Tonight "Shein" notified me that they received my return of 2 items (of the wrong size). For some reason they list the dress as being the correct size ordered & the label clearly reads "L" & I ordered medium. Because their "customer service" is so outstanding they noted at the bottom of the page:
"Please do not reply to this email that was sent automatically by system. For any questions, please contact our customer service for help. (They don't give an email or phone for this information.) They also list a refund amount of USD 11.05! I have no clue how they arrived at that figure. Both items cost more than that. The bottom line remains POOR! They are difficult, liars & cheats. Their rights to sell products in this country should be investigated & then I'm sure suspended. If you value your time, quality of products, customer service & your sanity please don't bother with these people! There are too make good companies out there to choose from!

Do yourself a favor. Don’t bother!

I really enjoy my shopping experiences with SheInside. They have trendy, cute clothes like what I might find at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe, but better prices and more appealing styles. Unlike the other reviewers, I have yet to receive something that isn't decent quality. Everything I have purchased has held up for a few washes so far, and still looks nice. Shipping is fast, too!

Who ever gives this site a five star rating must be used to inferior products. I ordered a sweater and it's cheap flannel. The large doesn't even fit my daughter who wears size 4. Site says "stocked in US" but ships from China. Just watched a documentary on the textile industry and labor in foreign countries, the harsh working conditions of people (mostly women) who make on average of $2.00/day pumping out this cheap clothing. Many large American or European stores such as Old Navy & H&M exploit workers for the manufacture of cheap throw away clothes. I'm hoping people quit buying from places like yours.

I have to start by saying that people need to give companies a fair chance by realising that those dealing with your orders are human beings.
I love this website! It has a clean and crisp interface, where everything is accessible at a glance. No over-complex menus, cumbersome navigation or functionality that's out of reach. From a shopping website stand point, SheInside nails the look!
It seems like there's always a sale on -- because there is so much variety on the 'site that you're spoilt for choice! What's even better is the fact that (unlike some big name-brands) all this stock is available in the sizes you want. I can't think of anything I hate more than browsing on-sale stock and seeing it out of stock!
Bought some shirts, bottoms and accessories from them and everything went smooth! Email alerts regarding my order, dispatch times and delivery confirmation. What more can you ask for?

Let me start by their quality is not even worth 99 cents. Things are made so cheap that it makes Forever 21 a premium brand. Size fits like a kids clothing. Then the return never gets refunded. I ended up disputing in order to get the return money back.

All the things I've ordered from there I've donated. The price is really cheap and that's why I bought them so it's expected to not be that great of quality. The photos are pretty catfish as in they make the product look a lot better than what you actually get.

Although Shein got back to me when I complained, I'm still confused about the returns system. I was told not to bother sending over 100 worth of products back because the postage would cost so much. I would be better off to buy more as they were giving me a 40% reduction (that code doesn't work!). They said "To save your time and return shipping fee, we can give you a 40% off coupon code using toward your future order, then you do not need to return back us". I really don't get this business at all. The ticket system is confusing and I think I just have to suck it up and realise I've been done. The clothes are so badly designed and so ill-fitting, I needed help to get them off. They will end up going to a charity shop or something. I'm so annoyed. If something looks too good to be true, it probably is...

SheIn always has great clothes at pretty affordable prices (some things can be expensive), and as a Canadian shopper, the shipping is relatively quickly and they provide compensation for customs. Would highly recommend!

Having purchased several times, the quality of most items are very low. Almost all fabric is cheap synthetic. Some are sewn improperly. Many are extremely thin and too small for the average American even when following their specific item guidelines. In every order, I've had to return at least two or three items. I will not anymore. Too much of a hassle.

Bought several items, quality is decent for the price but their return policy states that accessories such as belts are not eligible for returns so buyer beware. 6 items. Ugly! Horrible fitting, weird shaping, odd sized, horrible cheap material, super thin sweaters. All smelled like chemicals.
Then they wanted each item returned in its original bag. But only bar codes on the bags. Check ur first email they sent for descriptions and bar codes. Jerks. They want u to fail and not return this absolute CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!
