I am completely freak out right now.
I ordered my items more than 3 weeks ago and there's still no sign of them.
I spend more than 90£ there, and I regret so badly that I just didn't simply went to city and bought some clothe from shops.
So afraid to see the quality of it.

Awful customer service. They don't have one period. There is no way you can contact them at all. Their automatic response does not have all options to begin with.

I have been waiting 2 months for my parcel.
I have been given the option to get a refund or further wait for parcel to get shipped. I've decided to get the refund. Now the reply I get is that I cannot get refund anymore.
How can you offer it to me and then a few days later it is not an option anymore!
It is so frustrating, I keep on chatiing to an "agent" on Instagram with no name, no reference, and no contact details. It's like Im talking to someone new everytime. The next person doesn't know what the previous one said!

Almost every one start review (including mine) addresses the fact that sheinside has false advertising. It has all this "24 hr shipping" and "expedited shipping"

I consider myself a patient person. However, this site has pressed me beyond my limits. I placed an order for one item on 11/30. It took them 12 whole business days to process that order, and when I received the e-mail regarding my updated shipment/tracking information, the link didn't work and no tracking data was shown.
I've since worked with three different online help operators, and the last two I've worked with only succeeded in frustrating me even more. Firstly, they offer little to no reassurance that they are working to resolve my concern. Secondly, they communicate with so few words and they all just seem to be reading from a script. Even when I repeatedly mentioned my growing frustration that I could not find any estimated delivery date, all they kept saying was "5-7 days, please be patient." To add insult to injury, they all skirted around the answer when I asked 5-7 days from when. It is coming up on a month now and I think I deserve to be irked that my one measly shirt which was meant to be a present has yet to make an appearance at my doorstep.

Don't shop here. Operators are uncooperative, not helpful, and offer no assistance at all. The order and shipping process is abhorrent and their treatment of customers' concerns is deplorable.

I have ordered from Shein twice. Both times the ordering process was easy and shipping took a little over a week to the US. Much quicker than I expected. My first order was of dressier clothes. I read the reviews of each item before ordering. All items had more good reviews than bad. When I received the order I was very disappointed. The clothing was made from extremely cheap material and many items weren't even stitched on the hem, just cut. Similar to what you'd see on a cheap Halloween costume. Not one thing from that order was something I would wear because of the poor quality. I placed a second order which was t shirts only. I figured that was a safer bet for better quality. I will say, the quality was better for t shirts. Wearable, but definitely a lesser quality t shirt. Because of the lesser quality, I find myself reaching for other t shirts in my closet over these when looking for something to wear. Bottom line, yes, the prices are cheap, but I think you'd get better value in the clearance section at a department store for the same price. I would never recommend buying from Shein.

Everyone one I hear keeps telling me to read the reviews to know which products are good and which are bad. I did this and sadly still got poor quality products.

The products I'd received were just "not right." I can't put my finger on it, but I had to return everything knowing that the items would end up in a pile with the tags still on them, and never worn. The pic was cute in the catalog, but seeing them on me was another story, although I was very careful to measure myself against the chart they provided. Everything was ill-fitting. I bought 1 pant, 2 shoes, and a purse. I kept the purse but likely should have returned it as well. It was crushed at had damage. The pants were much too long and you could see the shorts inner-lining through them! It looked like you were wearing shorts under your pants to hide the panties that would show through. That was nothing like the pic in the catalog. If so, who would order something like that? It was a long wait to receive my items and they came separately (pants then shoes). Returns were prompt and hassle free. Good! You can't reach anyone by email or phone. You have to use their app that's not interactive. They MIGHT have a chat, but I didn't use it or look for it. I won't be using this company again because 4 out of 5 items I ordered were disappointing to the point I HAD to return them the same day I had received them. No doubt! The product quality is somewhere between average to poor. I've seen worse. There is a "Shady" game going on with these Chinese companies. Bait (catalog) and switch (somethin' else)! I gave them 3 stars because they returned my money without a fight, otherwise the rating would have been lower. Shein isn't the worst. But I say shop elsewhere. Buy American.

There was a long wait receiving my products. Needed them for a trip. Had to return everything except for the slightly damaged purse. I was very disappointed. Return was prompt and they gave me my money back.

Read reviews before buying I honestly feel like it's kind of a rip off some of the stuff they overcharge on it's kind of excessive all of their stuff is coming from China there's no point I wouldn't ever buy their stuff again I got a couple of good sweaters but they took kind of forever to get here to be honest

I placed an order on March 20,2020 for 127,50$ and up to today never received any items from them when I check the tracking keep saying it was returned to Shein, tried contacting them several times to resolve this issue without any success and its only automated massages that's not related to your concerns, been so patient waiting after I called my credit card company and it was over month to dispute it, so now I am short on 127,50$ never again buy from this SCAM, lesson learnt in hard way.

I've ordered several packages since mid April, two of which have arrived. Three have tracking info that says they've either reached their destination facility in the US or are on a flight, and they've been like that for the better part of a month. When I reached out to customer service, I was told Fedex hasn't picked up the packages yet and so I'd have to contact them. When I contacted Fedex they said they only have a shipping label, and the package was supposed to be coming from within the US. I want some sort of accountability. I need a refund because my package NEVER ARRIVED and NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS.

I ordered 10 items from this website. They came in 3 business days. They look like whats on the site for the most part. But when i went to do my reviews, they only let me review the items I decided to keep. I inquired about how to review the items i wanted to return and they told me this wouldn't be possible. When I asked how to edit my previous reviews to inform customers of this policy, they told me this wouldn't be possible. SO ALL THE REVIEWS for items are only from people who are happy with them. Living in Florida brings awesome benefits during fall and winter seasons. Mostly I enjoy not having to purchase large or heavy coats, and shopping for the cutest jackets of the season. There were two in particular that I ordered from this website, and I was pleased with my order once it arrived.
The first jacket was black leather that has went perfectly with a few of my dresses because it has the back cut out with sequencing gold chains to replace the material. I always receive compliments and people always think I paid way too much for it. My second jacket is denim and serves its part in complimenting my tan Timberland boots. This jacket is the total opposite of the leather, because it is longer and has a more relaxed feel.
To no surprise, I was charged less than $70 for two stylish jackets since almost everything on this sight is on sale. Both jackets were priced under $35 and I received a 25% discount on my order for registering with Facebook.
From past experiences I have learned to call customer service when dealing with a new online company. I call to confirm where the package will be shipping from, so I do not have any disappointments while awaiting arrival. This company ships their products from China, so I expected to wait a month before wearing my new jackets.
Overall I feel this company will save me hundreds of dollars, but I have to continually understand the package will not arrive with a week unless I pay an extra shipping fee.

I ordered 6 bras (they aren't even finished and SO cheaply made- garbage!), 3 shirts for myself and 3 for my husband (they are OK, but probably won't last long), 1 pair of earrings (which the post broke off as soon as I tried them on), and a tube of lipstick (to get a discount on the order). NEVER AGAIN FROM SHEIN! The old adage "you get what you pay for" is so true.

Items are shipped from Hong Kong. Takes over 10 days to receive. Sizes run VERY small, poor quality. I don't expect the shirts to survive too many washings.
