I order and dress since 25/9/2016 more than a month ago and it's still not yet delivered to my house
First, it took them more than 3 weeks to process it for the excuse that this dress is on demand and not available (which was not mentioned on their site when I purchased it) then they shipped it to the local post office (not to my house through aramex as promised) and it was returned twice
I have been complaining and it not sorted out till this moment
I will never shop on Shein website again and I highly don't recommend it

I got this really cute purple flare skirt on sheinside.com and I wear it so much. I really love all the sales they have going on all the time. It fits just right and goes well with most of my solid tops. I get lots of compliments on it! I like wearing it with leggings and cute shoes. The fabric is soft, smooth, and keeps me warm enough in the cold when I want to wear it. I got it on sale!
Ordering from the site was easy; I just went on, chose the skirt, chose my size, added it to my cart, checked out and entered all the payment/address information. It shipped within a few days, and I got it a few days after it shipped.
When I received the item it smelled fresh and was packaged well. It was a standard but cute package. The skirt was nicely folded and tucked to where nothing could interfere with it.
Trying it on was fun, I have a big mirror in my room so I matched it up with different outfits to see how it worked out and it passed the test. I was hanging out with my friends one day near a park and a cute guy started flirting with me, which usually doesn't happen. He totally liked the skirt! I think it gives off a unique vibe.
Overall, this skirt is well done and the website is easy to handle. The products are good, ordering is easy, and pricing is fair. I'd recommend it!

This online company is AWFUL! I placed an order and paid for express shipping 3-5 business days to ensure I would have the dress I ordered on time for an event. When I received the confirmation email stating that it would take 7-10 business days to process the order I contacted them through their online help chat to find out the approximate date I would receive the dress. They told me even though I paid for express shipping, due to it being the holiday season shipping would still be the normal 7-10 business days after the 7-10 business day processing time. RIDICULOUS! Why did I pay $16.00 extra for express shipping then and why wasn't that explained to me when given the shipping options. I told them to cancel my order and they stated they would refund my money to the card used within 1-3 business days. It has now been 8 business days and I still have not received the refund to my account. I've emailed and chatted with them and they claim it has already been refunded and there is nothing more they can do. I'm absolutely taken back by the lack of communication and customer service by this company. I will NEVER order from them again and would hope that others don't give them any business. In today's market there is no reason to accept such poor customer service when there are so many other companies who strive to provide for their customers. I can't believe a place like this is still in business.

It was a pleasant surprise to receive clothes that fit nicely and of OK quality at that price! Surely you wouldn't wear them for more than one season but even that is more than most!

I placed an order and was told that on orders $50 and over shipping would be including. To my surprise, I received a call from FedEx saying that I need to pay an ADDITIONAL FEE of $55 dollars, therefore, asking me to pay over double what I had originally paid to receive the items. There is NO way of contacting SHEIN to RETURN the order because there only source of communication is a robot. The ONLY way to receive your money back is to make a DISPUTE to your credit card company informing them of the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM SHEIN.

I ordered from Shein last week Friday and on Saturday it was indicated through their website my product was shipped and gave me the tracking number. I continued to check fedex and it just said "label created." I thought maybe fedex was having issues with their site so I contacted them to check on the whereabouts of my product. After talking with them they ensured me Shein has not yet got my product to them to ship out. I contacted Shein through email to see what was going on and the customer service was awful. I explained the situation and the responder used texting shortcuts in her response. She also continued to blame fedex for this shipping error after I had thoroughly explained I just had spoken with them and they took the time and effort to look and they don't have my product. Shein also stated the product was in transit and I just got done speaking with Fedex again and they still don't have the product. I only ordered one product and I don't think it should take almost a week to get it to fedex. If I ever receive my product, I will never be ordering from Shein again.

They ship 2 packages. You never get the 2nd package with the bulk of items only the 1st with 1 small item. Package 2 has a bogus tracking #. There is no way to complain. These people are thieves.

I spent thousands on Shein but have stopped due to their terrible customer service. And problems with ordering. Several orders were 'stuck in processing' due to computer and technical errors their end. Then we cannot talk to any customer service about the ordering problems, refunds etc. They give you a ticket then do not understand the problem. They just say 'items are out of stock', They don't know their own website. A customer cannot order items that are out of stock. It's computer problems they are too lazy to address. I cannot trust ordering from their online shop, as I can not be sure I will receive the order due to their terrible customer service and not resolving ordering problems. I cannot b3 assured of a refund as I cannot speak with anyone. And they don't seem to know what I am saying when a problem arises. Customer service is ruining Shein as they do not value their customers. I will try their competitors now as they do not try and resolve any problems. And the clothes are cheaply made.
Tip for consumers:
Shein needs good customer service if they want to win their lost customers back and improve. The customer service is terrible. You cannot talk to anyone. If there is an ordering problem, refund, cancellation they make it near impossible to resolve. I will go to another online shop or retailer that has good customer service and who values their customers. This is not Shein.
