I placed 2 orders in early September 2023 they took my money and I never received my orders trying to deal with customer service is useless I have launched an investigation with my bank not one at this company will help you or resolve the problem and will not reimburse you for the money they I am sure they are getting free money from a lot of customers they also charge you freight for an order they never shipped this is truly a fraudulent company and a big scam DO Not order from this company you will pay and never receive your order their advertisements on Facebook should be taken down due to this scam and fraud

Shein took payment for a order I placed, when I checked orders there was NO order present & NO cancellation but my money was taken, I tried to contact customer service only to be told on live chat they were not available & to do a customer service ticket which I done only to recieve another message saying they would get back to me in 48 hours, my bank cannot help as I paid by debit card & as I do not have proof of the order. How can I have proof when one wasnt even given, Shein was quick enough to take my money though, now its just a waiting game!

I made several purchases over approximately a week. I received some of what I ordered, some of what Shein arbitrarily decided to substitute. After several attempts to contact the company, to no avail, I was left with no choice but to contact the financial institution that I used to complete my purchase. I presume Shein, was made aware of the dispute with the financial company, Prior to the dispute, I was unable to initiate a return or have the ability to contact the Shein. Miraculously, after the dispute was filed I was able to initiate a return. In turn, I was able to initiate contact, leading prompt to email customer service. Which led to another dead end. The representative that I exchanged emails with appeared content with not providing assistance, hiding behind the fact that I filed a dispute with the financial institution. Customers warrant no respect or assistance.

******WATCH your credit card. There have been additional purchases that I have not sanctioned.

In my opinion, Shein, representative seem to are content with foregoing any action in an effort to distract the customer from pursuing a return, leading to the refund that the customer desires.
This is not an isolated incidence, If you read all the reviews, one would recognize the pattern.

AWFUL, AWFUL WEBSITE. My items from the order keeps going out of stock one after another, and almost half a month my order is still stuck at 'processing'. Doesnt help that the operators are so damn rude and unhelpful. They give you their word that it will be shipped out in 3 days time, but my order is still 'processing'. Horrible horrible website, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE.

I tried SHEIN on a whim in 2019 to see if it was good. I had tried ASOS and fashion Nova and I wasn't super thrilled with their prices nor quality, so I was wary. But my first order arrived sooner than even the site said it would, and everything was in great condition. It's a learning curve on the sizing, you have to measure yourself very well and read all the reviews, but the quality was great, just like if you went to forever 21 and bought clothes there. The jeans are the best I have ever found online and off, the denim is such good quality and the cut fits so well, much better than ones I bought from AE, but maybe it's because I'm not shaped like a plank of wood.
The customer service is on the ball too, they will get back to you asap, and they will help you if you need to refund something, or return it. And they're just a really cute community building company too, lots of love feed videos where you can win points, which I love, because you get discounts with the points. And you get points for reviewing and just marking your order as delivered, once you get it. They also have games, and sweepstakes and contests on Insta and such, and there's just a lot to enjoy. I order from Canada, and the shipping always works great. I never get the express though, cuz I heard that you might have to pay duties that way, so I get standard.

Tip for consumers:
Always measure your self well, and read the reviews of people who bought before to gauge what size you should take. Sometimes you need to get the exact one, sometimes one size up or one size down from regular. Buy up to three weeks before you need the item to allow for shipping time. Wait for free shipping times and use coupons and collect points.

This is the worst store ever! I had to cancell an item because it wouldnt arrive on time. Of course the items didnt arrive on time anyway. When I realise it wasnt going to arrive to my hotel on time I tried to contact the costume service of the store. Of course, as my intention was to cabcell my order, they never answer me (I still write them once a day for them to answer me), its UNBELIEVABLE. The items arrived 1 month and a half later. The items are in the hotel right now and they will be there forever and ever (cause I was on a trip). Now I dont want an "Im sorry" from the store. I want you to run while you can! Its the worst store ever! If you buy here you would make the worst mistake ever!

After waiting for 16 days without my express order shipping I contacted SheIn through their ticket contact. I was replied to within the 24 hour time frame and told that the reason my order had not shipped was due to waiting on one tee (a 12 item order). I was asked to wait another week so all my items could be shipped together. I replied to their response letting them know I had already waited too long for my order and to take the tee off my order if it was the only hold up, as I will be leaving for vacation next Friday and wanted the clothing for my trip. I never received a reply to that response, only an email saying my items had been shipped and to go to my orders to view tracking info. Unfortunately my order is still processing and does not show it has shipped or that there is any tracking number. The email also says it could take up to 20 days for me to receive my order depending on the shipping method. I should have received free express delivery. That is what I expect. If my order is not delivered by Thursday of next week I will be forced to dispute the charges with my credit card, as I should have recieved this order last week. I am very disappointed with customer service since the email I received only contradicts the websites information. I feel that I have been mislead on how long shipping really takes with this company, and now feel I am only being lied to more.

When I found this site I was a bit unsure as I had never used them before but as I was searching through the items they have I came across a pair of Black Buckle Strap High Heeled Sandals and I just have to have them! So I placed my order, I got confirmation almost straight away, and when they arrived I was surprise that for the cheap price they are really good quality just as shown in the picture, they are perfect and I cant wait to wear them tonight. Love this site and will be recommending to all my friends and defiantly be shopping here again:-D

I personally have never had a problem ordering from this website at all. I have ordered for my wife over and over again since the website was opening not having one problem. I have also done a lot of Christmas shopping for my wife as well this year on this website. I mean I cannot beat the prices 80% off the exact stuff I would being going and paying 100+ for! If there was ever a problem to arise customer service was there to fix everything that I ever needed. They have so many deals for 20 % 50% 80 % I feel like I'm in heaven while I'm online shopping and I find websites offering discounted merchandise like this! The service is A+ The merchandise is A+ the Quality of the things that I have purchased have always been A+ as well! If you're a man looking to shop for your wife do it here. If you're a woman shopping for another woman for Christmas or just because this is the place to go! Guaranteed. I have shopped through SheIn a lot, and I really mean it. They have some amazing stuff out there and a lot of times they put their items on sale and the prices are incredible. There are things that I look for in the mall but I can't find, and it'll pop up on my newsfeed somewhere through SheIn and I'll purchase it. One down side to it is the sizing. Often, I feel like things will fit me, but then I get them and they're too small. The sizing also gets confusing especially with the should/arm length part because it differs for each item and I can't tell what it really means. You also have to pay attention to the material of the item, because it may look like one thing in the picture, but if you didn't read what kind of material it was made out of, it will be below your expectation. Overall though, they've been really great with having me return items that don't fit. I have a lot of clothes from them that people consistent compliment me on, so despite the few flaws, I would definitely continue shopping with them! :)

Ive heard quite alot about shein, more bad then good, but i decided i would give it a shot bc the clothes look lovely. HORRIBLE, the texture and material is too cheap, not worth the money, not to mention everything i ordered was like 2 sizes smaller than it said. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL.

I am so thrilled with the selection of clothes on SheInside! They have so many options, from dresses to sweaters to blazers and everything in between. And the styles are so unique! If you are looking for basic items, they have great, classic, simple pieces. However, what I really loved were the quirkier items. They have a fantastic selection of vintage dresses, with some patterns that are like nothing I've ever seen. They also have some dresses and shirts with really interesting cuts and patterns.

I ordered the Blue and Red Cap Sleeve Theater Printed Midi Dress, and I have gotten so many compliments! Everyone wants to know where I got it. They think I found it by searching through the racks at a thrift store, or that I paid $200 for it at a vintage shop. No one can believe that I got it for only $45.92! These prices are amazing, even with shipping figured in.

The order did take awhile to come, but I used to work for a company that shipped internationally, so I was prepared for the fact that it would take awhile. I found communication about the order to be good; it is often impossible to track international shipments unless they are sent via DHL or some other really expensive service, so I knew that for the shipping prices I was paying, my order would not be traceable. It arrived in decent time, and I was so happy with it! I would certainly order from SheInside again!

When I made the order this product was availlable for purchase. It is not all right to pay in advanced for a product that does not exist, it didnt even say that it was low stock, so again not right. The excusses are not helping me. My oreder wasnt sent for a week due to this fact and no one bodered to contact me about, until I decided to open the dispute. Unfortunetly this kind of things makes me very disapointed in buying again ore trust Shein.

Ordered a dress, ridiculously undersized, when we opened a ticket to return it, they sent an email back that the refund depended on the weight of the package and did I want a return label, I responded, yes and why does weight affect the refund, they did not respond. 2 days later I sent them another message through the ticket asking for a return label, and why are they ignoring me? Today I looked again and they closed the ticket. I im'ed them and they told me they have no phone number, and 35 minutes, of worthless typing back and forth, I still had no label, the only way to resolve it was to get the shipping address and ups it to them at my expense and file a credit card dispute. A lot of work and $9 more expense for me. I am sure if something fits they are fine, but the real test is how is a company after the sale. They are horrible, I will never do business with them again

UPDATE
They finally issued credit after American Express threatened them as well. They kept sending me emails saying they would issue credit as soon as I removed my negative review. I believe that to be illegal as well as immoral to say the least. They also said they issued a return label which was a lie as well. Then they tried to issue a site credit, which I told them they could stick it where the sun does not shine as I have no intention of ever doing business with them again! I now have my amex credit, What a nightmare. In the future, I will stick with Amazon, where if there is an issue with the product, they immediately, email a return label, and issue credit to the card, I used.

Shopping with SHEIN is absolutely misleading because they did NOT provide a disclaimer that my items would arrive in 14 days. I paid for EXPRESS shipping because I have a birthday event on October 28th. I am so disappointed because that is where I purchase all my decorations for my party. I am so upset that I will not be able to create a beautiful birthday celebration. I spent so much money and paid additional cost for shipping. If it arrives on November 5th, I rather just ship it back and demand a refund because this is UNACCEPTABLE. Poor customer service and unethical marketing. They should provide a disclaimer on the express shipping option. I am angry that they failed to share that information. I demand a refund IMMEDIATELY. If not for my items, at LEAST for the express shipping cost!

Don't leave reviews on shein they make to put 5 stars. If you leave 1 star they won't let you put it. Return is very hard to do. I will not buy from them again

I wish I would have read these reviews prior to buying... I received 1/3 of my clothes today, and it's honestly amazing how small the clothing is. Whenever I shop online (I do it pretty frequently), I tend to up the sizes on my first order just to be safe. I read a couple of reviews before purchasing from Shein, and decided that this would definitely be a store that I up my sizes for.

For each item purchased, I carefully looked over the size reference guide. Some of the sizing doesn't make much sense (who's waist is larger than their hips?), but again, I thought I thoroughly went through and did the correct translations (I am from the U.S.).

I ended up ordering a M shirt, L dress and XL jeggings. The M shirt is a little awkward, but size-wise fits. The dress honestly should be a S instead of a L. And the XL jeggings honestly should be an XS. I wrote this in my review on SheIn (which they probably won't post), but these clothes are better fit for a lifesize Barbie doll.

Don't buy from this store, despite the "good deals". The shipping is slow, the grammar and spelling of the site is confusing and inaccurate, and their Instagram isn't much help, either.

Shameless plug- buy your clothes online from Necessary Clothing (located in NY). Their clothes are slightly more expensive (barely) but they have true-to-size clothing and transparent customer service and shipping practices. Do. Not. Buy. From. SheIn.

I tried to return within 30 days (which they give;you 35) and the order is not there. There is noone to contact. If you order make sure you don't have any intention of returning it.

The cheap prices and cute clothes aren't worth it I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this awful website. I ordered something about a week ago and they send out 2 out of the 11 shirts I had ordered, I spent over $99 for the faster shipping and the rest of my order is still processing A WEEK LATER! I messaged them and they told me one of my items was im high demand and it would take a while to ship out and gave me the choice to cancel that one item, I agreed, but there customer service is so $#*!ty that they haven't done ANYTHING.
