I ordered some summer cloths for me and my daughter on 21st may 2020. I spend more than 100 dollars. I didn't get my package yet. I didn't get a chance to read the reviews before ordering the items. I regret for that now.

They deliver late and as compensation they give 100 points which is only equivalent to $1. Insulting

Totally insulting to customers. Better to order from Noon, they have the same quality within same range and whenever Noon. Screws up, their customer service is immaculate

Do not use this company. Shop at Noon. They have integrity

I should have known that the low prices were too good to be true. I bought two dresses for about $20 each. They looked great in the photos, but once I got them the material was cheap and the small (smallest size) looked huge on me. I ended up donating them to Good will - I couldn't even wear them once!

Ordered a green maxi dress from the site and when it arrived it looked exactly like it did on the site. The size guide was really accurate so I actually got something that fitted, not something that said it would fit and was then way too small or way too big.

The delivery period was as stated on the site which surprised me as many sites promise to deliver uber quickly and the items never arrive in time. I ordered the dress in October so I would have it in time for Christmas and New Year and got it in November.

Really happy with the site and would definitely use them again!

Are you kidding me? Wow! I went online shopping for a dress to wear to a cocktail party and found a beautiful long sleeve gray backless dress. I couldn't believe the price,,,,$17.99, no way too good to be true, but it is true. I ordered the dress, it fits beautifully, and the shipping arrived exactly when they said it would. I was amazed at the quality, but better yet, all of my friends wanted to know where I purchased it. When I told the Sheinside, they grabbed their phones at the party and ordered. Well, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Tip for consumers:
make sure you have a beverage with you before you log on, you will be shopping for quite awhile , trying to decide which bargain to buy.

We ordered 7 items in May, and fully understood that shipping was delayed, but 3 MONTHS? After numerous attempts with email and phone calls, we finally were able to make contact. Was told at first it was delayed, then told it was lost, then told they would reship and take 3-4 weeks but couldn't be guaranteed... excuse me?!? So you will resend an order already paid for and hopefully not have to wait another 3 months for it. I requested a refund but that can take up to 10 days to process. Horrible customer service.

I placed a huge order yesterday ($500) and the payment went through on their website. I even got a payment confirmation email from them. Couple hours later, I got another email saying the payment wasn't successful and that I need to pay again. But when I checked my credit card history, it has definitely been charged for the amount. Reached out to their customer service (online chat) but the person barely speaks English and has not been responsive at all. If I don't receive an explanation from them today I am going to request a chargeback and stay the hell away from this place forever.

My order never arrived. I contacted FedEx since my package says it's been sitting at the facility for 6 days, and they said my package arrived from China to Memphis EMPTY. Pretty interesting since it says that the packaged weighed 3.98 lbs. I am requesting a FULL REFUND in the amount of $114.94. This is completely unacceptable, as I have never experienced anything like this. This is disappointing as a loyal SHEIN customer and I even paid for expedited shipping because I needed these items.

I ordered a dress from SheInside and was very pleased with my results.The checkout was simple, easy, and quick. I got a tracking number so I was able to find out where my dress was at all times. When I got it, the sizing was exactly what it was advertised as and looked like the photo. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a long sleeve sweatshirt from sheinside.com, and was impressed with the price, delivery, and style. The "Homies" sweatshirt is a classic example of high quality fashion, and design with silk screening up front. I especially love the price, but the speed of delivery, was fast, and not at all expensive. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the sweatshirt, but when I saw the price, I ended up getting something else.

This is a good seller, with some serious discounts. If you're looking at saving money, getting the latest fashions, and are tired of the run around of retail, this is going to save your budget. I've already come back to purchase more stuff, as it's a real gem of a find online.

Cycle through the selection, you'll be surprised by how much cool stuff they have.

Im a new customer at shein and i didn't read and of the reviews or anything of that sort before today, which is pretty stupid of me. But that's besides the point. I haven't gotten any updates or anything on the cute clothes that i got from the website and it just says 'processing.' the email i had received says it will update me on my clothes but it hasn't and I've been getting pretty worried. So i searched up some reviews and now looking at them, im honestly terrified. I always get some kind of heads up on the clothes that i got and have never been scammed. The thought of money being stolen away from me for clothes that i was getting for my birthday is so scary and i feel powerless. I still haven't gotten any notification about my clothes and it's been close to a week. Please help!

I purchased two hats that arrived damaged and crushed. When I went online to return the damaged hats, it stated on the page that I would not be able to return the items at all. I also saw that if I would've been allowed to return the damaged hats, I would've had to pay my own shipping back which is $7.95, a processing and handling fee which is $7.99, and a $3 restocking fee. This is ridiculous! Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and money, and go elsewhere to a reputable retailer that doesn't rip innocent people off. I'll throw these hats away, and have to take a financial loss.

Shein is a rip-off!

The site is really helpful giving a lot of details about all the products such as: description about the material and fabric, size & fit that is really helpful. Moreover the customer service is very helpful, replying pretty fast in any question. The packaging is great and so far we've never had any problem with the products that we've ordered!

Check the 'Size & Fit' in order to have a full description about the size of the product!

Now I'm not an expert but no one needs to tell me that that odor doesn't cause cancer or some other conditions. The shoes I bought were for my kids. Do not. I repeat do not waste your money. I ordered 8 items and all went back for reasons out of my control but still I lost £13.99 on shipping. 3 items too big. 3 items too small and 2 items such poor quality that I would not have used them to clean my windows with. Mega thumbs down from me

I am totally in love with Sheinside.com. They have a great variety of clothes for a very reasonable price. I have shopped here about three times now and
I love it! Their selection of dresses is amazing. I bought this beautiful white lace dress that compliments my body really well. I get so many compliments every time I wear it. Their shoe selection is also really good. I have bought so many beautiful flats and sandals. I have never had any problems with this company and they have always helped me with questions I've had. I definitely recommend this store.

At first I was very positive about their website and clothing. I saw that my parcel would be shipped whitin 1-3 business days and it would take 5-7 days to be delivered at my house. That sounded ok to me, but now it's been a week since I placed my order and I still haven't got any shipping confirm e-mail yet. I sent them an e-mail and they said the item I ordered was "out of stock" and it would take a little while longer. But this wasn't even mentioned on their website?! I also have read reviews from other people, and mostly of them were about their shipping delay! SheIn should really sort this problem out.

I ordered a bra and underwear set, and there's a rip down the middle of the underwear! It's impossible to actually find the customer service every link is a dead end. I feel like the customer service sucks. Plus I ordered another underwear set along with sweatpants, the sweatpants showed up but not the underwear! Yet it says it was delivered. It never came how do I ever return it? SHEIN is so shady.

Ordered items got express shipping 3-5 days yet items weren't shipped out. When I emailed to ask the status and express that I needed them by a specific time I was told 7 days processing and then shipping. Then my order was cancelled without my knowledge and now they say 10-21 days for a refund. No explanation other than because I asked a question the assumed I didn't want the items. Now WTH is my money.

Whenever i used the bathroom i noticed that my WHITE SHORTS had a red stain. I thought maybe i had started my period. Then i noticed when i wiped there was red. It was the dye of the panties! Never will buy from here again. They don't have any place to put bad reviews on their site of course.

I ordered on December 22,2022 and have not received the order. I have communicated with customer service and keep being told the package is on its way. I have asked numerous times for the tracking number. The only thing I am given is their order. Truthfully, I think they are planning on keeping my money and never sending the order.
