I bought on the 18th of September and today my request was not sent. The site says between 5-7 days, the request is sent but it is all a lie! I know that China is a holiday in early October, but this does not justify the delay in sending it bought half of September. I need to get my purchase until early December and here in Brazil orders always take time to arrive due to oversight. I read many, many negative reviews with the same problem as mine. I am waiting for the shipping tracker number. Otherwise I want to cancel my purchase and receive a refund on my credit card.

For the longest time my package says it's labeled but hasn't been shipped. It's been over 3 days and it's said the same thing and hasn't shipped yet. It does not say "expired" it says shipped and I even have a tracking number. Everything has been paid for.

This is such a cute top. I ordered one size up so its nice and loose on me, which I prefer. The fabric is really nice and comfortable too. I ordered the red, and its a beautiful bright red color. The fabric is lightweight and perfect for summer. I like to wear mine with black leggings, black heels, and red lipstick. The back of the shirt is long and covers my butt which is great because I can wear it with leggings comfortably. I like wearing V-neck shirts but a lot of them are very low cut, which I don't like to wear. This one is a small V-neck which is exactly how I like it. I like to dress modestly and this covers me up, but is still very fashionable. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to try this product and to give my thoughts and opinions. Its my new favorite shirt, highly recommended.

I suddenly brought a dress for my girl friend. She loves it.
And then I show her the site and she expressed her love for me.
If you are looking for something really good, then come go there for a shopping.
I will come for it again. :)

I have to say, I had a good experience with Sheinside. I ordered a collar accessory. I have no complaints regarding delivery time. The item was as described and I am happy with the quality. I can not understand a lot of people have had a hard time with this company, my first experience was good. I will purchase from them again.

Ordered things from Shein company they had an old address. They shipped it there although I was telling them in a chat (only way to communicate with them) wrong address. They told me to call fedex. FedEx stated they couldn't change the delivery address the send company had to? And then I need to call back because they couldn't put a hold on it so I couldn't pick it up from fedex. Really fedex is this how you work also? Long story short I advise never order from Shein and don't have fedex to deliver because as a customer service company they also are the pits!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t use these two companies if you want to receive your product.

Product delivery and never received. Lost 140 dollars

I had a very customer friendly experience with SheIn. I had to return an item and the chat representative was very helpful and willing to assist me. She stayed on the chat while I went to the website to open up a ticket. The merchandise I ordered from the site came in a reasonable amount of time.

I thought I was the only one. I ordered three items and two and half weeks pass, i realize I never even got a shipment email. I see that it has been processing. I send an email and they offer to give me 500 shein points. A week passes. I still have no package. So basically I have been waiting for almost a month. I placed the order on the 14th of April, It's May 8th...? I'm going to wait one more week then go to my bank and file fraud because at this point I have no idea if this is a scam and I was dumb and used their 500 shein points to make another purchase believing their apology and that my package was on it's way. I'm sure I wont even get that second order until Christmas this year or never and who knows how the clothes even look. For all this, if i get the package, I really hope the clothes fit.

Shelnside is a great place to shop online! I am absolutely totally satisfied on how fast that I received my order! When ordering it is very easy and there is absolutely no problems that I encountered along the way! My order took 5 days to arrive. All of my products that I ordered were there and all of them were in good condition! They have a beautiful selection of products in store and I personally recommend them to you! This is now my favorite place to shop online!

I ordered a new item 3 weeks ago & I still haven't received it. It says my label was created and it's still pending. The package isn't even being shipped yet! I'm tracking it & it says the package is being moved to the FedEx location but it's not even being shipped yet. It also says delivered but it's not even being shipped.

Shein is an excellent online store, when i made my first purchase in this site i was in love with everything i bought.
Shein is absolutely fashion and trending.
I like the huge variety of clothing that they sell and they provide many coupons that i can use in my purchases. I had recommend Shein to many of my friends and they are in love with the store.
Everyday, i check the "Daily new section" to see what's new in the site.
I just love Shein.

I bought 2 times from this store and the products were just as described and same as the pictures. A very good quality and costumer service. The items arrived quickly and the most important part is that the sizes are true to sizes from America and Europe. You don´t have to choose a bigger size just because the products are from Asia. Choose always your usual normal size of clothing.

I was very worried because I could not see my order online after paying. Customer service has been able solve my problem quickly and efficiently

It has said this for the past 3 days and has been in the same location for the past 3 days, which is Belgium Grace-Hollogne. I am just wondering what that means.

I recently ordered almost $100 worth of clothes from SheIn, and never got my package. I got in contact with SheIn to see if they had sent my package, and they said my order did not exist. They had no telephone number, and only had "chat". When I spoke to them on chat, there were lots of spelling and grammar errors, and it seemed like they did not know how to speak English very well. They never located my order, and I never received my package, and I never got my money back.

I bought 2 dresses in 14/05/2017 they said it will take 3-10 days and still nothing. I have no ideia where my dresses is... And one of them is for my mothers wedding, next weekend. I can't believe I'm gonna have no dress for that. We can't trust this shop.

I have ordered a couple of times from this website, and each time I have never had an issue and I have always been satisfied with the pricing of the items as well as the quality of the items. I love how even the items that are not on sale are affordable and that just makes me more excited for when I shop the items that are on sale because I can get more bang for my buck. Like this last time I ordered a super sexy yet sleek design of a dress that is black with lace. It looks so vintage yet modern put together and the second that I saw it, I knew I had to have it, I know that I would look so good in it. I am really happy with their selection and have turned a lot of my friends on to this website. I cant wait for my next paycheck so I can buy more cute clothes for very little money, thank you!

I never heard of SheIn before however I decided to give it a try, I paid for the extra fast delivery service as I am going on holiday on the 5th of July. I placed my order on the 21st of June with a confirmation saying my item is out for shipping on the 23rd... so nothing strange there.
I checked my tracking number and followed the links I was given to see my parcel's tracking however every time i go on it, it says that my tracking number isn t recognised, and when i check on the actual SheIn website my order appears as - NULL... what the hell does that mean? I am now growing more and more worried that I will not get my clothes in time for my holiday. Please help! <3

I will never buy from them again. I am missing best friend rings I bought for my daughter and they still have not credit me or sent the rings. I can't track it because it says it has been delivered and I had not. Never again will I order from them

Your rings may never show up

I bought rings for my daughter that never came. No refund or new pair sent. I got american flag sneakers, butterfly and cow and sunflowers. The shoes are ok but made super cheap and will not last

Just to let everyone know that I ordered a dress (£ 15) - I want a lot more products but because I was scared I started by ordering just that and it arrived in 1 week. The dress is exactly the same as the pictures, but obviously, as I expected, the quality is not the best.

Package didn't arrive. Shein didn't refund me, instead told me to contact speed X. Speed X said they delivered my package and they didn't. Don't think ill be ordering from shein again after this experience and also all the recent media updates.
