What happen to the things i ordered? I thought express shipping on takes 3 days? But still, i check my shein account still my order is in process? Will i be able to get the ordered items i purchase? PLUS theres no customer service number or email to enquire about my order. Ugh!

I'm so surprised to check out this page, because lots of 1 star reviews are present here. I read a couple of them and decided to write my expereince.

Firstly, I must mention - the quality of their clothes is so good. Also want to mention that their stock limited. They delivered my sweaters in 4 days, and for the other clothes (tops, undergarments) their stock was over and I needed to wait. Their support team is so responsive and helpful.

My suggestion is - you must understand about their quality stuffs. Their stock ends so fast for their top class stuffs. Delay can be considered if I get the best stuffs of my choice. (My personal opinion)

I must recommend Sheinside. Because till now, whatever I bought from here was so lovely. I love to use them again and again.

After my review on sitejabber they did fix the error on their site. They then indicated that they would "offer a full refund" which I declined. They went ahead and gave me credit to use on the site nearly equivalent to the amount I spent anyway. That's ok but it's credit I likely will not use. I appreciate that they took the time to apologize and correct their site which was all I wanted.

Close to Christmas I submitted an order for a gift. For days I did not get any indication of ETA or that item had been shipped. Naturally it arrived some time after Christmas. That in itself is not a problem given the lateness of my order but it would have been nice to know in advance when it would ship. Also I noticed an error on the website as I entered the order (the product photo changed to a different product altogether when a different color was selected). Anticipating that they might get the order wrong I added a note to the order explaining the error and describing which product I was actually ordering. They ignored it and got it wrong anyway. My girlfriend was happy enough with the incorrect item so I did not make the effort to send it back. My first impression is that they are somewhat unconcerned about customer service or perhaps there is a language barrier.

Some time ago I ordered 7 items from them. I think that quality is ok (not great, but not horrible either). The shipment took forever and it seemed to me that they do not speak English but using something like Google translate to communicate to costumers, cause I got some pretty confusing and monotone answers. I would never buy from them again.

My experience with Sheinside was very pleasing. I liked their collection very much. I have bought the new Black Sleeveless Cut Out Bodycon Dress. It was very gorgeous, trendy and high quality. I liked this dress on first sight. They have been quick to deliver the product that I ordered. I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend this site.

I really surprise with their huge collection of dresses and the color combination of all dresses are really impressive. I ordered a black dress, and it arrived even faster than expected. It was easy to place an order and the dress was exactly what the pictures looked like. The product packaging was nicely done. Thanks lot Shelnside for giving me great service.

I returned a item cause the size was to big. They didn't have the size I need. Got a email that they received the return. And allow them two to three weeks for my refund. Well it's been since June. It's about to be September. I can only chat with them by texting on the chat. And it's ridiculous. Where is my refund!

I will admit I have gotten some orders from this site that I was disappointed with but I've also gotten orders from American eagle I was disappointed with and spent double maybe triple than SHEIN! I always wait to buy until someone makes a review of the product. If the review said it's cheaply made I just don't buy that item, easy as that! Every item that has had a great review I've loved! It does take longer to ship than American stores, simply because I think it comes from China? I think it's one of my favorite shops to be honest! I'm 5 feet even 120 pounds and the clothes fit me great!
The customer service has been beyond great! It does take time to hear back but usually not longer than 24 hours and I'm sure that's the time change!
Had to review cus j was reading terrible reviews, I almost don't believe it!

I have ordered from Shein before and it was successful, but this time I ordered something they made me think it would come, then they just cancel it 10 days after I order it. I got my money back but still, it's annoying to wait 10 days for an order your never going to get.

I have been waiting for my order for over a month. I tried the chat and it was a fail. I requested a ticket. They said it takes approximately 24 hours to hear back from someone, it's now been 3 days and haven't heard back from anyone. I will never order from this company again.

I was a little sceptical at first as I always am with sites I haven't ordered from before, but ordering was easy, delivery was fast and item quality is very good. My dress and pendant both exceeded my expectations and I get compliments on both from friends and family. I will certainly be ordering again.

I found the most amazing dress for a wedding I had to go to on sheinside.com! I wanted something with long sleeves and long because its winter and rather cold where I live. I wanted to look feminine, but stay as warm as I could at the same time! I decided on the Black Long Sleeve Backless Maxi Dress and it it gorgeous! I had no trouble whatsoever with the ordering process, and everything came just as promised, even a few days early! It is exactly like it looks and I can't wait to wear it to the wedding! I am really glad I stumbled upon sheinside.com! I found this trendy dress at an unbeatable price. Sheinside.com's layout made it easy for me to sort through the various styles and color. I did have to use the centimeters to measure myself and choose a size larger than what I usually order. They processed my order and shipped it out quickly after I received my confirmation email. My dress arrived earlier than expected and I was able to wear it out to a family function. I just ordered a necklace set and will be recommending this to all my girlfriends.

I love the website but my order still hasn't came in. And I don't know how many more days my order well come, because I payed 43$ dollars. Im really worried because I don't want to lose that money on a company how going to take forever in a lifetime to hand me my package.

I have a serious complain against the order:
I was waiting for the refunds. Today when I called up the Customer care number it patched up with some frauds, hopefully he was one of your employee. The mobile number is *******311. He linked his Andhra Bank with my UPI and Around Rs 5000 were withdrawn from my a/c through UPI.
This is totally unacceptable.
Request you... otherwise i will take the legal action against your company.

I was kinda very low on budget and when i chose a dress from them i thought they will charge very high as the dress was very good looking and quality was good enough but when i heard the price i was like omg never thought they can make such a good dress on that low budget thanks to sheinside will use you guys again

I returned 2 pairs of shorts and have never received my refund. It has been 2 months. I tried to do a customer service chat and it just doesnt work. I tried the customer service phone number and it just says call failed. I feel bad for the people that return more than $20 worth of product. Never again

I'm revising my review. My initial review talked about the horrible customer service and I stand by that with the first person I dealt with. I later received an apology email for that person's behavior and was offered a full refund and I did receive the refund. I appreciate them realizing that they were wrong and making it right.

I realized they don't allow any reviews less than 5 star. Right after I write the review they would go and change it from whatever star reviews to all 5 star reviews. That's so misleading and completely fraud. I understand the prices are cheap but didn't realize some products were so cheap that they don't last after 1 wash/wear.

My order got held because supposedly wrong address... (same address thatvi received partial shipment from the same order... went to the post office and they told me they send back my clothes... no answer after that. No accurate track no order... is impossible to communicate with anybody. I just want either my clothes or my money back!

So my sister placed an order on SheIn a few weeks ago( ordered: on 5/7/2019, paid for faster shiiping but it takes the longest.) The thing is that most of the time the package is always on delay which is completely understandable, but in that case since we live in Europe (Greece), having the parcel stuck in Germany ( As the tracking informs us) for 6 days isn't acceptable. My problem is that there is a lack of understanding and communication as far as the customer is concerned. Its a good site but it needs improvement on the customer service. I've had the same issue in the past. Hope they can fix it.

ADDRESS PROBLEMS

I placed an order on 7/5/2017 and 5 days later i got an email saying that my package cant be shipped out because my address is missing street name and number. The PROBLEM is that i live in a village and we dont have street names and numbers. I hope that you will find a way to ship out my order without waiting any longer.

I tried ordering from SheIn and I had gotten an email saying my package was delivered to the front office of my apartments, but I checked with them 3 different times and they never got it. So I tried getting a refund from SheIn but they don't refund if you can't send the package back. How can I send something back that I did not receive? Will not be ordering from them again
