Its been 3 almost 4 weeks and these people at shein dont know where my packages are all 11 of them, canada post doesnt know where they are and they will not refund my money, they keep making excuses. Those 11 items are for my children for christmas. I will never order from this company again

I love the clothes that are on sale unfortunately but when I get home, some are either too small or too big then that is exactly my height or more times! The clothes are slow to arrive but in general I like your site!

I have shopped here quite a few times, and each time I had no complaints. I ordered two clothing pieces and they were marked as "ships in 24 hours" it has been way over 24 hours and they are still being processed... If they aren't going to ship in 24 hours don't mark it as so.

They act like it's a favor that if they over sell their products and don't ship you yours that they'll give you your money back. They act like they're being so generous that they're giving your money that is rightfully yours because the printing label never showed that they shipped their merchandise. But you better watch out because they will not refund you your taxes that they collected which I'm pretty sure is illegal because they're not going to have to pay taxes on something that they didn't sell. Also the keep their shipping fees even though they never shipped your product. This is a horrible company and most of their product is drop shipped from China and is unreliable. The clothing is cheap and not good.

Don't order from them they're horrible entity and if you do get your clothing great but if you don't better make sure you get your taxes back too

I ordered 6 items from She In and received 3 of them about a week ago. However, the other three I ordered on the 19th has not been shipped yet. Its been 2 weeks since I've ordered these items and it still just says "label created". It has said this for the past week and a half. Not sure if I will ever get my item. Too bad, I love their clothes and their prices but it seems like I will never get these items. I need them by June 7th for my boyfriends graduation.

The customer was contact and the issue was fully resolved to the customers satisfaction.
I tried to return a pair of shoes to no avail. I tried to contact Shein; however, again to no avail. I followed the instructions to print off a return label but it won't let me get passed the step where I indicate the shoes are too small. This is not fair because their site indicates that you can return unworn products and these shoes were not worn, in fact, they arrived that same day that I was asking to return it. I'm very upset that I lost over $50.00 and cannot return it.

AVOID SHEIN - I sent a return they are claiming not to have recieved when I sent it 1st class royal mail tracked and can prove they have recieved it. They are absolute liars and refuse to refund you. I am having to claim the money back via my bank and take further action. Shein are refusing to provide their legal team contact details and head office details.
There is no contact details for customer services only facebook chat and everytime you write a message someone different replies.

I have done as Shein said and you just go round in circles and don't get to speak to an agent just a robot. Absolute waste of time

I previously wrote a review as I was dissapointed with my order not arriving. They arrived today and I am very happy, the quality is great and they fit very well. Shein customer service was very helpful to me also. One reccomendation for shein would be ensure items are delivered on time as this leads to unhappy customers.

I must share my review with you regarding my experience with this business. The ordering on Shelnsides website was very easy. I made my selection and their site let me know the amount needed to make free shipping, very nice! I add another short sleeve dress to my order to get the free shipping. Their site has an easy to read section describing their shipping details. Also, if you have any questions they make it easy to contact them. After I received my order everything was exactly how I ordered. I told my mother about the store. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to purchase again soon.

Ordered a jumpsuit over a week ago. Received a shipping confirmation email with instructions to track my package. I was told to login. I didn't remember my password, so I clicked the "forgot password" and it said they sent a link to my email to change my password. Never got an email. Now I can't event track it.
