My granddaughter ordered some clothes from Shein for school. When we received the order the small shirts fit my 200lb husband. Rediculous. Nothing like the pictures. I've tried to return and they dont acknowledge that I had an order. I tried to dispute through PayPal and they ( shein) said they sent a return label to my email. Nope they didn't. It's so frustrating dealing with this company.

I ordered a few items on December 11th and received a tracking number the very next day. Now it is three weeks later and the tracking number still says label made and my items have yet to be shipped. After contacting them over a dozen times asking when or if my order was shipped, and then finally asking to cancel it, the only responses I get are canned text saying please be patient. They even had the audicity to offer me a stupid coupon I have asked them multiple times to cancel my order but they won't. My credit card has been charged and I have nothing to show for it. I will never order from this company again. Definitely stay away!

Poor quality clothes do not buy
I have placed a large order from SHEIN website. I Returned few items and requested my refund to go to my wallet, Then I realized that even the clothes I kept where poor fabric, seams and quality. Returning them would have cost me more money. So I donated them to goodwill.
Since I will not order from them again I requested to have my wallet balance refunded to my Apple Pay needless to say I was ignored. After several requests I decided to write this review.
Do not buy from SHEIN and waste your money. You will definitely be disappointed.

In july I bought a lot from this site which has a value of about $800. Yes, that much. After 5 weeks of the order still processing I decided to cancel the order. It wasn't even shipped yet. Till this day I haven't got my money back yet even though the order status says "Refunded". WHICH IT IS NOT! I'm furious and I want my money back!

This company is nothing but a big scam. They owe me 2 large orders, amounting to almost $300.
They have had so much fun messing me around. They'd say they couldn't find the orders, then that it had been shipped, then back to we're tracking your order. (There was no shipping information, other than one in Chinese.). I have had 40+ different correspondence with them and still have nothing. The only thing they did get right was stop sending me their scamming emails, when I told them to.
These are the kind of companies that put people off buying online.
Facebook should do everything to stop these thieving companies.

I saw a fantastic (supposedly) sale with Shein and I placed 2 very large orders and 1 small, on September 5th. This was to make sure if one went missing, I'd still have the others. I ended up with 3 items. It is now October 26th and I have written to Shein dozens of times and they have sent me the same false shipping information, every time, which I have to pay a company to look at, or I get a notice to say that there is no such number.
I am duped out of over $200, and I even paid extra for 3-5 day shipping on both orders.
If you want to save you're money, don't give it to these Thieves and Scammers.

I am obviously being scammed. Don't trust them, there is a high likelihood that you will lose your money. I did.

I came upon the Shein website and decided to give it a try. The page I was on said if I ordered over a certain amount, I would get 40% off. As soon as I placed the order I realized I did not get a discount. I immediately tried to cancel it. I realized they were not going to cancel. I did talk to a guy on the phone who told me I didn' t get the discount because the prices already reflected a huge discount. I tried to talk to customer service, but they have no customer service. You have to make a ticket. I did, but months later my refund went into some other account they have. Now I have to try to get them to let me get the money out of their account.

The arm section for some clothes don't make sense. The material is so SO cheap. Like... SO cheap. Everything looks SO cheap.

The dress is delicate yet elegant. Made with amazing accuracy, and thick lace looks divine! The luggage was the best - it was supposed to be L- it is L. The sexy cut and the sexy cut in the back will lure many guys. At the same time, a strap-in-the-neck strap adds a touch of innocence. It has a pencil cut and at the same time covers the sides. Believe me it is BEAUTIFUL!

I ordered on June 9th. I was told on June 17th my order had been shipped. I bought enough to get the 3-5 business day shipping free. I have emailed throughout the week with them, and they assured me the item was on the way even though the tracking information did NOT show that. I just went in today, and it JUST showed the item was picked up. I was lied to the entire week. The communication from the company was always quick, but my issue is they were lying about saying the item had already been shipped to me. I will update once I do receive the clothes, but its tough to do business with a company that lies and misleads you.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts (2 hoodies and 1 normal) and they arrived today! For some reason couldn't get the third one to upload so here are two of the three that I ordered. They are great quality and PERFECT. They are exactly as I had hoped and fit great. Packaging was pretty cool too! Lol I will definitely order from Shein again.

Sheinside went above and beyond what I had expected. They took a long time to get me my order. But, once I received it, Finally, I have received my order. The package was destroyed and the dress cut but I don't think it is shein's fault but rather the postal office. I have started a complaint against the postal office as the shipping was disastrous. I was very satisfied. They made sure to maintain constant contact the entire time I was waiting for my order.
I was upset at first because I had ordered it for a trip. I didn't receive it in time for the trip.
I will definitely order more from them in the future, they really cared about my satisfaction. I just asked that they inform costumers on items that are back ordered.

I booked for the first time and it cost me $ 146.11. It said I will receive the item from 3 -7 business days. I booked on 14th and the item is still in Hong Kong! I had plans of gifting my friend all of that on thanks giving. I highly doubt if I will be receiving them before my thanks giving party.

My top arrived in a timely manner, was as pictured, well-made, and at a great price. However, the sizing was off. I am a size 4, and ordered the Large, because the top appeared clingy/tight on the model. When it arrived, it appeared to be a US size small. Even though it is still clingier/tighter than I'd like, I am not planning on returning it.
