Shein, you've been good so far but something has been wrong, I ordered $80 worth of items and when I check on my email, half of my items were missing and the one of the items I ordered was a total of $65 even though it is actually $7, I hate SHEIN and will NEVER use it again

Clothing was not like pictures. Very sheer fabric. Shirts were short in the torso. Dress was very sheer. Clothing in a size large which would maybe fit a size 0 or 2 at best.

I returned right products and shien said I returned non shein items. Although I have receipt of two same Article in different sizes and they are showing two different designs and so many excuses.

I've ordered from shien quite a few times and never have had a problem with the shipping the clothes definitely could be better quality but it's kinda u get what u pay for … but this time doesn't make sense i made a purchase on the 20th and that same day said my package had been shipped from there facility for the past week now i haven't gotten any updates on were my package is. My estimated delivery time was the end of November which is why i still went through with my purchase now it's not till December. I contacted support and asked them because usps only received the packing label that means my package hasn't shipped yet right? They told me yes, then go on to saying it has shipped that went back and forth never fully confirming if it's shipped or not shipped yet, they said according to shien it has shipped well not according to usps it hasn't even if it has usps would have some update on there end and they don't they haven't even received the package going on a week, they told me to wait until the delivery date? Like I'm supposed to wait until December for my updates to see when my package is coming i wouldn't have still ordered it if it was gonna be here in December

They are scammers and it is all over the internet. I still have received nothing from these scammers although they have charged me TWICE for orders. Nothing!. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. They send a post here trying to make themselves look good but have SCAMMED many people claiming that their orders were sent, which they are not, claiming that they will give a refund. - WHICH they DO NOT. Claiming to respond in 1 HR which they do not. DO NOT ORDER FROM #SheinMexico SHEIN USA They are scammers. They have RIPPED me off of $300 USD.
Tip for consumers:
There are multiple complaints on FB and everywhere where these scammers do not deliver and refuse to return people's money to them. This should be all over the media along with the rest of the lawsuits they have against them.

I purchased over 100.00 worth of items that were all marked as will "ship in 24 hours". 4 or 5 days later I contacted customer service to see why the items hadn't shipped and was told that they were being inspected for quality. They shipped the very next day.
They arrived pretty quick once shipped considering they came from overseas and I was really surprised by the quality of the items considering the cost. They are not designer pieces or course, but they are really decent quality for the price.
I was really happy with the items that fit; however, 2 items did not fit (I guessed the wrong size as I wear xs, sm, and in some cases a med) and one item was not flattering on my body type. I contacted customer service again and they gave me their USA warehouse address for return shipping. I sent the items back via UPS ground and provided the customer service with the tracking number per their request. UPS said the items would arrive to the warehouse today and when I checked this evening, my money was refunded to my wallet on the site and I have the option of purchasing something else in place of the items returned OR I can withdraw the money back to my original card.
I don't feel like I should have had to contact them before they shipped the order and I don't think the customer should have to pay for return shipping but it is what it is. And overall, it was a really good experience. I am off to spend my refund with them! LOL

First I'll say I buy something offline every week so I'm usually one to not leave any bad reviews but I just had to for this website... I ordered only two shirts, three weeks ago, and I still haven't received them. Expedited shipping is a joke, it will not get here when it says it will. (4-7 days) The order took a week to process, then i got an email saying it shipped, that was two weeks ago. So I emailed them and they said to be patient it was on its way! Well, after a week went by (I assumed it would be here in the 4-7 days since I PAID for that) I emailed again to cancel my order and get my money back, they responded with "sorry" and that when I got the package I could send it back, and then after I would get a refund. What kind of customer service is this?!? I should've read reviews clearly this whole website is a rip off and they do not care if you are upset about their service. When I asked why they would even offer faster shipping, they replied with "well we can't control the logistics" Then you should obviously not offer the shipping! Just let your customers know it will take a while, that would solve a lot of problems with your customers. This is the absolute worst website to buy anything off of and I would not reccommend it to anyone even with the cheap prices. I wouldn't have been upset if I were informed of the pro longed shipping. The Least you could do is refund the shipping people paid extra for. Any other website would do that. Long story short; terrible service, terrible website. Beware.

I finally received the item (Coat) today! But after I had opened up the package, I didn't expect the coat to be so thin-I expected it to be appropriate for winter wear but clearly its not... Trying it on as well, its baggy in awkward areas such as the central part of the back and the arms. The colour was a good match though.
Also, the Shein company contacted me with details of the tracking link the morning after I posted my first review which was cool.
Overall I think you get what you pay for-from this site. I purchased a surprisingly cheap coat, and cheap it was (in terms of quality). I only was so bold and daring to buy it because I managed to get my hands on another similar coat-with similar pricing-and that was the best coat I had bought.
I read reviews on the shein coat that it was thick, would keep you warm-which was reassuring. But now i feel that reviews aren't even reliable.
This wasn't a good experience but I guess you win some and you lose some...
My advice when purchasing main pieces of clothing-go out and shop-especially if it's expensive. I'm lucky, my item is cheap and I'm not going to go through the process of sending back requesting a refund (it costs more).
