I ordered from shein 3 times
The first order went well.
The second order some of the items were damaged beyond use so I tried to reach them.
The process was horrendous,I ended up not getting through to customer service,but they weren't expensive so I gave up.
The last time I tried to reach them I was asked my customer ID.
I have no idea what that is and there is no way to find it. I tried 5 times before I got a tension headache.
I have since deleted the account.

I have read some reviews, and noticed that everyone says they run small. I figured I would order a size or 2 up. I normally wear an 18-20. I ordered two 3x and two 4x shirts... SMALL. NO... TINY. Really? Such a shame cause the cloths are cute... but dang it if I have ever not fit a 4x.
Oh. Let me tell you. You have to. Pay to return the items. $7.99 out of your refund. So basically, your sizes are not correct and I have to pay to return it. Never again.

I placed an order for a dress on 4/2. IT IS 4/11th the order is still processing. When I asked about the order I was told it would be 10 more days before it would ship. That is 19 days to process an order. I feel this to be totally unacceptable no matter how much you are saving.

I ordered a dress from this company last week for a formal event I have coming up next weekend. I got priority shipping because of course, i need it quick. If I felt like i wouldn't get it in time, i would have never made the purchase through them because I know plenty of other sites who actually keep their word and provide great service. I believe I have a fake tracking number because I have tried it everywhere and it DOES NOT WORK! Ive tried to put in a ticket, and try the online chat but I got nothing. I clearly should have read the reviews first because If i do not get my dress in time or my money back there will be major issues between me and this company.

This is my second and third orders. I was supposed to receive 25% off of my orders, which I did not get. I have had to file a claim through paypal since I have been charged full price for my items. I have sent couple of emails but still no news from the customer service. I ask for the 25% refund or a cancellation. That's horible, they are not honest at all. The put a wrong price on paypal to justify they roberries... I will not be shopping here again. Shocking. Shame on you.

I bought 10 items in a single purchase. I would like to know when my ordered goods will be shipping. It's been over 9 days since ordering and my payment has been long confirmed and status still remains on "processing". And they said will reply to all ticket within "1 working" day. It now been a day I send out, and I haven't hear anything back. And I can't earn the points I supposed to receive.
I have been waiting for my 1st purchase from Sheinside for almost 1 month. During the time, I did my 2nd purchase as I saw lots of cute clothing there and hoping to receive the stuffs within 5-7 workings days as promised. I ordered a pink dress for my birthday and was sent the wrong size. I went on the app to make sure the mistake wasn't my fault and it wasn't. I tried to get the correct size sent to me before my birthday. I had to go on Facebook in order to access the customer service chat. I was given the run around fir their error. I took a picture of the dress showing the size and still they gave me the run around. In one month I spent 400.00 dollars on 3 separate orders and I get the round around for a 14.00 dress...My cousin told me to start shopping at Temu.

Do not purchase from shein. They are theives.They sent my first orders of under $10 then my first real purchase of over $37 was never received the post office sent the items back to shein. But they kept my money and my items. No phone # no way to contact them. Do not buy from this site.

I ordered 4 items, I put 1 top in the bin it was so poorly made. 1 dress for good sammies, 1 dress is okay for around the house and 1 dress will be okay when I take it in under the arms. Never again you can return items but they have made it difficult to do so.

Okay so I placed a order last week I order 6 items and out of the 6 they only send me one item until now. Now they have sent me only 4 items after bunch of complaints but when I check the tracking I get nothing and as far as the sixth item that's item I guess is still in limbo Never again will I give them my hard earned coins! I completely understand that "stuff" happens HOWEVER I do not believe it happens twice. I waited months for the order the first time. Customer service said it was delivered and probably stolen. Well, I have cameras and it was not stolen because it was never delivered. A second customer service rep said she resend the order if I wanted her to. I agreed because I truly wanted to try their products. Again, tracking shows it was delivered and it was not. I quit. Dont waste your time and/or money on this crap

I purchased from Shein about 4 days ago on August 16 and I chose express shipping. The shopping proccess is very easy, organic, you can find almost anything you are looking for and the shipping is free. You have to wait (depending on your zone, I travel a lot so I have ordered from Venezuela, To Argentina, to Miami and Madrid) and everytime I always get the packages. The thing you have to pay attention is sizing (just look at the charts) and order what is right for you body!

I shop on here alot, each time spending over $400. On my recent order, I am trying to return two dresses only to find that there was a note that said they were final sales and I can't return it. The items were found on the daily new pages, how could it be final sale? Why wasn't it disclosed before I bought it? There's no way of knowing when something is final sale, except maybe a tiny note when you add it to cart which is easy to miss. It did not even say final sale on mine when I placed an order otherwise I won't buy it in case I don't fit it. Now I cant return these dresses that don't fit me.
