Last year I tried to order something and then canceled it after reading their horrific reviews. They then harassed me with a million emails before they finally unsubscribed me. Yesterday I got ANOTHER freaking email saying I signed up... um nope! So here we are again with this whole dang process of nonexistent customer service and reply emails that make zero sense and sound as if they were written by a five year old. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I purchased 15 items totaling $225.00 via Shein payment plan. I requested a refund the same day that I received they order for the 8 items I returned. They continued to take payments from my account after the return and I have not received the $125.00 refund for the items. I contacted the NJ BBB and the issue was closed unresolved because the company will not respond to the request. They do not have a customer service telephone number, therefore you cannot speak with anyone about the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!

Figured I would have my clothes by now since I ordered last Sunday it's now 9 days out. Says if shipped but fedex only says label made. Mad because leaving for school Friday and need the clothes.

I Ordered from Shein back in late December early Jan. I am missing half my order. Since that time I have been constantly calling shein with almost no success in reaching someone. When I do reach someone I am told that they would investigate my situation and call me back. They also offered to redo my order and send me the three shirts I never recieved but I would still hsve to pay the shipping. Why would I pay if I never recieved in the first place with no guarantee that I would revieve it. Also according to them, I did receive the order, but the tracker shows the order was delivered to an address in Orlando. I do not live in Orlando I live in Tampa. I was never refunded my money and noome ever called me back to fix this. I will be tLking to a lawyer because Shein customer service is almost impoasible to reach and resolve.

I placed my order on Jan 23rd. On Jan 25th I got a shipping confirmation email. It has been 12 days since that and on the FEDEX site it still says label created and nothing else. This is ridiculous! My credit card was charged the day I placed the order.

I contacted Costumer Service a few days ago (through a ticket on their website) and they said that the package was stuck on customs from China; then I got an email saying that the delay was FEDEX fault and they offered me a $3 discount on a future order for the inconvenience (what a deal, huh?!). The fact of the matter is that I was charged for an order that I have no idea where it is.

I can't believe they sent me a shipping confirmation when there is no package to deliver. It seems like a total scam.

I will NEVER order from them EVER AGAIN! My order never reached me and it says it was signed for. I'm absolutely DEVASTATED. I needed these items for a very important event! There is nobody to call and speak to about my missing order. I made 2 orders and the one that actually made it to me is very poor quality.

I have ordered 1 dress & its transaction was not processes, i called customer care number *******4754 & i received call from *******501 to camcelled my order. They said they are checking & will cancell my order for that i have to forward 1 msg which they texted me. Which i did and they asked about google pay to transfer my money i gave that then they did fraud transaction & took all my money from my google pay. I need my money back from this site. This is total fake site.as one fake shein site also created by them. I want my money back orherwise i will take necessary action to close this site.

So after my initial review, I was contacted regarding my order and given a tracking number within days if not hours after. It still took an additional week or so, and my order was split into to two shipments. So here's my advice, if you're ordering something for a specific event, order it at least one month in advance. Be sure not to click "confirm delivery" until you receive everything you purchased. As for the clothes and how they fit, my advice would be to pay close attention to the size chart for every item you want to purchase and read the reviews if they have any for that particular item. Most of my clothes fit but a few were too big and the material, although described as light and for the summer, was thick and heavy and more suited for the fall/winter season. Would I recommend using this site? If you have the patience to wait for almost a month for your items and don't mind taking a chance that some of the items won't be as described, go for it. They're not expensive but you will have to contact them in order to actually get a true estimate of when your items will ship. Since I have a store credit because one of the items they allowed me to purchase was no longer in stock, I will most likely purchase from the site again, but after that, I think I will just stick with purchasing clothes from actually stores. Does it cost more? Yes, but at least I know it fits, it's exactly as described and I don't have to wait a month to receive them.

I really wanted to give Shein a chance. After looking at several reviews on Youtube, I took the time our to ensure I looked at the size charts and everything. After spending almost $100 (which they wasted no time taking out of my account), here it is almost ten days later and the status still says "processing'. Last week there was a message saying there may be delays due to the holiday... what Holiday is at the end of April? And Now they say it's because of "warehouse upgrades". It's like they're making up an excuse as they go. Don't let the YouTube hype fool you, they only get those shipments out quickly so the You tuber can give them good reviews. While ordering, most of the items I selected were in stock or labeld "priority dispatching", so I'm not understanding why it would take so long. Total BS, now I have to decide if I want to take the chance and wait for God knows how long to get the clothes and hope and wish they actually fit and look like what I ordered or cancel and have STILL have to wait weeks for my full refund. So disappointed...

I ordered the 'Khaki Long Sleeve Cotton Street Jumpsuit Pant' and its absolutely fantastic! Its perfect for my curvy figure (I'm a UK 14 and ordered large) and you can wear this to many occasions. What I love so much about this jumpsuit is the Khaki colour and the fact that you can really dress it up or down with accessories depending on the occasion. It compliments my curvy figure amazingly and that is something rare to find! I will be definitely be ordering from Shelnside again! The only reason for the 4 stars is because it arrived a little later than I was hoping for (But I am from the UK) but apart from that... A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!:-)

The first time I ordered some items from shein and didn't satisfied with the quality and I had to return some of them but unfortunately I tried more than ten times by the time I submitted my return only one item showed for return and they sent me the return label for only one item so to me this is a cheating because they promoted that free shipping if you sending everything in one time but it's not true they made the return system the that you couldn't do what ever you want to return the same time I'm very disappointed with their return policy and cheating with customer please don't trust them so disappointed there is no phone number to contact them and tell them the issue I have to tell my friend and family to not shop from shein. The items that I want to return was poor quality and they did not let me do the return under one order only sent me label for the last item that was in my return list and they ignored the rest of it.

This is a Chinese rag merchant selling cheap but nasty trash, wrong sizes, poor construction and appalling marketing and customer service. They refuse to remove you from their forced sales messages and drown you in rubbish even after you request that you be removed from their list. Your orders never arrive on time and if, and that's a big if, they do, you can expect something to be wrong and no way to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!

The refund policy makes returning anything not worth the time (and in my case I will not use this site again), go on to something else that is really WORTH your time.
Having to take a photo of each item you have purchased in order to make a return is just stupid-my advice-go to Ali Express-that's where they get all their stuff anyway, pay less, and if you REALLY want to make a return, they make it much easier.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect a refund unless you want to jump through all their hoops, and then some.
I had always bought from them (cheap) and just figured that I wouldn't ever go to the trouble for a refund-but the last order was soooo off, quality much much worse and sizes totally unreliable, all over the place, that I would not use them again. EVER

A purchase was made on their website under my information and when I tried to contact them about it they never replied. I spammed their email with my concerns and they replied to me in a "automatic email" saying that their management was on holiday vacation until October 7th. This is total nonsense. They just want the order to be shipped so its too late for me to get my money back. I tried to cancel the order on their website and i have to wait 1 business day to get a reply. Heres the catch... THEY HAVE NO SET BUSINESS DAYS OR HOURS. They have no immediate way of contact them. I have to sit around for them to email me back whenever they feel like it. This company is a total scam.

I have been a loyal customer for years with Shein but I believe this will be my last time shopping with them. They had made many changes where it is difficult for someone to assist you when it comes to refunds. Years ago I use to order and if something fit me big I would return it and they would ask if I wanted store credit or funds back to original payment. This time it is a robot in the chat and it's hard to speak with someone directly who can help you. If you go to your profile and click contact support you can speak with the support team. I told them I wanted to return item and refund back to original payment method. The agent made a mistake and refunded the funds to shein wallet which is basically shein credit. I complained on how the agent made a mistake. Nothing has been handled. The agent keep copying and pasting the same message. Like if you don't know what to do transfer me over to someone above like a manager don't neglect the customer by copying and pasting the same message. All they keep saying is "we understand your frustration hope we find your needs helpful have a wonderful day". Their comprehension skills suck not sure if they speak English or using a app to transfer the message but the messages they send me doesn't make any sense. All they had to do was cancel the store credit payment and refund the money back to my credit card but they have been giving me a hard time and this has been the third time this has happened.

I didn’t use any products the products were too big which I returned back but agent made it difficult to give back refund.

Omg I Think Im being fraud here!

I order some clothes for like 90 dollar on 11th of november with Express Delivery and the order hasn't even been handed over to GLS yet? The order is stll on their way to them?

On their website it say it's gonna take 4-7 Days for delivering with Express to Sweden but nothing has happened?

When I contact the support they only give me standard answer with no solution or no clue.
Now they finally admit that something is wrong and just tell me that "it might be something wrong with this shipping" No $#*! Sherlock!

I'm NOT happy with this Company and their lack of good shipping methods.

SHEINSIDE: Please do not give me some meningless standard answer now, just bring me my clothes!

It's crazy how when you purchase something from this site and can't fit it, it's hard trying to return the items. It wouldn't let me upload my pic to return the items. It shouldn't be that hard to do a return. I will never order from shein again it's impossible to talk to someone from shein!

What they don't tell you is that they sell replicas of what the supposedly sell. They present images of original clothes (they even blur out the brand in case it shows on the label) sell it to you a bit overpriced and it is not always what you expect.

-The materials are just OK, borderline of very cheap ones.
-Sometimes, items will come not sewed from a few places.
-They don't always stick to the measurements they show.
-Take ages to process order.
-Takes even more to get to you.
-If you pay more for a better shipping service it will be the same as the "free one." (Not my case but the case of a lot of people I know.)
-Customer service is HORRIBLE! They don't really help you, they just try to make you settle for what they say, either because you have to "wait more for it because sometimes it takes longer," or "you should sew it yourself."

It's a hit or miss, though 85% more miss than anything else. Don't really recommend this site unless you can take all that was written above. It's stressful and not really worth as the items are just OK. (Even if some pants i ordered were totally the wrong size.)
The site isn't really CHEAP but they charge as if they sold better quality things.

UPDATE: the customer service will contact you and demand to change the review. They say things like "sorry for the negative experience. 3 stars are fine." Ask you to give them a second chance, either buying from them again with your own money or blindly changing the review just because they ask nicely. I don't see them being nice and giving me a refund. JUST AVOID IT!

Tip for consumers:
Go to others, this one isn't really on the CHEAP side and it charges as if it sold better things.

Omg I have readed so many bad things that now I am really afraid that the stuff will not arrive, I am from Germany and in 11 days we are going to vacation, I have ordered so much stuff because they Look very nice but theres still no e-Mail. I Hope there is a Chance that the stuff will really arrive into 10 days... I mean the People is paying for the stuff and its not ok to let them wait that Long, this is not reliable.
