On 08/05/15, I purchased a purple dress and returned it because I did not fit in it. I paid for the item to be return. I got status they received the item. As of 08/29/15 I have not received any refund credit whatsoever. I check daily. Then I received a "CLOSED" status on my return account. I am out of $27.44 plus shipping $15.00. I will not purchase any more from SheInside.com

I ordered 2 sets of pens and instead of delivering them they claim to have refunded my money. So I ordered 2 more sets of pens eventhough they are charging me more. I found out they are only sending me 1 set of pens. So I tried to contact their customer service and file a ticket. I got stuck in their automated messaging system for at least 30 minutes. I don't think they ever received my correspondence. While filing the ticket I was asked for an i.d number and it would not let me enter anything. So frustrated with their customer service but love the merchandise and prices.

I was turned onto sheinside by a classmate of mine after admiring her jacket. I had never heard of it before and was leery that I would end up with cheaply made imported clothes given how inexpensive they were. Boy was I wrong! I ordered the pink ombré bandage dress for my sisters baby shows and OH MY GOD. I got 20% off for it being my first order and it was in my hands in a week. The dress was well made and beautiful! I've since placed a larger order and am slowly redoing my wardrobe. The prices are so good! I will definitely be a lifetime customer!

Order 4 items and never received them. They use SpeedX for their delivery service and they sucks. They take pics of the package being delivered as proof and they had delivered it to the wrong place. There's no one to talk to at Shein or the delivery company, both of these companies suck. I won't ever order anything from this site again and SpeedX should close down

I ordered a dress and a shirt. They didn't fit so I made an attempt to return them but instructions to their return policy takes you in circles. They make it impossible to return the items. They are shipped from overseas that is linked from California.

If I could give a negative stars, I would. Don't order from this company. The clock for returns start on the day you order your product, not when it is shipped or received. They took ten days to process my order, and another 10 days to deliver it to me then refused my return because I was 4 days over their time limit. I have 9 items that I wanted to return, reached out to SHEIN via customer service email several times and never heard a word back. I will donate the items to charity and NEVER EVER buy another thing from this company.

One of our purchase deal was cancelled and the Refund amount of USD -714 (Indian Rupees - 49,613 Rs) - is not yet received in my bank account. Past 02 years we are chasing with the bank and also with Shein - but nothing worked. The reference no. Most of the clothes are made from the toxic polyester material...
Literally didn't even try most of them on because polyester expels a toxic chemical in hot weather.
Returned all the items in PERFECT condition and they did not refund 90% of what I returned.
I returned most everything I purchased and they stole a MASSIVE amount of money from me.
I purchased $400.00 worth of clothing and sent it all back... they refunded 36.00 of it.
There is NO phone number to call them...
They literally just stole what I consider to be a massive amount of money from me.
I will NEVER purchase from these thieves EVER again in my life.
Stay away from them... if you return items... they might steal all of your money and keep the returned items... and there is NO WAY to get in touch with them.

No wonder you did not mention the Material of clothes. It is polyester. I thought was cotton. I just can't take the polyester. Even Walmart T shirts are cottons. I won't recommend to anyone. We don't wear polyester unless you are poor. You are underestimate American.

I weighed the negative online reviews and decided to take a chance and place an order. I researched the measurements and reviews of each item I ordered. Only one item was returnable. One item was full of holes and ripped seams - didn't bother trying on. Another one was such poor quality I'd be embarrassed to wear it. The returnable one I will wear. It was a shirt different than what was pictured, poor quality, the mint green was a fern green. The list goes on lol.
Primark/Forever 21 quality is much better than Shein. I could have spent the same amount of money at Walmart and received 100x better products. I'm sad I wasted money on this. I'm glad I had a decent coupon code. Learn from my mistakes and do NOT order from them.

Quality, sizing, photos are incorrect. One user may receive a better quality item than another. I find these make up the good reviews/photos. Mine were not the same. It’s a gamble.

I bought a dress from Shein thinking it would be nice for my holiday. It was far too big and shoddy material. I returned it the following day and have proof of my return. I also have tracking proof of it being returned. This is a month ago and I have not received a refund. Even though I have escalated it through PayPal they still say they have not received it, therefore no refund.

It's been over 2 months since I still haven't received the refund inspite of constant following up with the company. The customer care is so inefficient and unethical. Not only did they blacklist my account but also kept me hanging for the refund. They kept saying next week it will be done but it's been over 2 months now and still not received the refund.

This is the biggest fraud company. I ordered a lot of clothes for their website and they most of the products were damaged, they had stains on it, the buttons and zip were broken, the pearls had come out and it had some disgusting odor smell from it. I requested the company to allow me to return these products. They agree to accept the returns and when I returned the products they have kept the products with them but are refusing to pay me back the refund. Such a cheap and fraud company. Deserves to go jail for cheating their customers. Please buy at your risk.

Beware before you buy!
I've poured thousands into Shein, only to be met with endless refund hassles. They often ONLY RETURN PART of your money for returns, making you jump through hoops to contact customer service for the full amount—a task that's nearly impossible.
And after weeks of waiting and sending 5 to 8 emails, they sometimes claim they never received the returns!
It's a frustrating cycle of DECEIT. As someone of Chinese heritage, it pains me to see such practices, seemingly reflective of a "Chinese way of doing business". Truly, the worst shopping experience ever.

Dont trust them! The return service is a horror! Firstly it takes more than a week or two to hear anything from them after sending the returned goods, then the refunds are ALWAYS incomplete! This means they only refund parts of your returns, and for the rest, you'll have to try to write endless emails to chase them down to refund. With my last two returns, still some items are missing. In one case, the process went on more than 3 months so the case was expired, and I didn't get the full refund! The second: they claim they didn't receive returns from an entire order, which I sent back together with some other orders, what a mess! The total value of these missing refunds sums over EUR 100, but I've spent more than 3000 on Shein in the last 2 month, what a waist of money! Never trust it again!

I ordered three items and two of the three items are good and I am keeping them. The quality is not amazing, but for what I paid I am happy.
However, the third (and most expensive-$55) item does not fit and it took several weeks of emails and a bad review to get a refund. It is clear that SheInside can deliver good (enough) items for what customers are paying but management needs to work on training the customer service staff in how to handle complaints.
Although I was frustrated and the customer service reps attempted to help, there was clearly a disconnect; their replies did not address my concerns. I hope that management will look into this (and other similar complaints) to make their service more customer focused.

I ordered $150 dollars worth of pajamas when Shein just started out. I thought whatever it's Pajamas who cares if it's bad quality at least I get a lot of it and it's pretty stylish. When it came I saw how really bad the quality was. Just mis shaped entirely, thin and tiny. After about six months of sleeping in it, I ended up tossing it all out. Now a year later, everyone is raving about Shein. I don't understand it's literally horrible.
