I was looking on shein and was looking at girls accesories and not baby and toddler accesories and there was so much baby and toddler stuff and not muc girls stuff. It made me mad that they categoriezed wrong i thought they were supposed to give 100% guaranteed satisfied

Do not trust this site. I ordered 3 items and never received them. When I spoke to costumer service they said my order never went through BUT they still charged my credit card. The costumer service agent asked for my credit card number to "check" the account(ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!). My bank said to stay away from websites like this and i will NEVER shop with them again!

First thing to know... the shipping takes forever (Canada) When putting your order, they will tell you a date... and that date will change 3 times. Every time you are supposed to received your package... you go check the tracking and it's all of a sudden 6 more days. Also... the "express" Free shipping you are supposed to get on order over $125... is a scam. Once you put your order in... you get a message saying " The item selected are not eligible for "express free" shipping... even if your order is $200!
Unfortunately... because of the "points" too may people are writing lame and useless reviews of product.
You will be disappointed with half of your purchases. Some item are "dollar store" quality. I had some good score considering low price on sale of some item. Look carefully once you confirm your order... it's only then that you will see all the items that you will not be able to return.
Free return?... yeah... ONLY if the return package is less than 2 kg.
So chose your item carefully! You MUST check the measurement for EVERY item.

This has been my first time buying with this company (Maybe I just needed to rant.)
And, so far I'm not very happy with their customer service so far with the slightest and are degrading themselves in my opinion as time goes on.
Processing time of getting the things together I can fully understand... But their lack of support and knowledge is next to none stupid.

I received by the tracking notes that my parcel of lovely stuff... was delivered to me on the 4th but since nobody at the household was home was not left there OR delivered to the post office like normal couriers do if you're not at home. (Now not much time has elapsed but this really pushes my buttons) It has been 3 days, and it is yet to show up at my house and got nothing but bull**** responses when I went to support like "Is the post office lying to you?" and "I'm pretty sure it's there, go check" I have. For the last 3 days.
This is just a sick and poor response "Is the post office lying to you?"
It's the post office's job to send out and post mail for you... for no reason would they have a reason to lie to anyone about parcels being shipped in...

Overall experience: Poor.
Let's hope the quality of your merchandise speaks otherwise...

*This order was placed Aug 2016, I tried to leave a new review and it updated my old one instead * I recently placed 4 separate orders from this company, all arrived within 2 weeks (I honestly had expected it to take a little longer so I was pleasantly surprised), I loved all the items only two items didn't fit and it was very easy to return the clothes that didn't fit, they issued a refund within a day or two after they received the clothes back, no hassles whatsoever and customer service was great!

I don't even know where to begin, I placed an order on November 14,2014, but it processed the next day (not my payment, that came out immediately). After a few weeks of urging shipment, I contacted customer service who gave me a very generic response and told me that my item would be shipped within 5 days. 5 days passed, I still had no information on the shipping and contacted customer service again... same generic response in extremely broken English. The item finally shipped, but by this time I had actually moved and now the item is apparently lost in the forwarding process. I've been told numerous times that I can have my money refunded, but when I actually asked for this to be done, I was basically told to contact my local post office about this. I had fortunately already done this and knew that the package was lost and that it was the sender's responsibility to refund me the money. The only way I get a response is by posting on their facebook page and via facebook message. Very unprofessional, very unorganized, a website that I will never use again and will urge all of my friends to avoid at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use this site, it's an utter waste of time and money.

I placed three orders and they're all shipped, but have yet to move according to USPS. Like, it's still in the "Shipping Label Created" stage and it's been ages. The first order was placed on April 21st and it's not even in the US yet:(

UPDATE: Still have not received my first order, despite them emailing me assuring me that it would be here by now. It isn't even available to track at the USPS site.

Disposable trousers... Bought a load of beautiful clothes. Put on a pair of cargo trousers and went for a 3 hour walk. Put my phone (a galaxy s10, so not particularly large and not sharp) in my pocket with plenty of room to spare. I watched as a hole developed, the length of the pocket. There was no hole to start with or I obviously wouldn't have worn them. Contacted Shein who told me that the policy is to return the damaged product UNWORN. I explained that it wasn't damaged until I'd worn them. They then responded by saying that since I've worn them, I couldn't get a refund. I explained that I don't buy clothes that I deem to be disposable. They said "sorry, that's our policy". What is going on? If it was a high Street shop, I could have taken them back. What's the difference? Just because its a Internet purchase. I'm very upset by this. This puts these trousers at a rate of £5per hour, as they were only on for 3 hours. The hole is so large, it cannot be fixed

Shein is a scam. I shop online for the two First time they send me okay stuff for the price then went I go shopping again I done over £200 off items supposed to be 19 items Shein send me one Item Worth £11,49 and it never send me the rest and never give me my money back. Then when you complain to tell you they send you stuff go check on your neighbours but is send one single item the rest of the eating items did not send and Shein NOT give money back you cannot do nothing And the the review was done by themselves. Stay away from it!
As the other reviewer has said I wish there were a negative rating I could use for Shein. They are scams! What you see online and what you get are two different things. The cheapest quality ever. And the free return is even a bigger lie! You literally cannot return anything which is not mentioned when you are shopping and they are robbing you of your money. They are based in China and I am sure all the review they also have online is a lie. I bet they have paid a few pennies per person and to post those good reviews. Stay away from shein!

Purchased BUFZA*******524YG from Shein on 11 November 2023 order number BUFZA*******524YG. On the 5 December 2023, The courier guy called me and advised that he is outside my premises, I did tell him that I will call my helper and call him back, when I called him back, the courier guy advised that he had sorted out my parcel. I was under the impression that it handed to my helper and my helper had signed for my parcel, which was not the case. Upon arriving at the premises an hour after receiving the call from the courier guy. I had found that the parcel was thrown into the yard. The parcel that was thrown into the premises was badly damaged by dogs. The courier did not hand over the items to anyone, I am disgusted.

I have attached picture of how badly damaged some of the stuff I got, and due to the rain and also dogs pooh, I had to wash some of the garments and take out pics because it was badly messed. Some of the items was also not found.
According to the Consumer Rights Act, I am entitled to products of satisfactory quality and no one at my premises received the item. Since the delivered goods are not, you are in breach of contract. I am writing to request a replacement of all my items.

I have also sent the pictures this morning via WhatsApp and up until now, no one viewed the pics.
Kindly process my request by 15 December 2023, If you wish to discuss this matter further, you can contact me on *******456.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Honestly im speechless, i havent recieved this kind of behavior from a retailer EVER! I ordered something a week ago and it hasnt even shipped yet and is still processing. Their frwaking customer service page doesnt even exist and i wait for hours on their live chat but its damn fake and nobody ever even comes on the live chat. I came to read reviews because I thought maybe I made a mistake and its a fake company since theres no news of my order and they have no customer service, number, live chat, nothing. So dissapointed

Horrible horrible horrible! The customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever experienced! I wanted to pay thru Western Union because I was a little weary of using my credit card on a site that I didn't know. Once you check out there is no option for payment with Western Union and the payment options tell me to pay first then order, which makes absolutely no sense. First I had to write them an email because the online help was unavailable. Four days later i'm still waiting for a response. When I finally get online help, half my order is sold out and "Amy", my online helper, who can barely write english, does not know how the Western Union payment works either. When I confront her about it and tell her that I am not following thru with my order and that I will tell everyone I know about how crappy their service is, all she answered is "sorry to hear that". I checked some other reviews and i'm so glad I did because I can see that there are many other problems with this site other than customer service! Please do not order from SheInside!

Their items are mostly cheaply made. Only occasionally you can get a deal or two. However, that's not the biggest problem here. This website is dishonest and untrustworthy.

1) They give you coupons like 35% off or even 40% off, when nearly all of their items already have higher discounts than the coupons like 50% off. You cannot apply the coupon if there's already a higher discount.

2) If you have any bad reviews about their product. They will not approve the review, thus your messages and reviews will never get to other customers. As a result, they will believe the near-perfect reviews on the site shown and buy bad quality products, waste their money.

Shein doesn't care about whether their customers are happy with the products. They just want money and profits, even if it means deceiving you with misrepresented reviews and laughable coupons. They will count on the fact that you don't want to waste money to return the goods and sell you bad quality goods. After all, if I bought something for $10 and it's bad quality, I don't want to spend another $6 to ship it back to the company and get a refund. I'm losing money either way, so I will just keep the low quality item. It's pointless to file a refund or even complain, If you complain and ask for a refund, sometimes they will even offer you a ridiculous 35% off coupon, which is completely useless.

Well, at least they pretend to have good attitude in customer service.

Overall, bad company. Don't waste your money and shop elsewhere.

This skirt was so cute, I couldn't say no when I saw it was under $15! The biggest thing when ordering from an online store is to CHECK THE SIZE GUIDE. I've never had a problem with this or any other site because I know my measurements in inches and in centimeters.
When worn high-waisted with a solid navy blouse, like I did, the skirt hits about mid thigh and looks gorgeous.The fabric is smooth an flows prettily around my legs. The item's description says street style, but I would wear this for a date night or summer party anytime!

I recently bought an order of 6 dresses from SheIn after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately this was NOT the case for me. SheIn promised my dresses in four business days-- I did not receive them for two weeks. And in different packages at different times. The material was not good quality AT ALL and the sizes (I ordered all small and xs) were so inconstant that I questioned weather I had hit the wrong size button. My shipping order did not come with any receipt what so ever. In fact many of the dresses didn't have tags on them at all. When I returned to the site to try return them, it told me I had input the wrong password. I tried to get an email notification for a new password FOUR times before giving up, realizing that I was not going to get an email to reset my password. Through out this process I was not able to track my orders, due to lack of information given to me. My payment confirmation email did not get sent until two days after I placed my order. I would not recommend this site for anyone who has half a brain.

I never received my order. SHEIN uses a company called SpeedX who sent a proof of delivery photo which is NOT MY HOME. Further the photo does not show a package on the porch or an address on the building. Shein says to contact the shipping company and file a complaint with them. Took several days to get a response from SHEIN's shipper only to be told they delivered the order and "if it was lost after delivery" to contact Shein for a refund. There are currently 100s of complaints for this exact thing against SpeedX/Shein. I am urging everyone who has had this experience with SpeedX or SHEIN to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. I believe these scammers need to be shut down!
