Only ordered twice. My first order didn't show up and it took a lot of loop-jumping & searching to find any way to contact them and then it took writing many messages for a response. They have no real Customer Service department and make it difficult/frustrating to contact them (versus every other company's site with easy access e-mail, phone #, and Live Chat). This seems really unprofessional and maybe even illegal. Some of the clothes are great, most of the jewelry is crap. BUT know that if you are getting these prices with no company infrastructure that they are using near slave labor to make these clothes. There is no other way.

As noted by others, waited weeks for my order to arrive; chat customer service and emails from customer service were totally contradictory! All excuses. I did find out that warehouse is in China and I think oriental models are used for patterns because the size disparity is unbelievable and ridiculous. Unnecessarily a little difficult to drill down to reach cust. Service or get a return label. Quality was good for the price, but so not worth the hassle - I will not order from Shein again - ever.

Tried to initiate a return request within their 45 day policy & website won't let u complete the process. Only way to contact customer service is online & makes u use a 'smart assistant' feature that leads you in circles with no resolve. Cute merch but sales are final. Would rather pay more for the same item & have better customer service than be stuck with product. You get what you pay for.

I have this crazy obsession with floral knits so after I came across sheinside.com, i ordered the Apricot Long Sleeve Floral Dipped Hem Sweater and the White Contrast Organza Floral Knit Sweater. Both of these sweaters were super cute, and I was overly excited to get them. The service was exceptional, very fast replies for my questions to customer service. I received my package about 3 days later than the supposed delivery date, however, I was satisfied with the products inside. The knit sweaters came in perfect condition and the fitting was just right. They are so comfortable as well! If you're looking for some nice knits, I haven't tried the others, but I definitely recommend these two.The price is definitely worth the material you get out of it.

Normally I only buy from trusted sites but these guys ads kept popping up and they looked really good.

I bought 3 dresses, they came pretty quick, in about a couple weeks, You know the saying you get what you pay for?... that's exactly right. Very thin material,. Very cheap. Felt like something that came from a dollar store table cloth. I tried ironing one, for only a second it melted a hole in the material instantly. And if you are not careful putting them on you literally hear the stiching pulling out. There was 20 dollars down the drain. But the styles are cute. And the service is fast. I got a lot of complements on it.

I ordered from this site 2 weeks ago... my shipment is still "processing" I have emailed them twice since it said it would be shipped out max in 7 days. Both times they said the same thing that I picked a best seller and they would let me know when it was ready. Aka they didn't do anything. Very annoyed because I was planning on wearing one of the outfits for Christmas but now I know that it won't be here in time. Also annoyed because they have some cute clothes and decent prices. The items I ordered came within a week and a half, which is great and were pretty good quality. Initially, I had problems with my order as a result of being bombarded with duty fees which I did not account for at the time of checking out. However, if you refer to their fine print it does mention that you may receive duty fees and taxes depending on your country; so please refer to your countries rules before purchasing in order to avoid this.
Upon discussing this issue with the reps at Sheinside, they were very helpful and replied emails very quickly. Overall, good customer service and good quality in a timely manner.

I have never had this bad of an experience with any clothing websites, EVER. I ordered my 2 items almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back about shipping. This site is complete and utter BS. I have not even bothered to contact customer service after reading all year reviews, considering I only spent $30. Not worth the hassle in my opinion. I assume, if I ever get my clothes, they will be horrendous quality and a complete waste of my time.

I received a partial refund (months later) from the company. Angry that it is only 25% of our total refund. Seriously? I returned everything in it's original packaging, never worn! So in conclusion, buyer beware.

We ordered from Shein with hopes of keeping the products, HOWever, they fit poorly. We looked up how to return and started the process. Here we are weeks (I mean 2 months) later and we haven't received a refund! We followed the letter of the law and repackaged every item with its corresponding number and NO refund! I'm so angry!

It's great to see a company that actually listens to its customers' feedback! Horrible company, they advertise 40% off your first purchase. When you go to check out and use the 40% off code it says (-40%). You input your credit card and click "continue check out" and it automatically charges your card without any discount! When I wrote to customer service they said anything that is on sale does not count for the discount. That was NOT in their advertisement so I'm sure many people get conned into purchasing items they believe will be discounted. The entire site is "on sale" so they don't ever take 40% off, it's just to get you to think you are getting a deal! What a terrible, misleading company- so disappointed and will never buy from them again no matter how great their clothes are.

DO NOT order from this site. Yes the clothes are a great price but quality is below average. Not to mention I have yet to receive a dress I ordered on October 30,2014. I've spoken with two representatives from this company via online chat and saved both conversations. Both told me my order would be shipped within 2-4 days. Still nothing. I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family and anyone on social media to not waste your time with this company. They have different giveaways going on and each one is stops at a certain point automatically then tells you "invite friends with your link to get.50 cents off off a dollar to reach your goal. I do but then exit the app because it doesn't update it unless i restart the app. I get back on and it goes "here's.30 cents, keep inviting, you're almost there." but then it just continues to lower what I'm getting so I can't even get the stuff they promise. The whole app is honestly a scam to just invite people on to get more sales. Don't waste your time with that trash website/application.

I never know what to get my granddaughters for christmas and birthdays. A friend of mine recommended SheInside' website a couple months ago and I've gotten some great feedback from them. Instead of, "thanks" I'm hearing, "thank you so much grandpa! I love it". I love how easy the site is to use and the prices. The customer service is fantastic; the first time I ordered it took a little longer than it should have. I called in and the representative was able to find out I had entered my address wrong.

Contacted them and was told " Your order would need another 7-10 working days to process as all the 3 items are not priority dispatching items." In the website shipping info says It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. And now they are saying it will take 3 weeks basically just to process. I know its coming from over seas and I know it will take a bit, but the fact that they falsely state how long its what bothers me the most! It took about 3.5 weeks to get my items (we are not used to waiting that long for anything in the US!) but the items were super cute, and fit like the size guide suggested. I did have one item that smelled sort of funny (sour?) but soaked it and it's fine now. I purchased a dress for my wedding shower and it didn't get here in time so I had to go with something else. Up front shipping expectations would be nice.
