I did an order on April 20, few days later they told me that one item is out of stock, so I have to change my order. When I check the order status they said that is processing and now the said "Shipment may experience a delay of 3-5 days due to Warehouse Relocation" I contacted the customer service and they don't have idea when my order will be shipped. They told me 'we do not have ETA, since your parcel had not shipped out " That's crazy, after 15 days of my purchase and they haven't shipped my order out. Is this a joke?

Bought 3 dresses from sheinside. Very happy with my purchases. Everything fitted perfectly&all quite smart!. Was very happy with the delivery as well, received my purchases at no time at all. Will definately buy again from Sheinside.

I just visited this site looking for a dress. I found so beautiful dress for half the price when preordering. I had a wonderful online shopping experience with shein.com. I ordered a gray dress, and it arrived even faster than anticipated. It was easy to place an order and the dress was exactly what the pictures looked like. Now i am happy with my order.

I canceled in order and they still sent it to me and I also got notification that it was canceled just so they can charge my credit card! It is always a red flag when you can't talk to a live person at a so-called company? Cheaper is not always better. Be careful. I stopped payment on my order.

I must say i have a very different opinion with those who view this store negatively. I have bought three dresses from this store and i had a smooth buying and had an opportunity to interact with the amazing staff at sheinside. I would surely buy from tbdress again and again

I bought clothes at Sheinside a couple of times before and I was very satisfied! I never had a a problem with them even when I ordered during the holiday season last year, and the selection is one of the largest I have seen in one shop, so I just find it easy to get stuff for everybody there. It's easy to pay and keep track of the shipment and the orders always arrived with no problem. My items were nicely packaged and I think the quality of the products were beyond expected for the prices I paid… Overall I do recommend, I will definitely order again soon.

I have not gotten my items from this site yet, but I'm immediately questioning things when their website states that items are shipped from the closest proximity, to your location, warehouse (New Jersey in my case) and that shipping should take from 4-7 days. It is now day 7 and when I go to the site to track it... It shipped from CHINA and is not even in the US yet. I'm glad I didn't need it by any specific date.

I absolutely love the grey v-neck long sleeve shirt. I have recently gained a lot of weight because of pregnancy and child birth but they carry my size and have stylish clothes. I have ordered my clothes 2 days ago and submitted a few tickets and still have gotten no response. My clothes said they will be shipped in 24hrs but have gotten no emails. So I ordered two items for a wedding that's on Thursday 8/13 Today is 8/6. Will I get my items before or on 8/12? I really need to know so that I can cancel my order. After reading all of these bad reviews I kind of want to cancel my order. I've dealt with a website similiar to this one so I know they can refund. I placed an order on 25 June and I saw that is arrived at my country but my office was closed for holidays so It was impossible to get the order. I tried many times to contact with customer service to give me the tracking number but it was impossible to get an answer. I lost my order. I am reporting shein I placed an order mar 19th, tracking says pkg should be deliver between 19 and 31., I checked my app it said pkg delivered and signed for mar 25 I was at home all day no pkg was delivered, I reached to the num they have someone responded next day with pic saying pkg was delivered that's not my building and this is not the first time this happening it's very frustrating ordering from them now I have to make a decision this is money going down the train I sent messages through the app no responded till date am afraid to order again honestly no one reaches out to resolve the issue this is not my building

I was recently contacted by an extremely helpful Shein customer service rep through site jabber in regards to my not so great review. She was able to issue me a refund for the items I got that were broken or not fitting despite the fact that I could not return them because they were accessories (which is against their return policy). So while the items I got weren't so great, the customer service I received was.

I wanted to love this store so bad. They have so many cute options, but the items you'll receive are a broken/low quality version. I ordered a t-shirt, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of socks, some jewelry, and some sunglasses. The t-shirt was alright, but the sizing is drastically off, and the fabric was odd. Everything is much smaller than the shown measurements. I actually like one pair of the shorts, but the other ones I ordered in the same exact size were too small. The socks are awful. There is not heel in them... They are just straight? Weird. The rings were too small, and the earrings came broken. The only thing I truly liked were their sunglasses. I actually will be returning most of the items so I will write an update with how that goes.

It was me and my wife's 5th anniversary and I bought her the Black Sleeveless Crochet Lace Dress that was on sale on the site. Being a bit of a fashion geek myself I thought that the design and style would suit her elegant petite figure, I was right. I think she looks really sexy in it(and I think she thinks so too). The shipment came exactly when it said it would, not a day later(if it had of I wouldn't of had such a fantastic anniversary). I recommend this particular item to anyone who wants to really please their wife!

I never got the product so I can't review the product it's self. For a over month after it was supposed to be delivered I tried to find out where it was and it was never where they said it would be when I drove to try to pick it up and then when they said they were going to try delivering it to me again they actually sent it back to the shipper. Then they actually asked if I wanted credit instead of a refund and want a receipt for the customs charges however the shipper never provided one. Also if you live in Canada don't bother paying more to not get customs fees they charge you a ton on customs anyway.
