.

I ordered 5-8 day shipping and that was a long time ago. I was told I was going to receive an email confirming the items had shipped but still haven't gotten one. It says it is still processing. I sent the company an email and they still haven't replied back. I am very disappointed and need my clothes by a specific deadline!

I spent 261 dollars, never got a confirmation email, never got any email about shipping or order details, had a damaged item, and others didn't fit, and now they have no way to talk to a real person or any contact information so I can't make a return, and under my account my order will not even show up, so frustrating, this is not a professional company that cares about it's paying customers, what a ripoff!

My mum and I love this site, we always have the idea to end up receiving the wrong item, for it to be lost somewhere or just be the wrong size and hey! All of the items we have ordered in the last years were just perfect, the quality is really okay, we are happy with what we get sent to. The shipping varies obviously but it will always end up in your mail box sooner or later, SheIn is pretty great, I always go and peak everyday in what's new hehe!

Ordered almost $200 worth of clothes. When they arrived most were 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Also the quality was not like the pictures of the items on their website. Only one item I liked. Then when I wanted to return they said not only will I have to pay and be out of pocket for the return of the items that they will only refund me into the Shein wallet! Which is for all intense and purposes a store credit. I am not spending money to return the items to China only to get a store credit which I will never use. Do not order from this site. It is just money down the drain. Rather then return the items I will keep most aside for my 9 year old daughter who will fit into them in a couple of years. The rest can go to the charity bin.

I recently placed an order with this company, I was dissatisfied with the returns dept and was less than complementary on this site. HOWEVER they contacted me and refunded me fully plus let me keep the clothes. Thats an amazing response and I am more than happy with it but its unfortunate that I had to write it in the first place. They have promised that the customer services will be improved.

What a great source of fashion and accessories at A GREAT PRICE. I can seriously get at least 20 outfits for under $100 on here, it is AMAZING. I ordered and I ended up getting free shipping. The clothing and items arrived in excellent condition and they look just like they did on the website. You should definitely check out this website, they offer great deals and you are in for luck when you end up with a whole new wardrobe for the cost of one outfit in the mall! So I ordered a dress and a t-shirt from Shein. I needed them fast, and wanted to make sure i'd get them in time before I'd spend 13 euros for express delivery, so I decided to make use of the online help they offer, but it's awful, this person totally didn't respond to my questions and began to send me a load of text I didn't even ask for, and asked me to give him/her five stars after the conversation. I was really not happy about that, the only reason I still ordered the dress is because I loved it, but online help never again. The delivery cost a week and I'm happy about the items, the quality is better than I expected!

I recently ordered a dress off of sheinside, and I am in love with it. The quality is great and the color I got it in matched the picture from the website. The shipping didn't take too long and the customer service answered all my questions promptly. The site has a lot of great deals on clothing and I can't wait to order again from them.

This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. They falsely advertised that my purchase would ship in 24 hours, and then after I ordered, it took TWO WEEKS for them to say it shipped. In that time I sent several tickets asking for someone to actually talk to me and explain what was going on, I just got form-letter type responses that didn't answer even one concern.
When I finally did get a tracking number, it didn't work. I have now asked four time to have a phone call from them to resolve this issue, and I have been ignored every time. This is the absolute worst costumer service I've ever even heard of. And it has now been 15 days since I placed my order and its not even available to track, when originally they advertised that it would ship in 24 hours, and I paid for 6-8 day shipping.

Let me start by saying this company is a let down and a scam I will not recommend them. I am an online shopper but has never disappointed In such a service before. I have paced my order on the 12/09/14, the money has been taken from my account 6weeks later I am still waiting for the order. A week ago I have emailed their customer service team they were unable to tell me when is my items. I have requested for a full refund as I no long need the items they refused too stating your items has already been shipped. But where is it fools? Just give me my money I do not need your items anymore! This is a scam good value for money to attract people and steal their money. Not recommended
