You can purchase all the products from this site. There are many different types of products you site. From this site you can purchase a beautiful dress. The overall knowledge was high-quality. This is another very good shopping site. There is a lot of reimbursement like on time release, most excellent excellence of goods and on that they are on not expensive charge good thing the a good number significant clothes are the client repair is the most excellent in the middle of all the site. There are a lot of colors this dress. It is rate is not high. It is a very soft dress. There are many people like this product, if you want buy this product and save your money. A dramatic floor sweeping style, it's a wrap style in a striking scarlet color-way. So it is a great product house. I have bought clothes and use this very relaxes. Thanks

I orderd $60 dollars or so worth of clothes two to three weeks ago. It still hasn't came yet. The FedEx tracker is super vague it only says label created and nothing else. I wanted so badly for this site to work out because they have really cute stuff for reasonable prices but shipping is taking forever and I feel I've been scammed. I orderd from Asos days after I ordered from this site and I received the asos order in 3 days! I didn't even pay for express shipping! I just hope I didn't waste my money on this site

I ordered several items that said they were not returnable. However, they sent the wrong size - not the size I ordered for one of the items. Since it's not a returnable item, I can't get any help returning this even though it is their mistake. Not happy.

I placed many orders on this site for my trip and it did not arrive on time. I am very unhappy and I no longer shop by myself and I tell everyone about my dissatisfaction and I did not allow anyone from my friends and family to buy. And I didn't have any clothes for my trip, and from this site I only had stress and wasting money and ruining all my plans

I received the item with the button dropped off and also wrong size. When I return, nobody contacted me for 2 weeks and I don't know what to do with the item and I could not reach anyone for help. First experience with return item is definitely not as smooth as other ecommerce retailers.

Tip for consumers:
The refund policy and at least someone that you can either chat online, whatsapp or phone number. It's totally unreachable and you feel helpless.

I ordered a dress for my sister and i thought they might take at-least 3days but as it was my sisters birthday gift and i kinda need it so early they gave me the delivery with in 1 day for my request. Keep up the good work

Ordered $180 worth of product. Went to track my order when it was late and saw it was marked as "delivered" checked my ring camera, nothing was delivered. Tried customer service but there's no way to voice my complaint, get any answers or a refund. NEVER AGAIN SHEIN!

Some clothes from shein arrive. But my last order hasn't arrived yet. I was all morning trying to live chat with them, but I only get: Shein Customer Service: 11am-3pm. Never a chat button. I contacted Canada Post, and they told me the package was somewhere in the facilities waiting to be processed. But the reviews on this site never received their package. I sent an email asking for a refund, and they told me that the package was delayed and at the facility like Canada Post said.
In the email, they also told me I should buy more instead. They gave me 50 points with a time limit. What do they expect? They lose my clothes, and steal my money, and I am supposed to pay them for it?

I wrote a 1 star review for a dress I ordered. I ordered it after reading the positive reviews about the item. After receiving the item, the dress is cheaply made, too big/toolong and damaged. I included photos of the dress as well to show I was not lying. I take reviews very seriously because I use them to determine if I will purchases a dress or not. I just found out my review was denied and therefore will not be included on their website THATS CRAZY! I did not trash the company and my review was honest about the dress. I contacted Shein about my review being rejected but they continue to give me the run around. I do not appreciated being censored by this company about their product. It is unfair to future customers to hide negative reviews.

2nd time of ordering and I should have known I would be scammed again. Order never came. It's strange how it shows delivered but we have a locked mailbox. This is the second time with the exact same story. The first time the order supposedly went back to warehouse. They need to be investigated as I believe they are scam artist

The 1st two ordered I made with SheIn made me gave them a two thumbs up. Both items were delivered to me within 2 weeks. But the 3rd order I did till now haven't arrive yet. Made the order last April 26,2017 and it's already May 14. Though they have sent me e-mails saying sorry for the delay and they will give me points for it. Well, at least they are trying their best to go back on tracks with their costumers. I understand that they move to other place so I will give them another chance. And oh by the way I made another order last night and hope to receive them all soon. I will give you 3 starts for now till I receive all my orders. :)

You think you are buying an item that you can be return but it's not the case. Not only that you can't return many item (which were not disclosed) you also cannot review item that were not good. They will block the many item to review or to return especially items that already have bad reviews.
Dishonest and not transparent company.

I bought jumpsuit and it didn't fit. I contacted them and they told me I had to pay for the shipping. The shipping cost as much as the jumpsuit so I am out the money no matter what. STAY AWAY. Not worth it. The customer loses.

I bought this item called White Long Sleeve Loose Shirt Dress from Sheinsde.
I am a nurse who works 12hr. Shifts, so I expect style AND comfort in my clothing. I'm happy to say that the material is good quality and this product delivers both!
Note: I'm tall and athletic as it would be long on an averaged height woman.

I ordered from Shein before they had a "US Site." At that time there were no "free returns" They said that, but you had to pay shipping to China to return anything which wasn't worth it, and way too much trouble. They gave "partial credits for a small fraction of what I spent. It made no sense. I ended up throwing almost everything away that I ordered from them. The fabrics were really strange and not at all what was represented. The cotton blend was scratchy and the colors were off. The salmon color was brown. The polyester was really thin and very wrinkly right out of the drier. So wrinkly! Mostly my experience with the customer service people in China was that they were strange and dishonest and did not care. Mostly NOTHING FIT. Nothing fit as represented. The fabric on dresses I ordered was thick and stiff and strange. It was very Chinese, like people trying to make a buck selling cheap stuff in America. This is a site that when I researched it has very questionable practices with workers etc. It was just an over all terrible experience in almost every way. I did keep a few things that were okay. But I would say...AVOID THIS COMPANY...They were not very straight with me.

Tip for consumers:
The dresses and blouses did not work for so many reasons beyond the wrinkles but mostly nothing fit well or at all.

I think that the clothes and prices are great however I have been waiting for a while for the shipment to come in. Everytime I ask an assistant I get the same response, turns out that my clothes are coming in from China. I chose express delivery where it should come in after 3-5 days and I have not been able to track my clothes since then. Everytime I attempt to track my clothes it says "no query instant." I expected it to be here by now or at least being able to track my products.

Worst shopping experience ever. Item I received was several sizes too small and not great quality. I paid the shipping cost to return it and they didn't even give me a full refund for the cost of the item. They refunded me $10 for an item that cost $19.00 - terrible. The cost to return was almost that much, so I'm out almost $25.00 - just disgraceful. I should have just given the jacket away to someone. An expensive lesson learned, never to be repeated!
Update - after seeing my review the company decided to refund me the $9.00, so now I'm only out the shipping and return shipping costs. It wouldn't be so bad if it was my error but to label a small jacket "large" is completely their error. Anyway, I was happy to get the $9.00 but still wouldn't order here again.

I ordered my wife some black cat slip on shoes because she loves cats. She definitely has liked them up to this point. The price was reasonable at just under 30$ and it didn't take long to ship. My order number was TGH4712 - I would definitely suggest the shoes as my wife loves them.

The clothes are priced great therefore I order alot. For whatever reason, they used USPS this time and not only is my package late, but USPS tells me to call the merchant and there's no number! I'm pissed

I ordered three objects off the website out of the 3 1 was okay. Never bought from this website but a good friend if mine ha and recommended it. I looked at the size chart and matched it to a medium once my swimsuit got here it wasn't a medium it was too small leaving the size chart to be misleading and incorrect. Then it took over 1 week from when I ordered for it to arrive. NEVER again will I use this website.
