I have ordered a lot from Shein. I have had an issue with trying to update to my new email ever since my old one was compromised. Apparently you need to have your old email to update to your new one. I tried explaining that I have no access to my old email and the answer I received is that I would have to create a new account.
Another thing I have noticed, which I had never checked before is that the taxes that were paid with the order are not included in the refunds.
Am I missing something here?

Never got my items and they said that if I don't receive it, they'll fully refund my money. I hope they don't scam me and not give my money like how they never gave my items. I'll never order from this site again.

I am so disappointed. SHEIN reducing review points will affect app users and buyers to post their reviews. 5 points for description & 10 for photos will not motivate many to give their precious time to write review most especially to take a pic of the products. Without photo reviews, it is so hard for us to buy most especially clothes because we couldn't see the quality & type of fabric, the color & the thinness of the fabric. Most of SHEIN's clothing are so thin. We also hate shorts, shirts and tees with cheap polyester fabric. Pictures on reviews are so important

I absolutely love this site! Was in a rush to find something for an event out of town and looked at this site. Found an amazing Black floral parrot skirt that I am in love with. So many cute things to choose from and I love the prices on everything. After I ordered, I called the customer service to let them know that it was going to the hotel and they assured me it wasn't a problem at all. Arrived right at the hotel I was going on time (which was a risk). I was scared to do it but the fit was spot on and my outfit was a success. Perfect fit, fast shipping, and amazing service as usual. I had bought one Lace dress initially in order to check the product quality. When I received this dress I was surprised to see the stuff of this Dress I find this dress very comfortable. I got this dress at very low price as comparison to other online shopping website. After that i have order many other dresses and find all very comfortable.

I placed an order with SHEIN, and while I was semi impressed with the clothing, I did not like the shoes at all. I returned them - it took SHEIN four days to have the item picked up, it was delivered, and now I have to wait another 14 days for my refund of $23.04. I have never heard of this ludicrous return policy from anywhere else. I bought and paid for the items. As a customer, I am entitled to return any item and be reimbursed. SHEIN is using my money. Needless to say, I won't buy from them again after I receive my refund.

I really hope this site is not a scam, i order for some clothes for 2week, I still can't track the day of delivery. And the site state 5 to 7 days shipping. And also the message sent to me say they will send me update 5/7 working day.

Order on the 14 december 2021 and dwlivery date was 02 jan 2022 to 05 jan 2022. I tried calling the logistic company which is buffalo nd i did not win even today. Today when tracking the parcel it says delivered nd i did not receive anything.so i would like to know if it was deliveres who signed for it and when was it delivered even tried returning the order for me to get my money back but still not winning they are saying it will be at my own cost to return it at which i wont afford that

Placed an order on April 13 th, order was suppose to be delivered on April 21-22. Have not received it. Total Scam. What they have on their tracking, is not what it says on the USPS tracking. It shows it arrived at a local courier. But USPS says they were only contacted and it hasn't shipped. Lies! I want a refund.

First-time I'm using Shein and I bought 19 products and all of them arrived at the same time in the same bag, within 2 weeks. For me actually I had an awesome customer experience with SHEINSIDE. Their varieties and styles are amazing. I chose Blue Sleeveless Vintage Floral Jacquard Dress for my girlfriend for our family trip. It has an amazing design and with marvelous color combinations. I was looking for such varieties and I only found them on SHEINSIDE. Although it looks bulky she says it's very comfortable. I also thank to their customer service for helping my inquiries which I never expected such explanations. And they have amazing discounts with awesome products with best customer experience so that I highly recommend it for anyone.

There was no paperwork, i. E., order receipt or return label enclosed with the item. The top had no size label, fabric label, and the fabric was tissue-paper-thin, the top was not sized according to on-line description. Unable to contact anyone to submit a refund request...

I ordered only 1 item in order to try this site, I was surprised with the quality of the item! It was very good and the size was perfect! I received my item after 1 week.
