I bought a Blue Long Sleeve Galaxy Cat Print Sweatshirt. The first time I wore it was to a work function. It went over very well considering that I am preschool teacher. The kids in my class and loved it. They started laughing about it when they started describing things that the cat could be doing with the glasses and the laser beams shooting out of its eyes. Kids love the strangest things, my co-workers loved it too. They kept asking where I bought it and of course I told them since then I have seen them wearing things that they have bought of this website. It is not everyday that you see a shirt like this, primarily if you work within the school system and you are supposed to dress professionally most days. I bought my niece a Pink long sleeve barbie print casual sweatshirt also for her birthday. She has always referred to herself as a Barbie because of her natural blonde hair and olive toned skin. She looks like she has a tan all year. But when you are fourteen you do not want to think about little kid toys but sometimes they stick with you throughout your life.

I'm very happy with the company customer service I ordered a number of items from their website. None were as advertised, being of shoddy workmanship, poor quality materials and did not even resemble the pictures of the goods on the website. Just as bad, they also did not have proper care, fire or material labels so clearly the goods are substandard They never sent instructions. I went on the internet and i found their help contact info I contacted them finally they issue me refund and return shipping label i am so happy with the customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I read the reviews before ordering and some said it was great so I ordered from Shein I will say I got my clothes 4 days later so that wasn't an issue, but I got my clothes and they looked like they were children sized, I got a jacket and it was stitched as an extra small on one arm and a small on the other. I guess I shouldn't expect that much out of the quality because they are made from sweat shops. I hope I get my money back though!

Everything I ordered came in the wrong sizes not looking like the pictures. The material was thin, cheap, and itchy. Took 3+ weeks to deliver as well. When you try to write a review on their website it will automatically rate it as 5 stars no matter what you try to rate it. SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I've ordered from this site a couple times, maybe 5-6 times. I'd say that 1/4 of the items I purchase I end up not wearing. You have to be careful what you buy on this site. Since it's a company based in China you have to already know that shipping is going to take forever, but this is true no matter where you order, if international. I order amazon products from international sellers and it takes about a month, this isn't unusual. Second, it's again, an asian company so their "average" size is going to be an American 0 or XS. So don't order a one size article of clothing if you're a medium or large, that's just how it is for this store. Thirdly, not all their clothes are "crap," I have bought my share of tops, sweatshirts, and coats from here, and above quality, people who would risk shopping here are shopping for the style & not willing to spend a lot of money on it. Otherwise, why shop here? You can get similar styles that will last longer for a much more expensive price in America. I shop at sheinside and others too because you can experience a range of different styles for a cheap price, and you have to order knowing that you'll be wearing it in a month's time. Also before you purchase, read what the clothing is made out of, it is written on the clothing page. Be careful of polyester material clothing but cotton/canvas, are all fine. I don't think that this website is a "scam" but more that people are not used to this kind of "service" but otherwise, you get what you paid for.

Buyers beware. I'm a wholesaler. Ordered over 1000 pieces of merchandise from this company. Over 90% of the merchandise was either damaged or defective, some of the merchandise had toxic chemicals smells in th fabric to the point it would make you sick. They haggle with you when it comes it returns claiming they will send replacements. Why would you want replacement after receiving over 1000 defective and damaged merchandise. When they do finally give in and send you the return address; you will be stuck paying the return shipping fee. Attached are just a few photographs to show the public exactly what you might receive upon ordering from Sheinside. Defective, damaged, unassembled and broken merchandise, some items wrinkled and crushed beyond repair due to poor packaging, they also do not enclose a packing slip or any information as to how your return merchandise. You have to email them about 10 times back and forth before they give you their return address. BAD Business Across the board. Buyers beware.

For people like me out there, who love to dress up, avoid this one!. I am from India and the PATHETIC STUFF they sent me from SHEIN is NOTHING even close to what I had seen and ordered! And the best part is all these are cheap MADE IN CHINA stuff, which is so easily available in the footpaths of Indian cities! My daughters places ordered from Shein on June 2nd, there was no indication that they would need to pay a high Duty fees to have the parcel cross the border, when notified about the charge I refused the parcels and they were therefore returned to Shein the first week of July, We are now 1 month into the waiting process for a refund with still no reply from Shein and no refund given, I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue... their customer service is the worst of the worst, sincerely one pissed off Mother

Returned a complete order, they refunded part. When I chased them they told me to contact Hermes to get a return weight receipt. Tried calling and they informed me that SHEIN should specify this. Tried contacting customer care and they are totally unhelpful.

I've ordered from Shein once about a year ago, and my package actually arrived. The material for a dress and top/short combo were so thin and felt so cheap that I've never worn either, but it's not worth sending back. I tried to order some clothes in the beginning of June, but somehow they sent my package to the wrong state. I got ahold of them, after the package was already on it's way back to China, and told them TWO SEPARATE TIMES my correct address. At the end of June, I checked the shipping status and what do you know. They sent it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I gave up, and asked for a refund. They say it takes 10-30 days to refund to your original payment, which is insanely long, or they'll put the money in your wallet on their website, in case you want to order more cheap clothes that may or may not ever arrive to you. Honestly I've never reviewed a clothing website, but go elsewhere. Literally, anywhere else.

It was my first time ordering from SheInside and I spent nearly $300. I only received 3 of my 17 items I ordered and that was it. I contacted 2 customer service agents via the Chat thing because they apparently don't offer telephone customer service and both were extraordinarily UNHELPFUL. I did not receive a tracking number or a delivery date I was only told my items cannot be tracked, SO I have no way of knowing when my "Already Shipped" items will actually be arriving. I am So Disappointed. If I do not hear anything in the next few days I will be reporting them to the BBB.
