I have ordered from this website since 2014, I usually have an amazing experience and get fast shipping. No problems whatsoever. But, this time it is totally different. I don't know what has happened/changed. I made a huge order for back to school clothes over a hundred dollars. I made this order on August 1, it is now August 16 and the only thing that is stated for tracking is that the "shipment information has been received." Not that it has left or anything. I also had to ride their asses to get it shipped and not in the processing state. It would have been a totally different situation if they would have stated in the beginning it will take up to a month for you to get your clothing. If I knew this I would have regrouped and ordered else where. But the dishonesty is disgusting. I loved their clothes and would not have minded waiting, but don't make promises you can't keep. I will not be ordering from the store every again nor referring anyone to this store, as i am a very popular fashion blogger.
A hint to shein: let people know the honest shipping time, that way people can purchase ahead of time. People like your clothes, they just don't like the dishonesty.

I had seen Youtubers order from this website so I thought it'd be a good idea to order some things from here. I checked out the website and fell in love with pictures which after realizing these pictures may be deceiving. I spent extra money to get expedited shipped. Number one, the dishonesty is disgusting and saddening. Us as customers should get quick service especially if we are paying extra for the products! Number two, the tracking or email notification to let you know when your stuff have a shipped is horrible. I ordered my things on 8/27/16. Yes I know it is 3 days after and that Sunday is not a business day but Monday is a business day. You can do a lot in 24 hours. If not, either tell the truth so us customers don't expect the clothes to come sooner or just shut down your business because this is ridiculous having to write a review and reading the others of this horrible service. And of course if we request for a refund and or for our money back pretty sure it'll take months right? I want updates today or this week or I will be contacting this company even further. You guys just want the money. Also do not mark items saying "24 hr ships" if you guys know it will be delayed due to other items. Send them desperately what's stopping you?

So I brought two dresses, a phone case and a pack of screen protectors for my phone, mind you I recieved my order after the expected date, opened it up - dress was ripped down the side, phone case and screen protectors opened, so I asked for a return form so I could return them and get a refund, and they are refusing to refund me for there faulty opened stuff

Only two out the customers whom i sooke to, knew how to communicate.
Again writing my story for the million time hoping with that i find an answer.
I made a list to benefit from the sale going on for black friday. Then it came to my mind to recalculate as i usually do (the picture shows the whole story). I was asking them to recalculate and fix it, afrer many messages one of your CS sent me a pic of my order in your system THEN, i found out that some items are duplicate which is not in my original list in the app. I said fine mistakes happen, then they told me that they will transfer my issue a department and will receive an email. Another cs person keeps on going with the same circle. Then, another person fixed my order in your system but what about the amount i paid?!
Please read it through and if you could calculate and get back to me, let me understand where i fail to comprehend. Neither the people i had them recalculate or add to their list bag as if they're going to pay and, ridiculously enough went to our company finance account. Like imagine, becaue i was going crazy.

The worst website I ever ordered from. I ordered 7 items on November 30th and I got only one out of the 7 after 3 days. For the rest of the items I keep receiving emails "apologizing for they delay". I am not expecting quality of the material but at least you can deliver stuff in 1 week or 10 days, but nothing nothiiiing. I am giving you that 1 STAR just because otherwise I would have not been able to write my review otherwise. I do not even have the opportunity to call customer service because they do not provide it. This is stealing people's money. They gave me points, I do not care about your BS points.
