I ordered a camel blazer from this website on august 26th and i still have not received a tracking number, Just an email stated my order was paid. Recentlly i signed in on the website to check my orders and there as nothing there as if i hadn't just paid for a item. I can ony see it through the link in the email, so I tried to contact the company but to no avil. I have been checking my email and spam and still no reply. There is no number to call and even a live chat takes atleast a day before you get a response. I will attach my order number and anticipate a reply or my money back.

First of all, the wait time to get your order is looong. Like slowly taking a dinghy from China slow. Second, the clothes are super cheap and way too small and short. Definitely not meant for anyone who is 5'9". Third, nobody will get back to you about how to handle the return of an item. The site is not at all user friendly and the "chat depratment" does not respond. Here it is a week later and 3 angry posts to them and nothing. Save yourself the headache and the money. TERRIBLE PRODUCT, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME! Never, never again.

Hurrendous customer services
Do not think customer services will help when returning items; this is 2nd time their replies are beyond belief! Even if you have returns receipt, they never reply with a proper answer. You don't get anywhere with their so called customer services, it's hurrendous.
Make sure you pay by credit card as you have to waste more of your time, to raise a dispute

I satisfied with my orders. The shipping is a bit slow, it takes one month to arrive (I think because I live far away) but the clothes quality is really good compared to the low price.

Would leave zero stars if the system let me - absolutely the worst company I have ever ordered from. Paid the extra money for express shipping, ordered on 25/04/2017 & finally received today on 19/05/2017.
The staff gave the excuse of "warehouse relocation" which wasn't advertised upon purchase, however it seems they have been using this excuse for months looking at all the other reviews. I believe it has taken so long as the products are imported from China (was FINALLY able to see this on the tracking info when it was eventually updated).
Not only this, but I was offered no compensation for the express shipping cost (rip off), and the staff had no other excuse and couldn't even give me an estimate as to when I would receive my item (ordered as a birthday gift to which the date had far surpassed when eventually received)
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a dress for over $80 over 2 months ago. After 1 month I got a tracking number. The USPS website says that it was delivered to an address that is not mine - Sheinside customer service has been awful! Every e-mail or online chat just says that they've shipped it and to "wait patiently." I have asked for a refund multiple times - The most recent e-mail says that USPS has the addresses wrong and that I need to go to my local post office to pick up my package - which obviously, it's not there. I have filed a complaint through PayPal. DO NOT USE FEELUXURY.COM or SHEINSIDE.COM"

I would give a 0 rating if that was an option.

I have only placed on order from SHEIN. The order was for less than $20. After that first order, there have been several orders placed using an automatic payment feature. These orders were canceled by me and reported as fraud. SHEIN refuses to do a refund because they say I have authorized previous orders to the non English speaking person who lives in Orlando, FL...I do not live in Orlando and I only speak English. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEBD SHEIN TO ANYONE. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.

I have been a loyal costumer of Shein since long time and I used to order stuff for 200-300 dollars. Despite on negligent attitude (shipping delay for one month, wrong items in the parcel, obviously defective items), unprofessional approach (every time I received package without enclosed list of items which all other companies send together with items - by Shein you have to write it yourself if you send back some items!). And the last straw for me was that they refused to receive back the package because I lost the peceipt. The wrote offered me:"Unfortunately, you have not returned the package, we will not get the package, we have a big loss, we could only refund 50% of the refund, do". I know there are certain rules and the receipt is needed to be sent as a proof, but how many times did I order cloths from Shein? How much money did I pay for sending them back? Next time I chose another company on whom I cn rely and whoes service is much more convenient and professional.
I am very much disappointed and I will never recommend Shein to any of my friends and colleagues.
You lost few thousand bucks because of your careless attitude.

Tip for consumers:
Very often the quality is very bad. Then you have to send the item back and wait for another month to get a better quality stuff. Sometimes it's no more available at the store.

I had an issue, and I tried to contact the customer service, first, they don't have a phone, so I did a live chat with them, they don't help at all, they don't think end the chatting without even saying anything. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

I was so excited to make an order here they had so many affordable clothes and I saved up to make a pretty big order of summer clothes! Never made the order bc they kept rejecting my payment. Tried debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, nothing worked. When I contacted customer service they told me they'd send me an invoice to fill out via email. That "invoice" was just another link to Apple Pay which didn't work. Told them that and they asked me to send a picture of my card and my ID and they'd put me on their "Whitelist" to try and process the order. Obviously was not comfortable doing that so I gave up. Very disappointed. It should not be this hard to order something online. I've heard the clothes aren't super great quality which I assumed for the price, but that whole hassle was ridiculous. Also be warned there is another company called Zaful which the exact same thing happened to me when I attempted to make an order. Maybe connected to Shein? It all comes from China I guess. Beware these weirdly cheap websites.

When I first was introduced to this company I was excited. The clothes are affordable yes and some of the clothing actually has good material. However, I order eight items from them and had to return three of the items. Two skirts and one pair of shoes. The shoes were my exact size but simply just did not fit and the skirts were not good quality. I understand this happens and I appreciate the free return. However, it's been a week and they've received my returns and I haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service via email and Instagram and I didn't get a response in over 5 days. Then I finally get an email stating I can receive my refund between 10-30 days. I have ordered items from all over the world and never waited longer than a few days for my refund. Their lack of communication and refund time is the reason I"ll have to reconsider before ordering from this company again. If I wanted to order again I would have to wait 10-30 days for my money to get back to me or I would just be giving you all more money and hoping that my next order fits.

I am a first time customer and made sure to read the return policy before purchasing. I let my fourteen year old pick out swimsuits. She chose four and we hoped one would work. We received order in a timely fashion, and also, they were in good quality. However, when we went to return the swimsuits that didn't fit, they were marked unreturnable and a link to the return policy was available. It read you can not return swimsuits as well as Lingerie, jewelry, etc.
I knew I would NOT have purchased at all if I had read this statement, so I went back to the original page and read the return policy. You had to scroll down to the heading " How to do a return" to Actually see that they will not except swimsuits back. This is very misleading! As a New customer you would only naturally just read the return policy and not scroll down to the next page on a phone to a heading that reads" how to do a return"
My daughter and I placed the order because it read free returns for first time buyers and, due to the fact the police stated they accept returns!
We will NEVER purchase from this site again!
I also agree the customer service department is a joke.

I had previously reviewed shein on here but I wanted to give a fresh update.
My order process went like this:

Received a call about fraud from my bank. I'm lead to believe it had to be Sheins website even though it says it's secure.
I left a review here about it, shein saw it and contacted me to make sure I'd at least receive my order in a timely manner.
Order took about a week to process and then another 7-10 days to arrive
I will say I'm surprised by the quality of the clothes. I kept it simple with just t shirts and sweatshirts, so I can't speak for the quality of more detailed blouses or anything. But it is the same quality as forever21 at an even lower price. *** everything is made in China and runs very small so I'm a size 6, M usually and everything I got was a L. But it fits.

Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase. Just be a smart shopper, you get what you pay for. A $7 sweater won't be the BEST quality but I'm happy with what I got.
Just wish my CC info hadn't gotten out. If I shop here again it will be in another large haul and I would use a prepaid visa gift card or something to minimize the risk of fraud again.

I ordered products via SHEIN on the 10 August 2022 and requested this be delivered to my home address in Fernie, BC, Canada as has been done in the past with previous SHEIN orders. This order was received and has been with Loomis since 19 September in Cranbrook, BC, Canada. I have been in Communication with DHL ( who outsourced the delivery to Loomis) and Loomis since then to get it to Fernie but they say it's outs their delivery area. Why then did SHEIN and DHL use Loomis is they aren't capable of delivering to Fernie? SHEIN takes no accountability for delivery that's shoddy customer service.

You can not reach any working e-mail address for return related issues. Bur for bloggers, affiliate addresses are all there. Do not try to buy any time from them which will be a totalfailure.

I placed an order on December 23. The package shipped from Hong Kong to Vancouver within 3 days. However, I have not received any tracking updates since December 26. The package was supposed to be shipped out to a different CITY in a different PROVINCE. I contacted customer service (MIKE) who was not helpful. He told me that the parcel was NOT in Vancouver (when it CLEARLY states in the tracking updates that it has arrived in YVR). He also stated that if I wanted a full refund, I would have to call the shipping company myself. SheIn has the responsibility of ensuring that their customers not only RECEIVE their packages, but that the packages are being shipping to the right CITIES. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I'm not too sure at this point if I'm ever going to receive my package.

Even though I paid for express shipping here I am over a month later just receiving my order now- but not all of it, they didn't give me the earrings I ordered. I contacted them about how I ordered a Christmas sweater for an event I had and was hoping to have it in time (ordered it in November thinking I'd have plenty of time) they told me I bought too many popular items so its going to take a while as if its my fault they can't keep up with their orders. When the clothes finally got here I was completely disappointed with over half the things. Cheap material, weird smells, and not the size they said they were. After reading more reviews from here I feel as though its pointless to try to return them especially since I already had to pay an extra fee at my door just to have them delivered which I wasn't aware of. I did have a couple cute items I think I can actually wear out in public but could have easily found the same ones at a different store so best to say I won't be ordering from them again or recommending

I ordered clothes off of they're app assuming they'd be just like any other clothing company which honestly was a bad assumption to make. The delivery takes absolutely ages and I (being a kinda last minute person) didn't realise that my items wouldn't arrive on time for my holiday. So I placed a ticket and they take ages to respond as well so if your wanting a quick answer to anything on this website go through 'My Assistant' because I was pleasantly surprised with the quick replies considering other parts of the website are painfully slow. I got a really lovely lady called Annie to talk to and within a matter of minutes she cancelled my order, however when you cancel an order you have to specifically ask for the refund to go back to your car or Paypal, otherwise they'll just refund the money back to your Shein Wallet which is useless and I really don't
Understand why they do that? But in future I will probably order from the company again, but leave plenty of time for delivery and if the clothes and materials are good enough I will probably continue to order from the site.

I am sooo very satisfied that the reviews here reflect my pure FRUSTRATION with this company!
I ordered 3 items on 5/1/17 STILL NO DELIVERY and it impossible to track the shipping. And why do I just know if I have to RETURN the items I may as well have wasted my money.
Truly I feel this is bordering on consumer fraud

I have never had a problem ordering from Sheinside.com and have always got products cheaper here then other companies. Products are always packaged really well, returns are straight forward.

I ordered White V Neck Embroidered Loose Dress which is worth of $20 and they sent dress the very next day, with tracking - perfect.

Though you have been using any shopping sites for years, but you only really know if a company is good when something goes wrong, and you have to use their customer service. I can honestly say that, in my experience Sheinside.com customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. The first problem was I wanted a lightning deal, accidentally cancelled my order, then the site wouldn't let me place a new order. I contacted them, told them what happened, and they allowed me to place another order and honoured the lightning deal price.

Customer service responds extremely quickly (for customer service!) I've always had a reply the same day, even when I've emailed at 8pm in the night.

I haven't even bought anything from this store yet and 90 percent of the reviews I have read are absolutely terrible. This store supposedly offers wonderful high-quality products and from what I see it is all very cute and stylish! I literally had like twenty items In my cart in no time. I found it very hard to let go of most of it. After reading all of the terrible reviews im afraid to confirm my order! This place is an Asian company, no offense, and from what I keep hearing about Asian companies selling clothes and such is that not only does the order take a very long time to arrive but that the customer service is terrible and so it the quality of the fabric. The styles are cute the quality is suposidly terrible. Does anyone have anything nice to say about his place. Does it really take a month to receive items. I want my stuff now and I want to make sure ill be taken care of as a customer after all I plan on spending over a hundred dollars. This place is the only place ive found to have the styles I really like. But im stuck! What should I do?

I ordered from this site before with no problems, however after recently placing an order, I asked to cancel in which they refused to do so. I placed my order on the 27th of December, the next day i askes ro cancel. Then they said my order was shipped when clearly on the status of my clothes says "processing"--for expedited shipping. Expedited shipling takes up to 7 days so I don't see why they didn't refund me my money. And then once they said it was "shipped" which it wasn't they only ceeated a label which said it was going to ship on the 28(Monday). Now it's Wednesday and my stuff still havent shipped! I'm very unpleased with thr customer service as well as their false advetisement for "expedited shipping". I recommend not to order from this site.
