I've been waiting for my doorbell placed order on July 7th I placed a few small things in between no problem! Now there's a problem because I'm suppose to contact the seller well guess what they're in China. Either its still coming which could take up to 12wks maybe I've been ripped off either way. My experience with this company has not been positive and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I wanted this doorbell to provide some kinda security for my family but not 3 mos from now & I want to order 1 from Amazon but I may still get this one this company has put me in a precarious position and it's very wrong good luck

Fashion comes and goes, and everybody wants to have the latest trend with not having to spend their entire income. SheInside for me has been a great option. I have found a lot o pretty weareble things, even my civil wedding dress, that didn't cost me a lot.
I always take a tour for a few weeks to see all the new things that come in. Get things inside my cart and pull out some other, until i feel my cart is perfect for what i need. I have received a couple of this out of size (2). But since I don't live in the US the returning process is pretty difficult, so my 9 year old nephew wins them jaja!
From were I am, is a perfect solution for new clothes, so it has worked perfect for me! And every time a i need something, I buy it with a lot of time ahead, for the shipping time, and then the extra shipping time to my country. So it's a matter of being organized :)

I spent about $86. I put my PO Box, which they say they don't deliver to PO Boxes, but delivered one item in my order to the PO Box then sent everything else to my old address. Why would you do that? I don't live there. I didn't use that address for a reason and the 2 other times I used a PO Box I was able to pick up at the UPS store so basically now I'm out $86 for nothing because you guys shipped my stuff to an address I didn't put down. Very disappointed and probably will not use this company again because of this.

So in may 2023 I ordered 3 lots of clothing I got nothing! I was told several times that they were delivered but no proof. I have been fighting with them since. I got 1 refund & then they sent me a checkmark with REFUND!
For the other 2 orders. Nope no refund. Now they r ghosting me. Also, the names the customer service go by is kinda hilarious, Rice, i dont believe u. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I'd give zero for rating. Don't order clothes from this company for a variety of reasons. I was told great clothes. I ordered, paid & got NOTHING! I've been fighting with them for 5 months. I received some money back, a gesture. But the rest? I keep getting form letters from a variety? Of people. I have no faith in people who r named after food, rice, banana lol, etc. This company us not legit! DONT WASTE UR MONEY!

I ordered clothes on the 23rd of June and I still haven't received them and after all that waiting they told me they are sending it back to the buyer. This is the second time this has happened and they only refund the money back to the website so u can buy more of their clothes. I really wanted these clothes but I guess this was all a scam and they just took my money and are never going to get me my clothes.

I actually had a positive experience with this site. I wanted a few coats for my wife, I'm a guy and don't really like women stores so I just order online. Here the prices were GREAT, especially on coats... it seemed much better than in stores and I even saved 30% off on my first order. They also had ALOT of nice variety to choose from, so I got a few and though I was a little worried about quality, they were great, just like the pics... and arrived right on schedule, I had my items shipped in 24hrs if that helps.

They didn't answer the tickets, I have canceled my order in the same day because my daughter is polyester alergics and she didn't see the fabrics details so I have to cancel it but they didn't give a any reply. I really want to by item from then made with Cotton but I don't trust this site anymore.

I have order over $100 worth of dresses for an upcoming holiday. All items had 25h shipping and I had chosen expedited shipping. It has now been 3days my order is still processing and I'm going on holiday in 24h.

Its almost been a month now, shein app is not working i m unable to track my order plus shein customer service is worse, they are not even responding. I mailed them many times but they just send the machine generated mail in response which didn't answers to my question and shein links are not even working, i also msgs them many times on social media handles but they didn't resolve my issue and not even telling me that when i m going to get my packages or not goona get them. More than 14 days happened and i havn't received things i ordered and now shein app is not even working so i m not able to track my order, your customer service is worse i mailed it many time before as well but there is no reply. I placed order on 23rd june and second order on 25th june. The last time ur tracking system says uplift confirm on june 30th, and from so many days there is no response it is not going anywhere. I placed an order on June 20 and until now it says processing. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to send my last 4 numbers on my card and a picture of a national ID or a diving license! I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time that i get this reply! And the bad thing that they have warned me if i don't send them these details (WITH PICTURES) they will cancel my order!

My last order, I purchased two pair of pants, a top and some scarves. I put the order in and received the items in about 2 weeks. Everything came together neatly packaged. I placed my order on July 15, paid for "expedited shipping" and I still have not received my ONE item I purchased. I contacted customer service 3 times and I just get the run around. The tracking webpage gives me no information whatsoever on my package location let alone when I am going to receive it. Earlier I live chatted with 'HONEY' and she told me the same thing other representatives have told me, "Expedited shipping is 5-7 working days and the item was shipped out 7/17/17 and that they are sorry", Its been 9 working days and nothing. Total let down.

The selection on this website is amazing. I have never seen a better selection of kimonos in my life. The website is easy to navigate around, and I think that it is fantastic. Don´t buy anything to these guy, the deliver service sucks. I ordered clothes back in July 2016 and I still don´t know where my order is. I openened at least 10 tickets and they sure answer within 24 hours but just saying "Have patience" or "Your package will soon arrive" and when I got damned tired of waiting and finally asked for my refund then they told me to check with my country Post, which i did and it turned out that the package was presuntedly delivered in december 21st (trust me, it was not! I was at home those days because it was christmas vacations) but returned because no one received it. When i contacted my country´s Post, they told me only SHEIN could open a ticket to see where the package is. And I told them but they didn´t did anything, so they won´t give me my refund nor help me get my clothes... The worst mystake i´ve ever made.
