Everything's cheap and you get what you paid for. So I guess it's a plus if you're trying to save money and want something to wear maybe once or twice. Stay away from this site if you're over a size 4 in pants. I bought a size large jeans (I'm a medium with a muscular build) and I couldn't get them past my thighs. My mom (who's petite and a size 4) tried them and could barely get them on. I complained and they told me to refer to the refund policy, but they completely erased my order history so I can't even return them.

I have ordered over INR 2000/- products from SHEIN site and paid in advance. When i received the package there were 5 items our of 10.5 items are missing from the package. No body is helping from the customer desk. Either you refund the money or send the missing items. I am very disappointed

First, they have this super convoluted return process--intended only to keep you from returning. Then, they want you to pay for return. Then, they only refund if you make a specific request. Now, on item costing $26.88, they refunded only $12.00

I am beyond pissed because I never wanted my order to be canceled my son was looking forward to his order. They messaged me talking about they needed documents to verify my order. I sent the documents they wanted and after that they canceled my order. This is totally unacceptable and I will never use this site again.

I have ordered an evening dress from them for my sister and I was very impressed with the finishing of the dress.
There was a misunderstanding of the measurement of the sleeves.
They offered all possible options to to solve the problem as paying for the alteration or getting the dress back to fix the problem.
I consider this a professionalism to keep the customers satisfied with the service

I thought it was great at first. At first I had no issues and now my stuff keeps getting refunded without me even asking for a refund. I wouldn't have ordered if I didn't want the item. They don't even let you know when they are going to refund an item so you can plan for it. They just refund it without any reasons being given. You can't change your account email. You have to make a new account and you loose the rewards you've accumulated from doing reviews.

I purchased some items on Shein. First, I ordered the same clothes with different colors; they shipped me four pieces of blue clothing of the same kind and two of the same kind. It took me approximately one and a half hours to return because I had to download and upload three pictures for excites. The return was charged me $7:99 to return. I will never buy from this website again. The clothes are poorly made with cheap fabric.

All I have to say is don't waste your time trying to complete any of the games to try to get free product or discounts trust me they changed the rules in the middle of the game and they make it impossible for you to win it's a waste of time and a way to get more money out of you because you have to spend money to win the product to keep going

I am a regular customer but since they got this new puppy love game and I started it they've changed the rules in the middle of the game and then you have to get to level 30 to get the free product got to level 28 and was stuck forever and you have a time limit to get to level 30 and then they changed the rules in the middle of the game and make it impossible for you to complete the game because I want you to keep buying stuff but you have to spend a certain amount of money on only a certain page not just with the company itself it's stupid waste of time

Ordered over 100 us dollars of merchandise with expedited shipping. Order was split into two parcels. I received the first one three days later. I was happy with the three items I received.
But now it's three weeks later, over three complaints to their customer ssrvice, and my package still isn't on it's way. Although they pretend to be nice and helpful, I was lied to. They keep telling me to be patient because the shipping company has my package. But I called fed ex myself and they don't have it.
Absolutely a fraud, I have been scammed.

I was amazed from the first time I saw that coat, that was the fourth item I bought at Sheinside. The delivery was very friendly. It took less than a month, so I didn't have to wait so much. It fits very well, as I hoped! Sheinside offers a very good service, so keep buying there.

I ordered some things for my wife for our holiday. 2 bikinis. A top. And a 3 piece outfit. The 3 piece outfit was abit pricey but thought well its 3 piece so yeah I'll order it. The bikinis came and the top but the 3 piece only 1 part came? So very annoyed. My wife has emailed and didn't even get a reply. So we'll take it on the chin and never order again.

Shein is a hoax, ordered items. They were delivered in 5 packages and i was missing items in all 5 packages, they refused to reship or refund and i spent 3 hours on chat with them; you cant even call them as they do not have inbound customer care numbers, cant email them, can only chat with agents who don't understand. I threatened to report to Better Business Bureau, that is when they agreed to look into my missing items. I am now awaiting to receive those missing items and get a refund for what was out of stock. Hopefully I will get my missing items and the refund. This was my first ime shopping from them as lots of vloggers are talking about them. I would caution all to be careful. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau site and there are so many complains. Lessons learnt. Never again to shop at Shein.
