Another rip off. Placed order April 3. Tried to cancel after reading reviews. A month later, no product or refund. Recieve a boiler plate email almost everyday telling me all about their logistics problems and asking for my Patience. Refund has been promised many times but never recieved. Scam
I have filed a fraud complaint and am seeking recompense. Caveat emptor...Shein is a scam.

Tip for consumers:
That they are based in China, and their logistics company (Tracking654) is also rated a scam.

I will never shop from these guys again! Serious anti semites! Which website goes ahead and sells swastika pendents, when so many innocent people were killed? Insensitive! There are many other great websites to chose from. Nobody should support such people!

I ordered clothes over a month ago. 6 dresses & a pair of shoes. I've received 1 dress, ordered it a size up, & it's STILL too small. It says you can track your package under my orders, but all it says is shipped. No tracking number. They sent me an email saying they credited me 500 points BUT they must be used within 15 days. So they want me to spend MORE money on their site before even recieving my initial order. I ordered these maxis as comfortable maternity wear. My baby will be born before I receive my packages. Do not order from this site!

Sheinside is a great website for fashion. This site keeps up with all the latest fashion but does it in a way that does not break your budget. Another great thing about the site is that is allows you to pay in any currency whether it is the dollar, euro, or the pound. This is great because no matter where you are in the world you can feel safe and secure that your currency will get accepted and your order will go through. With Mother`s day around the corner this would be a great time to check out the site and buy something for Mom that she will love at a price you will love!

I have ordered from these guys quite a few times now, and I have never had a bad experience with them! I love these guys! I use them everytime I order something for lady in my life, Lol. Seriously though, they are professional, I've never had any problems with shipping, and their ordering process is simple and smooth. I will definitely be back to order from these guys again!

Ladies and gentleman,
If you believe the reviewers: "Ursula A.", "Eileen F.", "Flora D.", and "Clairery W." etc, you should considered yourself scammed on this website by sheinside, too. If you read the "about me" on the website, sheinside.com, all of their grammar and comma placement is exactly like these "user's" poorly structured sentences here as well. And notice how they all have a first name with simply an initial for their last name. Obviously some inside work going on. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. I promise it is a scam. They are stupid enough to post on almost every website review site. Stupid, stupid people. It's amazing the extent some will go to when money is involved.

When you order, and when you look at the estimated time to get the item charts, it says 2-4 business day express, 6-8 standard. But look more closely on the faqs page, and it reveals that they only start counting those days after processing, and they give no guess on how long processing takes! You shouldn't have to dig around on a site to get an honest delivery estimate. Also, sizing frequently does not match up w/US sizes. My other complaint is that their website search function works poorly--with thousands of items, you need to be able to refine search parameters. And why so may minis when I search "long skirt" or "maxi"? Makes no sense.

I ordered some things for my daughter on 9/5/2016. The money came out of my account the next day but I have not received an email about my order being received and I have not received my order. It is 9/15/2016. It has been 10 days and no communication. But I have already paid for the items. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service about this. There is no number to call. Only instructions about submitting a ticket. I assume I did not register when I ordered because I can't even log in to find my order. Will not order here again..

My experience with SHEIN has been nothing but positive so far. They are true to the sizes displayed as long as you can convert to centermeters. It would be helpful to see them in inches or model size legth in feet. The quality and photos of what I received were spot on and better than what I typically find in local retail stores. Only down side is the delivery time is fairly slow. But to be fair they were in the process of moving warehouse location and posted a notice on their website stating this fact. Plus as mentioned in other reviews some items ship from china which you can expect longer delivery times. So if your not in a hurry it's worth the wait. I've continued to order over and over with this company and have been completely satisfied.

I originally thought that by ordering from Shein, I would save a lot of money. And going against everyone's review, I ordered just to see what it was all about. I ordered three items, on August 19th. It is now September 20th and my item are no where to be found. I tried to contact them via email, but apparently their customer service email does not exist. I feel so bad for ordering. Also, pay no attention to the good reviews. Notice that they are made all on the same day. One word: SCAM. Save yourself the wait, and the $#*!ty experience you'll most likely have shopping on this website. The con's outweigh the pros heavily. If I could give this website a rating of zero, I would but of course, they don't allow you to do that either.

Just ordered a couple of dresses on this site, and let me say it was not and easy process- it directs to paypal so easily, which I'm paying with card, you go back to the site after leaving paypal(because I'm not paying that way) and its deleted your cart, so you try again and you can no longer use the coupons, ugh. And I can't delete those previous shopping carts so I have like 20 waiting for payment items, even though Ive paid for 2 items. I read the reviews before purchasing but now I'm super wary. I paid 15$ extra for 3-10 day shipping and I just got an email saying that I should at least wait 7 days for processing uh what!. I wanted express, so now am I going to wait 7 days and then deal with shipping, and one dress said shipping within 24hrs misleading a little All I know is now I'm nervous. Ill give it maybe 48 hours to process before I consider canceling the order but everyone on this website says that its been a month. I feel stupid...

Okay. For a long time I've known their clothes are hit or miss (most often miss.) So despite low prices I don't trust or buy anything from them anymore. But I just saw in their jewelry they have swatstika necklaces. SWATSTIKAS. What the actual ****? Whether or not you're jewish (I'm not) this is a hate symbol that should not be tolerated. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that doesn't promote hate. Try H&M. Try Forever21. Similar prices, better customer service, and again... no swatstikas.

At about 3months ago, I have been frustrated about shopping online. They really made me look miserable due to oversize of clothing, wrong shipping location from them and they do not respond untime. When you need them the most.

Sheinside is just too good for me to believe. Why? Because they met my delivery date, their products are standard and quality and cost effective. Please don't let me down sheinside. I will continue to shop with you.

I wanted to leave a positive review but I can't. Overall, the shopping experience was as described. Took about a week to process (as advertised). Once shipped, took another week to reach me. There was a tracking number to follow its process.

Quality-wise, despite the really cheap prices, it's not great. I feel that had I came across the product at this low price in the shops, I would not have spent the money.

I did wonder about the quality due to the price, but placed an order based on the very positive reviews. Now this is the part I'm REALLU UNHAPPY about. I left reviews about the products, some good some not so great, to warn others of the quality. Shein DENIED the negative reviews and approved the more positive ones!

This explains why so 'many' people raved about the products. Now it makes sense!

Be aware before you buy.

For one season wonders, this site is not bad. For more special occasions, you may like to think twice about it.

I am really pleased with both the website's products as well as the service I received. I had a wedding to attend over the summer and ordered 4 dresses from sheinside (knowing I would wear them all at some point-- but wanted some options). First of all, I spent less than $100... WOW. If I went to a department store, I probably couldn't even get one fashionable dress for that price!

When my dresses arrived, one of them had accidentally been sent in the wrong size, but when I called to address the issue, it was fixed immediately. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so understanding and empathetic about my issue, and sent out the new size before I even sent the wrong size back! I was so pleased with the service I received, that I would absolutely do business with them again soon.

Their website has really cute clothes, but they aren't the best quality. If you don't mind waiting a month for "express shipping" it's fine. But make sure you don't need the clothes right away. I had to ask customer service when my items would be shipped because they were sitting in the processing stage for 2 weeks. I ordered on June 5th and all of the pieces have not arrived yet. 3-5 days has turned into 22 and counting. Pretty sure the bloggers that say it's a good website are all getting paid.

This company sale merchandise that sizes do not reflect the American sizes. They are too small. I ordered 2 polo shirts xxl and they came with a tag of xxl but medium sizes. Now i am complaining about this to them because they charge a lavbel fee to return. In my case i am lucky because the shirts are smaller then the sizes that they reflect as xxl. But this sizes are not the American xxl or large.Be careful with this website

I can't exactly comment on the quality of the clothing, but the prices are incredible. My main comment is I placed an order a week ago and it states on my order it had been paid along and the money has been taken out of my account, but it says it's still processing. I emailed them, but got no response. Any one have this problem?

I was hesitant at first based on some of the reviews, but I went ahead and placed my order for 3 off the shoulder tops. The total for all 3 was less than $50. I wanted to make sure my order was small so in case it went MIA, it would not have been a huge loss. They all arrived together and it took about 1 1/2 wks. The materials were very good quality and the sewing, stitch work was just fine like in any retail stores. I am completely satisfied and will be placing another order this week. These items are coming from New Jersey NOT China. LOL! So I feel pretty confident using this site again and again. If you are hesitant to shop here, buy 1 item, small price tag and use a Paypal acct if you are worried about having your credit card compromised. I paid for my first order using half paypal and half credit card. Just a tip... measurements are usually not by inches but rather by cm. So measure yourself properly and follow their measurement guide.

Placed an order on April 19th, on April 29th status updated to "Order shipped!" Its now May 21st and no update. I have submitted a service request twice now and just keep getting same run around that shipping takes longer due to Covid. At this rate the items I ordered for my daughter wont even fit her by the time they get here. We will never order from here again. I was leery to begin with but my daughter talked me into it. I should have listened to my gut.

I was looking for an affordable vintage dress. Dutch sites usually ask a lot for them since it's a rare concept. When I found Shein I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the website really cheap, the shipping is too. I never ordered from a webshop that isn't based in my country, but with such low prices I took the risk. As if that wasn't enough they also pay the additional costs (VAT it's called in English?). I measured myself before ordering, so the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely order here again!

My order was delayed for a long time. When I asked them to honor a coupon code since the order was weeks late they said maybe you can use it next time, meanwhile I still haven't even gotten my first order. Really poor business practice. Every company I've ever ordered from honors a price change within a short period, especially when they delay your order as a courtesy. Should've been more diligent in reading reviews and the better business bureau even has bad reviews and now I know why. Could honoring a coupon really be worth losing a customer who hasn't even received their order yet? I guess so.

My coworker, who is my very good friend and a reason of envy because of her petite figure, has been ordering stuff from this site for a long time. Coats, jewelries, dresses-everything! I am more on the heavier end of scale, and buying stuff online freaks me out! I have a hard time buying dresses that fit- it's either too loose, or too tight! On her insistence I decided to make the leap, and ordered a beautiful Blue Lacey Dress. I was skeptical about the size, so called up the Help Desk, and contrary to my expectations, they were very helpful! They suggested I go for size L, and I did. After 3 weeks, voila! The package is on my doorstep! Long story short, my guy is more in love with me;)

Prompt delivery, AWESOME price, and amazing offers- Win Win!

P. S: I have seen a lot of negative reviews regarding this site, and after having such a great experience, I doubt their authenticity. I am glad I didn't pay heed. YAY!
