If I had known my order was coming from China, I wouldn't have bothered, as they have no clue what a true XL is! Asian women are smaller, just a fact. Now, I am STUCK with two swimsuits that fit, but BARELY anything to cover my butt, and the triangle top? I'm not a size A, MMMKAY? They will not take these back... surprise surprise.

I didn't recieve an order that FedEx claims to not have. I'm not paying almost $150 for clothes every week! I buy clothes twice a year, and now I've just lost my money because SHEIN won't give me a refund. Their text line is the only customer service available and they keep telling me that shipping is gonna take longer, but it's says DELIVERED. I want my refund SHEIN

This website is soo horrible, everything seems so cute and easy to ship when you buy it and it also makes it seem like you'll be able to received it within the week but then after a few days you realise that on their website it says 5-7 days of processing time which again its a lie, it has been 12 days and still no sign! They dont even let you write reviews on their website and when you ask on live chat it repeats the answer saying "its a busy season" blah blah a total scam! I should have known! I was hoping to get my order for my christmas holidays but after reading all the reviews I think its not going to happen! DONT PUT FALSE ADVERTISING ON YOUR WEBSITE!

Finding a dress is always a nightmare, so I'm very careful when ordering one online. However, when I found sheinside.com, I feel confident to buy dresses. Sheinside is one of the leading online stores that offer a variety of the latest and most fashionable clothing with high quality since 2008. Here, I find that most (almost every day) of the women's underwear fashion high streets of London, Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai and New York with a friendly price. All the dresses are nice. I feel like Sheinside dress made for me. In addition, Sheinside also offers high-quality accessories, and jewelry. I can pick up some accessories and jewelry to make me look more beautiful.
And even more awesome, they have free shipping over $30 so I always try to get a couple things because the savings on shipping is a lot. In addition, all of my orders came as scheduled unlike other companies on here. It definitely is not something to worry about ordering if you want it to look exactly like image! I purchased my items last Monday. I got a confirmation email along with a tracking number for FedEx. For the past several days it says a label hasn't even been created and that it's stuck in New Jersey?
I'm hoping you guys don't give me the same automated reply that you have given everyone else that it takes several days to prepare the shipment if it is a popular item simply because the tracking number listed the weight of the package, etc meaning the package with the clothing has to be floating around somewhere. In this instance, I would like to assume Fedex is the problem but seeing the reputation your company has built on reliability I presume it's not their fault. I haven't gone shopping in over a year, I was really excited to freshen up my wardrobe before school starts up again. It has been a week and no update, I project I won't get my clothing for a month.
If this doesn't go well I'm spreading the word not to buy from here! This is extremely frustrating, which is really disappointing because the clothes are so cute. Please fix this ASAP! I was hoping to be a long term customer but your site is extremely misleading with the "coupons" and the "ships in 24 hours". And I wish I could convey tone in this message because those were extremely sarcastic air quotes.

First purchase and absolutely can't pay me a million bucks to purchase from this site again. YES, I am officially raging for the first time online. Shipped it from who god knows where to Canada, package said delivered... never got it! Sure I got the photo that it's in my apartment lobby, but I went to the exact location and never found it. Then... trying to contact them... good luck with that! You get a robot that is absolutely not helpful at all and is captain obvious. Then after that. It eventually leads you to submit a ticket. Which is... 24 hours long... what?! I'm leaving to travel and I don't have 24 hours to wait until someone gets back to me about a package that I supposedly got. Probably someone stole it. Get better service, maybe not 24 hours. MAYBE actually have someone who people can talk to when they are freaking out. Next time. Well there will not be a next time. But for those reading this. If you dare to try ordering from SHEIN. There are chances you won't get your package. So buy something small to test it out or just save yourself some anxiety and headache and don't order from them.

Ok readers, I'm back. I recently wrote a review - the absolute truth - about Shein.com. I won't rehash the entire horrific experience, but believe it or not the saga continues. I thought we were done. Judging from the numerous mindless correspondences they're sending. It's obvious we are not.
They have written me no fewer than 12 times asking the same questions and promising to provide a "call ticket" to pick up or pay for a sweater I cancelled one half hour after placing the order. It has been one huge nightmare. It seems no one has read my countless emails detailing the problem over and over again. Then I get more emails from them asking what my problem is... or, if you can believe this, to buy a few more sweaters from this company.
How can they possibly remain in business? Why are they still operating? The merchandise does not come close to the pictures. They don't have a handle on basic customer care protocol. They are not organized. Their policies are empty. There's no one to speak with. There is no phone number provided. I promise you this: no matter how tech-savvy you are - one simply can not get through their convoluted website to get answers to anything. I repeat - ANYTHING.
They - folks - are hiding behind their cheaply-constructed product line. Speaking of line, they should find another line of work... because business retail is not their calling!

I was looking for a New Year's dress and a friend recommend SheInside! I was impressed with the reasonable pricing and all the merchandise they had for me to choose from! It was so hard to pick one, but I chose the Black Cami Plunge Criss Cross Dress! So cute on me I wish I could upload pictures. My dress was so affordable and free shipping helped a lot! I ordered my clothes about two weeks ago and received them today. I picked out two dresses and a shirt and was very pleased with the quality--they were all very pleasant fabrics on the skin. Aside from that they wore well and were the size it said they were on the site.
Now, that might not seem like such a big deal, but many websites that you buy clothes from might say one size but end up being about three sizes too small. So of course I was thrilled that this was not the case.
The quality was also very good. As in, how trough the fabrics were. Now, I don't mean you should go stick these clothes with spikes or anything but I do mean that you can expect the clothes to hold up to everyday wear and tear. They're not going to break just because you have a toddler who pulls or your sleeve or tugs at your shirt's tag.
All in all, considering how utterly busy the shopping and shipping rates and lengths can be this time of year, I'm glad I got my stuff as soon as I did! This company is amazing, and you should shop here if you want good clothes for good prices.

I've been shopping at shein for a long time now recently I've been noticing there car price and their checkout price has a huge difference and then I start investigating on it and I see that they show you one price and then they put full price on it and then they give you the discount. So eventually you get nothing discount and I've been trying to fix that with the customer service but unfortunately they stick to with their false advertisement and marketing. I'm not Happy at all... I will do shopping with them. Maybe 1's every 6 months instead of twice a month. I'm very disappointed the way they took care of the situation. When I showed them the evidence yet their stick to with their false calculation. If my card is showing I have $155 worth of clothes for 10 item. I should get my discount on top of 155. Not what they're saying 207 we're back 207 came from. I even don't know so they need to fix their pricing. They need to show the proper pricing and people are okay with that price. They can go ahead and pay for it. It should not show them one price and then charge them another

I received my clothes within two and half weeks. I placed my order Thankgiving Day. My order was recorded as having been delivered Nov 29th. I contacted them to say I hadn't received my items. Several people tracked the delivery and I received the items Dec 5th. Very attentive customer service and it was all worth the wait. I will be a return customer.
