Ordered a beautiful dress with great reviews from this website and was told that my item was in demand and would take 3-5 extra days to prepare. Totally normal right? WRONG. I filed a ticket claim before I got that message and received a response saying it's going to take SIXTEEN days for my item to be made in the factory?! Why was this item even being sold on the website if it wasn't made yet? I really loved the dress and am willing to wait, but will I receive the same item that is for sale on the website?

Do NOT buy from this store! I ordered some clothes over a month ago and the package still has yet to leave from CHINA. I live in the US. This is completely unacceptable and irresponsible. I can't believe a store can get away with this. It's practically criminal. I'm not sure I'll ever get the items I PAID for.

Wow, Guys! How hard can it be to get some kind of consistent sizing? Your one size fits all cards need to say "One size fits all if you happen to be between size 4 and size 6! It seems to me that the only dresses that I can get over my head in my size have to be made from super stretchy material to even try on. You have some very cute designs, but if you can't get simple measurements that match the clothing size, you're going to have very annoyed customers. Like ME, for instance

The return policies are ridiculous! Their system glutched during a purchase and they ended up sending me a duplicate outfit, both sizes aren't my size and they charged me! So when you attempt to reach out there is not a phone number. The chat systems are only open temporarily... and they offered me a $2 credit on a $100 dollar order and won't let me exchange or return anything. 5 outfits and not one fits me because all the sizes they sent were not what I originally ordered! Than I was told there was supervisors to assist me. They had no intentions of helping me. They insulted you by offering $2 not even half the cost of the order.

I ordered a couple things to try the site out. After waiting the estimated shipping out, my package says it was delivered. However it never showed up. On the website it has a "proof of delivery" photo that is almost all blacked out with a sliver of a white door. My door is royal blue. I informed the company and they issued a refund that was less that what I paid by $5.14. When I reached out to the company I am told they cannot fix this error due to a "personally cancellation". I never canceled my order the company failed to deliver it to the correct address and does not want to take the responsibility to make sure the full refund is given.

I bought a dress to take on vacation in August for a wedding. I paid about $18 for it and I bought it around May. I additionally ordered another dress at the same time. That one arrived but I have not seen or heard anything about it the other one. I tried to contact the customer service about 2 weeks before my departure and I haven't gotten a response back. I went on vacation without a dress I expected to have.
I tried to contact customer service AGAIN after I came back from my vacation and still no answer! It has been now 9 months since I have ordered my dress and I still have not heard anything back. They stole my money and then completely decided to ignore me.
The other dress that I did receive, looked like complete s***. I would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this website. Save your money and frustration!

I don't know what the review from "Guy S" is meant to mean or what he expects from the free version of the site? It is what it is - it's free - what more does he want? The PRO (paid) option opens up so many more features on the site - full speed downloads, full forum profile and much more. I signed up back in 2006 and have recently started flying simulators again after a long break. I renewed my membership so I could grab all of the aircraft I wanted. I'm running the new Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition. All of the freeware aircraft I've downloaded from Fly Away work without any problems at all - as long as you know how to install them. There are tutorials and videos on Fly Away demonstrating how - very useful. I'm glad to be back flying again!

Out of 5 dresses I ordered from SHEIN the fabric is all different. All poor quality. The seams on the items are unfinished and raveled. You have to be careful because sizing is different on each item. I can sew. I had to cut and re sew items to fit correctly. Cheap price but, cheap quality. I would not recommend. By the way I tried to return items and the app let me go so far and stopped in the return process. I could never print out a return label. Buy American made.

Poor quality fabric, size changes for each item. Unless you like throw away clothing I don’t recommend.

The clothes are styled very nicely, but very cheap materials used, and the designers must think ppl have low crotched and long limbs. Your not be able to return anything and never get a customer service rep. And u will go around and around on the web site to try to find out how to make a free return. I would never shop here again.

I placed an order and never received it. There is no number to call to speak to a live agent. I emailed customer support and they were unwilling to resolve the problem stating my package was delivered. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. I wasted my money at this point. No product and no help from the company. In my opinion they are fraudulent and thieves. I will never give my hard earned money to this company again.

I ordered a swimsuit on sheinside.com. I was very pleased with the product, in fact I was looking for this specific suit for ages because I already own one. The sales person on the phone actually checked the product details out for me because I wanted to be sure that it was exactly the same one I had already purchased. I had a very specific reason for ordering this exact suit. I had weight loss surgery 6 months ago, and I am dealing with some seriously flabby skin in my abdomen area, (but I like my waist), so this bathing suit covers exactly my problem spot but shows off the part I like. And I love black, it is my go to color. All and all it was a very nice transaction.

It's true--this isn't a good site. Unfortunately, I agree with the rest of the commentors. Although this site has cute clothes, they're extremely low quality, the customer service is non-existent, and EVERYTHING takes an eternity to get down. Super disappointed. I have ordered from their site on 3 or 4 different occasions. I love the clothes. The quality is a little lacking, but what do you expect when you don't pay much. The dress I ordered came just in time for our rehearsal dinner. However it was a little long, and I tripped on it. But I didn't find anything in a store. So I ordered this one. I love the dress, just have to figure out how to hem it for future occasions.

Just order in plenty of time of your event, just in case you need to hem the product, or do any alterations. It's a fun site with plenty of codes to get your items at an even more reduced price.

I ordered the black sleeveless v neck floral dress from sheinside.com and I must say that I was pretty impressed with the quality of the garment. Some sites that I have ordered from have sent me clothes that resemble nothing like that of the picture. This dress was exactly as described. It was very easy to order and the process took less than a minute to fill out. I'm a also a big fan of their points system towards a product purchase. I received 18 just for the dress alone. Shipping was no problem. I needed the dress for a party so I payed for express. I ordered on a Monday and got it on Friday. Sheinside is a reliable source for high quality fashion. I definitely recommend them to anyone who likes to shop online.

I placed an order on August 28th. It is now September 6th and I have not received an email saying my order has shipped. I'm usually very cautious about where I buy stuff from but I seen so many ads I decided to try it out. The prices are cheap but that doesn't mean anything when my order never comes. I either want my order or I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I tried getting customer service but the email system no longer works and when I clicked on the link to get customer service elsewhere, it would not work. Very disappointed and need to find someone from SheInside to discuss this with.
