I was pleased at the selection of long-sleeve dresses on the website; as they are my favorite fall item. I was able to find a slouchy black dress, not too short, with shoulder holes that show off my tattoo! The dress fits very well, not too form-fitting and not too baggy. Easy to accessorize (I make jewelry, and am very fond of my adornments)- looks particularly nice with a belt cinching at the waist. All in all, I am very pleased, as the piece is also currently on SALE for like, twenty bucks. What a find!

Ordered £45 worth of clothes. Very poor quality and sizing. Returned to adress given by Shein had to pay £6 to return. They say return is lost and never recieved. So lost £50. Very angry at being taken for a fool. Never again.

I placed my order a week ago and received a tracking number which has no status update for 3 days. I checked my Shein account and has no order history and their live chat keeps giving me automated standard responses. I got worried so I checked for the reviews and what do you know... THEY ARE FREAKING SCAMMERS! I should have known better. If I don't get my order within 7 - 13 business days as they said, I am so requesting a refund and telling everyone around me not to even spend a cent at Shein. Wish me luck.

I placed a order and paid for it over two months ago and I have not received anything. I can't get ahold of anyone so I'm going to let my bank and the BBB know this is a scam and so called company that keeps your money and don't send orders.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from this company. I didn’t receive anything I ordered and I ordered several items.

I haven’t received anything so how am I supposed to use them?

What a shame. I had my vacation plan and i ordered cloth form this website, during checkout it was showing delivery date different and when i placed order it was showing different delivery date. If I had known that its not going to deliver my cloths for planned vacation, i would not have had placed my order. My order number is GSON2P*******BRW, and i am still waiting for my cloths. What a fraud website with one way communication. You can not contact them if you have some problem. Its sure i am not going to order anything from this website... deliver my clothes before 17 june of worth 90euro or anyway you ruined my vacation..

Just saying... after posting here about shein, I had a bull sh*t response about why this and that had gone wrong. Then I was told on my private email that their "warehouse was moving" and they couldn't possibly send me a return label so I needed to go ahead and pay full price for it myself and they'd consider re-embersing me for the $67 plus return shipping I WASTED on the order. They do everything possible to drag it out and stop customers from getting what they order. What a ripoff

They sent me a FedEx tracking number within two days, which was great! But... it's been "pending" and on "Label Created" for a week. Super frustrating. Shouldn't take this long to send the package to FedEx to ship to me.

I took a chance and ordered quite a few items from Shein.com, I was worried that due to the very cheap prices of the clothes, I would receive some very cheaply made items. However I was proven wrong! The clothes all came at once, and arrived within 2 weeks from ordering (to Canada). The clothes are all true to size and made with very comfortable fabrics. The blouse I ordered came in a typical linen fabric, etc. The clothes that I ordered with prints on them came with clean accurate and well thoughtout prints. Overall I am very pleased with my experience. The only thing I didn't like was the buttons on one of the 3 dresses I ordered were slightly misaligned, this was the only blemish in any of the clothes I ordered. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Be very careful when ordering with SHEIN, they are scammer! I ordered qty 2 for some products, I paid for 2 but only received 1. SHEIN insisted that I received 2, refused to assist further and requested me to contact bank to dispute the entire order. Avoid at all costs!

After ordering a number of items which were completely wrong sizes (They are based, made and sent from China) and in their sizes. Not great for a 6ft female! I have sent the items back after having to pester the company to get the return address and surprise surprise they are beating me around the bush at the receiving end and acting as though the package I sent a month ago hasn't been received! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They are a complete scam! I even received trousers with no button holes!

I often buy from shein the prices are great for what you get ive only ever had to return an item once only because it was too big. They refunded me the day after they recieved it back which is good concidering it says up to 9 days for refund. Some clothes arent as good as the picture shows but if you check reviews first some show customers pictures then decide if you want to buy the item.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! A complete let down. I was absolutely messed around and given several email all with conflicting advice. One email stated that the order was delayed due tot eh busy time of year, another said it was just waiting on one more dress, another said it was printed and ready to ship then customer service told me they had to print the postage address and that printing it would take 2 days. I ordered it all on the 29th of November and currently all I have is a two different tracking number and neither of them work for anything. I have been blatantly lied to and they even have had the disrespect to ask me to remove an earlier complaint before the issue is resolved. I wish no stars was an option. DISGUSTING! SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Wish I had researched the awful customer service, shipping, and quality of these items before I spent so much money. Ordered $100 worth of things and received 2 items probably $20 worth. Customer service is an absolute joke. Is a scam. They will take your money and not deliver you all of your items. Shipping is awful also. Ordered express shipping and took over a week. Have never been more disgusted with a company in my life. Contacted them multiple times with no response. Company should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES

Eventhough its based in China, in the US its illegal to alter reviews and also have a bribe to encourage positive reviews. There is no reason why you read negative reviews mentioning defective, cheap, came damaged, and they have a 5 star rating. Some of these reviews mention they give an item 2stars and on top it says 5. Also, don't get there clothes if you have actual breasts. All clothes in plus are for Bs and Cs, not DDDs

The WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. Do NOT bother with this site. I have been waiting well over a month for my purchase. I have contacted the website's customer service e-mail TWICE and have not gotten a reply. Tried contacting the "Online Help" chat... NOT helpful. Told me to track the purchase and ignored anything else I had to say. Absolute GARBAGE.

My items were ordered being on may 2021. I got a email saying delived. The 3 possible tracking numbers dont work at all. Only with DHL shipping. Which is horrible. It says my package would be delivered sunday then monday then tuesday and so on. It is now Friday. I PAID FOR EXSPRESS SHIPPING! DHL said my package was delivered online. Then calling they say its out for delivery. So i call USPS because DHL said thats who had my package now. And they said there is no such tracking number. Now this maid of honor in 2 days does not have a dress.

I ordered 3 items (large) I was at first impressed with the pretty tops, how wrong could I be, two I could hardly get over my head if they were for a 12 yr old would have been fine. I contacted the company and they sent a pre paid return label, all fine so far until I went to thelocal post office they refused to accept it as it wasn't on their system, I then had to go to the main Po who reluctantly agreed to take it but couldn't give me a receipt and no guarantee of getting it back to Belgium. Several emails later to the company I finally this morning received a email saying my account has been credited only to find £14 instead of the £27 I had spent. Be warned.

* SHEIN attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Tonight I went to use a 40% off code and purposefully ordered $55+ so I could use it. I got to check-out and applied the code. The site said I had used the code successfully, but NO money was deducted from my total. Nowhere on the site does it say that the code is on full price items only. I have to assume the 40% was off the original price which was shown at the top of the charge display. This is deceptive and I suspect it is illegal. I went to find customer service and couldn't find a link or a phone number. This is dishonest.

And as I read these shipping complaints, I feel like I am lucky.

I order some clothes from Shein on April 14 and now it still processing. No status update, no notice mail, no message. I ask customer service many times, they always give me the same answer (lack of manpower) and told me they marked my order as urgent so it will be shipped within 24 hours. They are liars. Shein is a fraud. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
