I ordered last month on the app. And my experience was Amazing. There's a lot of items to choose and they're all beautiful. The shipping was so fast less than 10 days i already receive my package. And the items that i ordered was all beautiful it looks exactly the same on tha photo. (not like other online store) i will surely shop again on SHEIN

I was expecting to have my order here before mother's day. I did the express shipping like I always do. Well my order was suppose to be here between may 6-9. Well come to find out my shipment is on hold for something totally different. Then I was told it would be here May 12 by end of day nothing. Then I get in contact with the shipping company and they say I wouldn't get for another 30 days if I get it at all. I won't be shopping with them after I get this package it's a waste of time.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my items back in September and they have yet to be shipped from China, even though it was promised the items would ship out within 24 hours. Most of the reviews that are high stars are more than likely rated by the team itself. It took a week to hear back from someone who said that they just came back from the holidays. First off, if you're going to be on holidays, why advertise 24 hour shipping guaranteed? I don't know if I will ever receive my items and am a single mother and first time shopper of this website. I would highly suggest not wasting your time or money in dealing with people who don't strive for excellent customer service and lie. I will never shop here again. So PLEASE do not shop here. Shop elsewhere.

I placed an order on 24 November 2023, on 28 November 2023, i had to pay customs. Payment was made, on 5 December 2023, i had to send order confirmation, proof of payment, bank statement, on 6 December 2023, i had to all the above documents and my ID. Since then, i have no update, apparently still detained at OR customs. The tracking system has no further updates. Not sure what to do, who to call as i have paid lots of money for my items. Can someone please help.

I have no problem with Shein and the items I brought it the carrier Ontrac that they use for Las Vegas, Nv I will not order anything else as long as they use Ontrac as their carrier. Packages are still missing as of today 8/24/2021 in their possession. Went to the warehouse and packages were on the bare floor all over the place. Said they delivered my package lied and then delivered it 5 days later... The worst I gave 2 because Shein should have looked into the matter as I am seeing this has been happening since June of 2021 to other customers with Ontrac orders from Shein here in Las Vegas, NV

Shein, I would like you to focus more on your wedding and bridesmaid department because they are trash. You need to step up your game and make good dresses. If I was a bride and I was looking for a dress I would definitely not go to Shein for one, and if you are going to make dresses then classify them in the right category. Good job trying though. Since its now getting to be Summer again soon I found myself looking for some Maxi dresses online. I stumbled across sheinside.com. And after a quick look on the site I found what I was looking for. The site has a very intuitive design and it makes shopping very easy and fast. I found a White Cross Back Striped Maxi Dress and instantly ordered it. The back of it is so beautiful and it looked like a dress that would flow around the body nicely. It has a very nice fit and is made out of a soft an flowing fabric which is perfect for the summer. I will wear this dress so much! The customer service is nice and very responsive! I would order again from them in a heartbeat!

I love the clothes, the are unique, comfortable and cheap. The look great and are true to size. Every piece I have order which is over 30 now I love. Pictures consist of entirely SHEIN clothing each outfit including pant, suit jacket and shirt all came to less than $50CND

After about a month of headache emailing Shein back and forth to agree on return shipping prices that they scammed me on, I finally sent back the items. It's been more than a month since they received my return packages and I still haven't gotten my refund. They told me it would take 10-20 business days for it to process. It's been 25 business days. This is so ridiculous. I just want my money back already.

I have to say, over just a little over the year, this company has drastically improved in every aspect. Over the summer, I decided to try ordering from here again and I can honestly say that I am impressed. The quality of their products have improved so much. They're basically exactly like something you would buy at Forever 21. My advice is read the reviews. If it's got a lot of good reviews, you're basically safe to order it. Their customer service has also been much more helpful and quick to respond. In one of my orders, I received a defective necklace and immediately they apologized and told me that they would send me a new one. Overall, I'm happy for all these improvements and see a bright future for them!

I would never ever shop at Shein. Yes, you'all be satisfied with about half the clothes you receive, but the other half is either terrible material or looks nothing like the online pictures. The return is then the biggest headache of your life. I received so many emails during memorial weekend with free shipping and return deals, which is why I proceeded to order twice over that weekend. However, when I wanted to return a couple items from both orders, their customer service rep, Camille, told me that I don't get free returns because I used the international site, instead of the U.S. site. I clicked into the website through my email... We then sent about 25 emails back and forth where she was rude, had terrible grammar, had terrible service and finally agreed to give me free returns on only ONE order. I don't understand how a company can advertise free returns and then blame the customer for using the "wrong" website LINKED to the email. When she finally gave me the shipping labels (one that I still have to pay for because at this point it was too much of a headache for me to argue anymore), the post office said she gave me first class shipping labels that only allow packages of 13 ounces, which is less than ONE pound. I emailed her telling her the situation and she responds that I only have five items and so the weight should be fine. And that if the USPS does not allow it, I would have to pay for the return fees through my own expenses. Excuse me. FIVE ITEMS for 13 OUNCES?! This company is actually ridiculous and tries in every little way to squeeze the extra dollars and pennies out of their customers. They do not at all care about their customer satisfaction. I will never shop here again.

The customer was contacted and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction. We have determined the phone number that was dialed was not associated with Shein as we do not have an inbound call service in the United States.
I love every single item on this site. Not only are they fashionable and very beautiful items, but the website is easy to navigate and user-friendly for even the worst computer users. I totally recommend this site! Items aren't cheap-looking despite the prices being kind to your wallet.

I placed my order in OCTOBER 2014. It is now January 2015 and I still have no idea where my package is. I talked to customer service 4 times. One of the operators called "Taylor" (Although I doubt that is their real name since the company originates from China) promised to reply to me in 2 days, but I never got a reply and had to contact customer service AGAIN. I asked for a refund but the customer service said they can only refund 80% of my order price, which was worth more than $100. So I have been waiting for 4 months now and I'm wondering if I'll ever get the clothes at all. Do not waste your time and money on this website!
